Filosofía para Niños. Cómo acercar la filosofía a niños y niñas

Dissetenes Jornades de Foment de la Investigació de la FCHS (Any 2012)Este artículo pretende ser un acercamiento tanto a la historia como a las ventajas de un proyecto educativo que tiene como objetivo principal la enseñanza de la Filosofía en edades tempranas dentro del sistema educativo. Verán con ello que no se trata de un área de estudio recién alumbrada pero lo cierto es que necesita ser mostrada y difundida por el propio valor de sus contenidos y de los valores que lleva asociados en su metodología práctica. El programa al que haré mención muestra un cuidado específico a diferentes conceptos que podrían ser enmarcados dentro, no solo de la Educación, sino también de la Educación en valores cívicos. Tales conceptos hablan de la necesidad de instar al pensamiento reflexivo, al empoderamiento, al fomento de la comunicación para la resolución pacífica de conflictos, a la educación en valores y al fomento de la creatividad, entre otros muchos. Por todo ello y por tener muy presente la realidad multicultural, multireligiosa y multiétnica de nuestras aulas, la Filosofía para Niños se presenta como una opción de actualización al sistema educativo que tendrá como base no sólo la observación y la copia sino también la reflexión y la comunicación activa sean cuales sean esos variados contextos de partida de los que partan nuestro profesorado y alumnado. Los resultados nos mostrarán como cambiar los referentes de relación, tanto con uno mismo y una misma como con el resto de la colectividad y el entorno, podrá generar no sólo transformaciones en la forma de pensamiento sino también en la forma de actuación procurando modelos de vida más felices, más justos y más pacíficos.This article is intended as an approach to the history as the benefits of an educational project whose main objective teaching philosophy at an early age within the system education . For all this and bear in mind multicultural , multi-religious and multi-ethnic reality in our classrooms, Philosophy for Children is presented as an upgrade option to education system that will be based not only observing and copying but reflection and active communication whatever those varied contexts of departure for our departing faculty and I students. The results will show us how to change the referents of relationship with both yourself and the same as the rest of the community and the environment , can generate not only changes in the way of thinking but also in the form of action seeking models happier, fairer and more peaceful life

Andalucía y las ayudas de la Unión Europea

Este artículo describe y analiza el régimen jurídico de las ayudas económicas que la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía recibe de la Unión Europea, cuya importancia e impacto han sido muy relevantes en los últimos treinta años. La incorporación de España a la Unión Europea en 1985 (entonces, Comunidades Europeas) ha tenido efectos positivos muy claros sobre su sistema económico y social. Andalucía, como región retrasada en PIB y desempleo y con fuertes déficits y limitaciones, ha sido el destino prioritario de los fondos de cohesión y estructurales. Sin embargo, tres cambios sustanciales han ocurrido en los últimos años. En primer lugar, la política regional europea ha sido reformada en el nivel de financiación y en los mecanismos de apoyo a los Estados miembros. En segundo lugar, las ayudas se distribuyen y gestionan en la actualidad en un contexto de crisis económica y limitaciones presupuestarias impuestas por la Unión Europea y por el art. 135 de la Constitución. Y en tercer lugar, la pervivencia de los déficits económicos de Andalucía, a pesar de estas tres décadas de ayuda, hace que sea cada vez más necesario desarrollar un sistema de información y control sobre las ayudas estructurales, que permita un seguimiento y evaluación del nivel global y la distribución de esa ayuda. En síntesis, se trata de tres cambios cuyo adecuado tratamiento exigen un análisis actualizado del régimen de ayudas europeas para Andalucía, muy particularmente a la luz de la regulación del Estatuto de Autonomía (2007), norma inserta en el bloque de la constitucionalidad

Cordel Spanish Poetry and Chilean Popular Lira: a Reading from Materiality and Popular Appropriation

Indexación: Revista UNABEl artículo plantea el modo en que las materialidades de la poesía de cordel española (de los siglos XVI y XVII) y de la lira popular chilena (siglos XIX y XX) arrojan luces sobre el proceso de configuración de lo popular poético. Al prestar atención a dichas materialidades, será posible columbrar y valorar relaciones de solidaridad y de divergencia entre diversos testimonios poéticos de corte popular. Desde una perspectiva transatlántica y material, entonces, se propone comprender las particularidades de cierta poesía popular: la de carácter impreso y urbano.This paper presents how the materiality of Spanish cordel poetry (from 16th and 17th centuries) and the Chilean lira popular (19th and 20th centuries) enlighten the process of configuring the poetic popular. By paying attention to these materialities it will be possible to reveal and evaluate possible connections of solidarity and divergence between different poetic testimonies of popular style. Crossings as a side effect of dependency lengths

The syntactic structure of sentences exhibits a striking regularity: dependencies tend to not cross when drawn above the sentence. We investigate two competing explanations. The traditional hypothesis is that this trend arises from an independent principle of syntax that reduces crossings practically to zero. An alternative to this view is the hypothesis that crossings are a side effect of dependency lengths, i.e. sentences with shorter dependency lengths should tend to have fewer crossings. We are able to reject the traditional view in the majority of languages considered.
