ANALISIS EKSPERIMENTAL CAMPURAN BAHAN BAKAR SOLAR DAN HASIL REAKSI ALKOHOLISIS BIODIESEL DARI PALM FATTY ACID DISTILLATE SEBAGAI BAHAN BAKAR MESIN DIESEL PADA TAMBAK UDANG

Currently, condition of the availability of energy sources derived from fossil  fuels which is decreasing and increasing air pollution caused by emissions resulting from the combustion of fossil fuels, then it is time to diversify energy by developing new and renewable energy environmentally friendly by utilizing sources of raw materials derived from vegetable oils, one of them is biodiesel. Biodiesel is produced through an alcoholics’ reaction process between vegetable oil and methanol with the help of an acid or base catalyst. Furthermore, the biodiesel that has been produced is then mixed with diesel fuel in a certain ratio to be used as fuel in diesel engines. Based on the results of the experimental reaction of biodiesel alcoholics with a variable concentration of catalyst against the weight of feed palm fatty acid distillate, the optimum methyl ester result was obtained at 98.65% and the results of the analysis of the alcoholics reaction of biodiesel with the variable ratio of reagents between the weight of methanol to the weight of feed palm fatty acid distillate obtained the optimum methyl ester result at 98.33%

Background: this research background was the problem of quality of treatment service at hospital, representing service form which was passed by client by an team of multi discipline is including care team. Team of treatment service give the service to client as according to confidence of standard and profession specified. Target of: target of this research is to know correlation between the education and long of working the nurse to The performance nurse on Pandan Arang Hospital in Boyolali. This Research represent the research with the analytic descriptive method with the approach of cross sectional study. Population in this research is nurse at Pandan Arang Hospital in Boyolali, calculated are 107 nurses. Sample technic was population research. Result of calculation test the hypothesis use the statistical test of Chi Square by means of assist the program of SPSS version 13. Concluded: (1). There is relation between nurse education at Nurse on Pandan Arang Hospital in Boyolali, and ( 2). There is relation between long of working the nurse to nurse performance at nurse on Pandan Arang Hospital in Boyolali. Suggested that a nurse improve the caring performance for the patient hospitalization with by following workshop, training or continue the school to higher level and expected a nurse to increase its performance a nurse which have status part-time its contract so that can work longer in Pandan Arang Hospital in Boyolali

Etika Talmud Babylonia terhadap Non-Yahudi

Talmud is the primary cripture of Jewish, and majority of Jewish take Talmud as way of life than torah as second scripture of Jewish. Talmud has devide two parts; Jerussalem and Babylonian Talmud. But now, majority of Jewish use Babylonian Talmud because it was more complete and easier to understand. The teachings on Talmud have teached about ethics in social life, civil right, politics, and criminal laws. But these teachings are very disadvantageous for non-Jewish. And also the teachings have denied ten commandement in the torah as the sripture. Therefore, based on the teaching of Ethics on Babylonian Talmud toward non-Jewish, the writer want to discuss what is the basic foundation of ethical verses on Babylonian Talmud, and the impact and the influence of those teachings. And so the teaching which is dangerous for non-Jewish have coused damage and violence in the life of non-Jewish and life in the world. And the damage and the violence which ware made Israel, come from the teaching on Babylonian Talmud and the teaching of ethics in cosial life, civil right, politics, and criminal laws have already been applied in their daily activities right now. This is the underlying reason for non-Jewish and jewish who hold in torah (antisemitism) to ignore the existence and cannot recognized as scripture. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a data analysis approach from the main sources and books related to the Talmud and its teachings. Through this writing, the author finds a conflict between the teachings in the Talmud and the 10 commandments that have been taught in the Torah, and the formation of ethics in each of these teachings

Pengaruh integritas terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui variabel loyalitas pada Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Ulum Gresik

INDONESIA: Manusia sebagai sumber daya yang sangat potensial dengan kemampuannya dan keterampilannya dapat memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap roda perkembangan dan produktiftas suatu perusahaan guna mewujudkan tujuan yang dimilikinya. Setiap perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, dengan harapan perusahaannya bisa terus berkembang dan bersaing secara global, berbagai cara akan ditempuh oleh perusahaan dalam mencapai titik kerja karyawan yang optimal, dengan menanamkan sifat karyawan yang berintegritas dan mempunyai loyalitas terhadap perusahaannya. Dengan intergitas dan loyalitas yang tinggi diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Dari latar belakang itulah sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan judul “Pengaruh Integritas Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Variabel Loyalitas Pada Karyawan Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren) Manbaul Ulum Gresik“ Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana tujuannya adalah untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yang meliputi integritas, loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan hasil olahan data, sehingga mudah untuk dibaca dan diintepretasikan. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, interview, dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja yang baik dihasilkan dari perilaku yang jujur, bertanggung jawab, adil, dan berani mengambil keputusan. Integritas yang tinggi menimbulkan rasa loyalitas dan akan berdampak terhadap kinerja seseorang baik secara langsung atau secara tidak langsung. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren) Manbaul Ulum Gresik sudah baik dalam menanamkan sikap integritas dan loyalitas terhadap karyawannya. The results of the study indicate that good performance results from honest, responsible, fair, and courageous decisions. High integrity creates a sense of loyalty and will have an impact on a person's performance either directly or indirectly. It can be concluded that the Pondok Pesantren Cooperative (KOPONTREN) Manbaul Ulum Gresik has been good at instilling an attitude of integrity and loyalty to its employees. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan oleh penulis adalah: 1), Bagaimana penggunaan laboratorium bahasa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab, 2), Apa problematika penggunaan laboratorium bahasa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab, 3), Bagaimana solusi dari problematika penggunaan laboratorium bahasa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab kelas sepuluh di MA Perguruan Islam Roudlotut Tholibin Pakis Pati. Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Survay. Metode yang digunakan penulis untuk mengumpulkan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode yang di gunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan makna data atau fenomena yang dapat ditangkap oleh peneliti dengan cara mengajukan bukti-buktinya baik melalui wawancara, observasi ataupun dokumentasi, dan di bantu dengan teknik triagulasi data yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan konklusi. Kajian in menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan laboratorium bahasa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab kelas sepuluh di MA Perguruan Islam Roudlotut Tholibin Pakis Pati, adalah dengan persiapan yang baik dari guru, siswa, memilih materi dan metode yang sesuai sebelum menggunakan laboratorium bahasa, proses pembelajaran di mulai dengan pembukaan, memutarkan tema dan mengulang-ngulangnya, menterjemahkan, dan tanya jawab. Serta adanya seorang yang mampu untuk mengoperasikan dan menjaga alat-alat yang ada di laborat bahasa. Adapun problematika penggunaangun laboratorium bahasa itu muncul dari keadaan siswa, guru dan media (laboratorium bahasa) yang digunakan. Sedangkan solusi yang bisa diberikan oleh penulis adalah; problematika dari siswa : memperbanyak latihan dan praktek, serta mengikuti kegiatan Aplikasi Bahasa yang telah ada di sekolah. Judul pada penelitian ini adalah Partisipasi Relawan dalam Pemerintahan Daerah (Studi Tentang Partisipasi Relawan Sayap 30 dalam Mengawal Realisasi 22 Janji Politik Bupati Jember 2016-2021). Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana partisipasi relawan Sayap 30 dalam mengawal realisasi 22 janji politik bupati Jember 2016-2021? 2) Bagaimana dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Jember dengan adanya pengawalan terhadap janji-janji politik bupati Jember 2016-2021 oleh sayap 30? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi relawan Sayap 30 dalam mengawal realisasi 22 janji politik bupati Jember 2016-2021 serta dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Jember dengan adanya pengawalan terhadap janji-janji politik bupati Jember 2016-2021 oleh sayap 30. Metode yang dipakai peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara (interview), dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari, penyajian data serta verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) Relawan Sayap 30 merupakan relawan politik yang tidak hanya digunakan untuk pemenangan Pemilu, tapi juga untuk mengawal realisasi 22 janji politik bupati Jember 2016-2021. 2) Masyarakat Jember merasakan dampak positif dengan adanya relawan Sayap 30 yang digunakan oleh bupati Jember untuk mengawal realisasi 22 janji politik bupati Jember 2016-2021

Pengaruh Konsentrasi Asam dan Fosforilasi Terhadap Sifat Fisik dan Kimia Gelatin Tulang Ikan Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepinus)

Gelatin is widely used in the food industry as a stabilizer, thickener, emulsifiers, forming gels, water binding, precipitants, and edible coating. The various use of gelatin is not balanced by the growth of domestic production of gelatin. The imported gelatin is usually a product of the processing bone and skin animal such as cows, sheep, and pigs. However, these sources become a problem for people who are forbidden to consume so it is necessary to find alternative sources accepted by all people. Fish gelatin widely developed as the best alternative to mammalian gelatin substitute. One of the fish that are often found in Indonesia is the Dumbo catfish (Clarias gariepinus). Fish bone gelatin has a weakness which is the ability of gel formation lower than mammalian gelatin. Therefore, the restore of quality of the fish gelatin is needed, one of which can be achieved by phosphorylation. The aim of this study is to determine the acid and phosphorylation influence to the physic and chemical characteristic’s of Dumbo catfish bone gelatin. This research was carried out by soaking the bone of Dumbo catfish in two different acids are acetic acid and hydrochloric acid at concentration of 4%, 6%, and 8% then extracted using a solution of STPP 0.04%, 0.08%, and 0.16%. Tests carried out on the parameters of the gelatin yield, moisture content, ash level, pH, viscosity, and gel strength. The results showed that there are significant effect of CH3COOH concentrations on yield, ash level, pH, viscosity, dan gel strength. Penerapan Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk Menentukan Kelayakan Peminjaman pada Koperasi

Teknnologi komputer memberikan banyak manfaat dalam kehidupan manusia. Salah satu contoh dari masalah sehari hari tersebut yaitu menentukan kelayakan peminjaman di suatu koperasi, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Warga Bina Karya bergerak dalam bidang simpan-pinjam, yang dalam penanganan transakasi peminjaman dilakukan dengan prosedur yang sudah ditentukan oleh pengurus. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi dengan pemberlakuan prosedur tersebut adalah ketika jumlah peminjam yang cukup banyak, sementara jumlah dana tersedia terbatas, sehingga pengurus cukup kewalahan untuk menentukan kelayakan peminjaman yang diajukan oleh masing-masing nasabah. untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penulis mencoba meneliti penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan kelayakan peminjaman pada koperasi menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Terdapat 5 variabel yang digunakan yaitu Penghasilan, lama menjadi anggota, sisa pinjaman sebelumnya, jumlah pinjaman, dan jumlah angsuran. Hasil atau keluaran dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Penentuan Kelayakan Peminjaman pada Koperasi KPRI Warga Bina Karya berbasis web yang dapat menghitung tingkat kelayakan peminjaman dari masing-masing data alternatif menggunakan perhitungan metode Fuzzy Tsukamot

Trauma studies in Lisa Taddeo's Animal

ENGLISH: Lisa Taddeo’s novel entitled Animal is a fiction about a woman and her emotional rage yet mostly is portraying trauma via first person viewpoint. The way Taddeo wrote this novel provide an explicit message of how trauma is fully experienced by a character without the knowing of others. In other words, Taddeo is trying to show readers particularly about the knowledge of trauma on a person or character on first person viewpoints. Following the situation, this research is attempted to take into account the contribution of adequate preliminary information for scholars in the scope of trauma studies. This research aims to examine the literary representation of the trauma experienced by the main character in Lisa Taddeo's Animal, the lesson learned based on trauma and the main character's struggle to overcome it. Since this research analyses a literary work, this research is categorized as a literary study. Correlate with the topic; this research applies Michelle Balaev's trauma theory. The researcher found that Trauma is represented through the characterization of the protagonist, the presence of other character, and the setting of the story. Further, the lessons that are learned by the character based on her trauma are in the form of creations and changes of perception in terms of life, love, and loss. Moreover, the main character struggles to overcome her trauma by consuming pills regularly and several self-initiated activities. INDONESIA: Novel Lisa Taddeo berjudul Animal adalah sebuah fiksi tentang seorang wanita dan kemarahan emosionalnya namun sebagian besar menggambarkan trauma melalui sudut pandang orang pertama. Cara Taddeo menulis novel ini memberikan pesan eksplisit tentang bagaimana trauma dialami sepenuhnya oleh seorang karakter tanpa sepengetahuan orang lain. Dengan kata lain, Taddeo mencoba untuk menunjukkan kepada pembaca khususnya tentang pengetahuan tentang trauma pada seseorang atau karakter pada sudut pandang orang pertama. Mengikuti situasi tersebut, penelitian ini berusaha untuk memperhitungkan kontribusi informasi awal yang memadai bagi para sarjana dalam lingkup studi trauma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji gejala trauma yang dialami oleh tokoh utama dalam novel berjudul “Animal” karya Lisa Taddeo dan pengaruh serta perjuangan tokoh utama untuk mengatasinya. Oleh karena penelitian ini menganalisis sebuah karya sastra, maka penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai studi sastra. Berkorelasi dengan topik tersebut; penelitian ini menggunakan teori trauma yang digagas oleh Michelle Balaev. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Trauma direpresentasikan melalui penokohan protagonis, kehadiran karakter lain, dan latar cerita. Selanjutnya, pelajaran yang dipetik oleh tokoh berdasarkan trauma yang dialaminya berupa kreasi dan perubahan persepsi dalam hal kehidupan, cinta, dan kehilangan. Selain itu, karakter utama berjuang untuk mengatasi traumanya dengan mengonsumsi pil secara teratur dan beberapa aktivitas yang dilakukan sendiri.
