    "The article presents a revision of how popular education has integrated into its practices and reflections on participatory research. After a presentation of popular education as an educational movement and pedagogical current, the article develops a historical reconstruction of the relationship between these two, while offering a critique of the legacy and challenges of this kind of double education: research with an emancipatory perspective. The article ends focusing on the systematization of experience as an emergent research mode in the field of popular education. Although there are different approaches to systematization, all of them try to recover and interpret the meanings that manifest themselves in social practices, with the purpose of strengthening them."     Summability in a monomial for some classes of singularly perturbed partial differential equations

    The aim of this paper is to continue the study of asymptotic expansions and summability in a monomial in any number of variables, as introduced in [3, 15]. In particular, we characterize these expansions in terms of bounded derivatives and we develop Tauberian theorems for the summability processes involved. Furthermore,we develop and apply the Borel-Laplace analysis in this framework to prove the monomial summability of solutions of a specific class of singularly perturbed PDEs

    On the Use of Gallic Acid as a Potential Natural Antioxidant and Ultraviolet Light Stabilizer in Cast-Extruded Bio-Based High-Density Polyethylene Films

    This study originally explores the use of gallic acid (GA) as a natural additive in bio-based high-density polyethylene (bio-HDPE) formulations. Thus, bio-HDPE was first melt-compounded with two different loadings of GA, namely 0.3 and 0.8 parts per hundred resin (phr) of biopolymer, by twin-screw extrusion and thereafter shaped into films using a cast-roll machine. The resultant bio-HDPE films containing GA were characterized in terms of their mechanical, morphological, and thermal performance as well as ultraviolet (UV) light stability to evaluate their potential application in food packaging. The incorporation of 0.3 and 0.8 phr of GA reduced the mechanical ductility and crystallinity of bio-HDPE, but it positively contributed to delaying the onset oxidation temperature (OOT) by 36.5 °C and nearly 44 °C, respectively. Moreover, the oxidation induction time (OIT) of bio-HDPE, measured at 210 °C, was delayed for up to approximately 56 and 240 min, respectively. Furthermore, the UV light stability of the bio-HDPE films was remarkably improved, remaining stable for an exposure time of 10 h even at the lowest GA content. The addition of the natural antioxidant slightly induced a yellow color in the bio-HDPE films and it also reduced their transparency, although a high contact transparency level was maintained. This property can be desirable in some packaging materials for light protection, especially UV radiation, which causes lipid oxidation in food products. Therefore, GA can successfully improve the thermal resistance and UV light stability of green polyolefins and will potentially promote the use of natural additives for sustainable food packaging applications

The project seeks to articulate each of the BICs in a project of urban renewal with the Market Square, the Magdalena River and the downtown area of the city, as well as the proposed intervention to the Plaza de Mercado building that aims to offer a better reorganization and profitability through its uses and services, rescuing the values of patrimonial interest and seeking to benefit the inhabitants who frequent this sector.     El documento se estructura en seis grandes capítulos, en el primero de ellos se esbozan los aspectos básicos sobre la definición del problema, consignando en este el ítems como la definición, el planteamiento, los antecedentes, las formulación del problema y los objetivos; hacia el segundo capítulo se encuentra el marco teórico, donde se estructuran ideas entorno a la gestión educativa, el Self como totalidad psicológica y el Bullying, como 10 problemas de orden interpersonal, desde el que se amerita una educación humanizadora en orden a prevenirlo. El tercer capítulo, contiene los aspectos referidos a la metodología: tipo de estudio, muestra, población, instrumentos de recolección de la información y en general, aspectos que orientan la naturaleza misma de la propuesta. En el cuarto capítulo se encuentran las conclusiones de la propuesta, que añadidas a las recomendaciones realizadas en el quinto capítulo, dan una idea de los logros obtenidos en la propuesta y de su proyección futura en la fase de ejecución. Finalmente, hacia el sexto capítulo se hallan las referencias bibliográficas, que dan cuenta de la exploración de documentos, libros, y material importante que se ha logrado recopilar sobre los ejes temáticos que conforman el presente trabajo. De igual forma, hacia el final del documento, se consignan los llamados anexos, como evidencia del trabajo desarrollado

    Práticas educativas nos movimentos sociais da América Latina

      This paper analyzes four educational proposals originated by social movements and popular processes in Latin America. The systematization of each of these proposals operates as a cross-reading of the most relevant senses and practices related to some aspects of their educational action, such as their consistency and political identity, their educational subjects, their pedagogical influences, their formative purposes, their curricular content, their working methodology, their production of knowledge and sustentability. Finally, a reflection is made about the tensions and challenges of the educational practices of social movements.  El artículo presenta un análisis de cuatro propuestas educativas gestadas por movimientos sociales y procesos populares en América Latina. Tomando como referente la sistematización de cada una de estas, se hace una lectura transversal de los sentidos y prácticas más significativos con respecto a algunas dimensiones de su acción educativa, tales como su organicidad e identidad política, sus sujetos educativos, sus influencias pedagógicas, finalidades formativas, contenidos curriculares, metodologías de trabajo, producción de conocimiento y sostenibilidad. Finalmente, se hace un balance reflexivo sobre las tensiones y los desafíos de las prácticas educativas en los movimientos sociales. O artigo apresenta uma análise de quatro propostas educativas gestadas pelos movimentos sociais e processos populares na América Latina. Tendo como referência a sistematização de cada uma dessas, foi realizada uma leitura transversal das práticas e os sentidos mais significativos com relação a algumas dimensões de sua ação educativa, como sua organicidade e identidade política, seus sujeitos educativos, suas influências pedagógicas, finalidades formativas, conteúdos curriculares, metodologias de trabalho, produção de conhecimento e sustentabilidade. Finalmente, realiza-se um balanço reflexivo sobre as tensões e os desafios das práticas educativas nos movimentos sociais.

    Escenarios, prácticas y debates de la educación popular en el siglo XXI

    The article presents an overview of the field of Latin American popular education during the first two decades of the XXI century. Based on the direct experience of the author and a documentary review of the written production of various groups of popular educators from various countries and networks such as the Council of Popular Education of Latin America and the Caribbean, the following issues are analyzed: the situation of Popular Education at the beginning of the new century; emerging educational scenarios, actors, themes and practices; and the main political and pedagogical debates at the beginning of the third decade of the XXI century.El artículo presenta un panorama del campo de la educación popular latinoamericana durante las dos primeras décadas del siglo XXI. Con base en la experiencia directa del autor y una revisión documental de la producción escrita de varios colectivos de educadores populares de varios países y de redes como el Consejo de Educación Popular de América latina y El Caribe, se analizan las siguientes temáticas: la situación de la Educación Popular al comenzar el nuevo siglo; los escenarios, actores, temáticas y prácticas educativas emergentes; y los principales debates políticos y pedagógicos al comenzar la tercera década del siglo XXI
