O presente relato assinala as principais dificuldades para o uso do processo de enfermagem, em especial àquelas vinculadas a elaboração e modelos do raciocínio clínico. Aponta, ainda, as conquistas e desafios para a prática de enfermagem no uso deste método de cuidar e as suas relações com as novas tendências da assistência à saúde.This paper discusses the main difficulties for the utilization of the nursing process in practice, especially those activities regarding the development and use of clinical reasoning. WOMEN TRANSLATORS IN NINETEENTH-CENTURY BRAZIL AND PORTUGAL: COMPARATIVE HISTORIOGRAPHY AND FEMINIST EPISTEMOLOGY

This paper focuses on revisiting the History of Translation in Brazil and Portugal in the 19th century from a feminist perspective. It aims at contributing to shaping a Comparative History of Translation carried out by and for women in both countries. To this end, we focus on lusophone written culture and on the differences among Portuguese and Brazilian women's translation experiences in the 1800s. This paper addresses both individualizing and differentiating comparative history methodologies. Whereas the former focuses on what is characteristic and distinctive in the history of women translators in Brazil and Portugal , the latter reveals is revealed by categories of historical analysis, namely: religion, colonialism, and the education of women. We go one to show that, in Comparative Translation History, both methods of analysis underscore the significant role played by women as agents of translation, while also highlighting the singularities of the individual histories of Portuguese-speaking women translators in Brazil and Portugal

Determinantes que influenciam a satisfação e fidelização de clientes no setor de distribuição de produtos de higiene e limpeza profissional

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo investigar e conhecer os determinantes que alicerçam um processo de Satisfação e Fidelização no contexto de Distribuição de Produtos de Higiene e Limpeza Profissional. Procurou-se desenvolver um modelo integrador de diversos determinantes do relacionamento e de algumas variáveis – chave do marketing de relacionamento, que permitisse medir os seus efeitos simultâneos e observar e examinar as correlações existente entre as variáveis. A metodologia para validar o modelo e respetivas hipóteses assentou na realização de inquéritos com os clientes da empresa Futurdis2- Distribuidora de Produtos de Higiene e Limpeza Profissional no Distrito de Viseu, num total de 100 clientes. Após a validação da escala de medição, optamos por uma pesquisa exploratória e confirmatória, e as hipóteses foram testadas através do Modelo de Equações Estruturais. O estudo permitiu concluir que as variáveis escolhidas para analisar os Determinantes da Satisfação e Fidelização de clientes podem ser consideradas fidedignas e consistentes. Os resultados mostraram que são vários os determinantes, quer tradicionais, quer os especificamente relacionados com o contexto em estudo, que têm efeito positivo e direto sobre a Satisfação e Fidelização de Clientes. Os determinantes tradicionais do Marketing de Relacionamento tais como: Compreensão das Necessidades, Relação com a Empresa, Marketing Interno, Marketing Interativo, Qualidade dos Serviços têm um efeito positivo e direto sobre a Satisfação. A análise estatística aponta para um efeito positivo e direto entre Satisfação e Compromisso e também revela um efeito positivo e direto entre Satisfação e Fidelização. Identificou-se os efeitos positivos e diretos entre Satisfação e Confiança. Reconheceu-se ainda que a Confiança tem efeito positivo e direto no Compromisso e também, que a Confiança tem efeito positivo e direto sobre a Satisfação. Identificou-se uma relação direta e positiva entre Compromisso e Fidelização. No contexto da validação do modelo, é possível constatar, que este pode ser utilizado e merece continuar a ser discutido como estrutura teórica para analisar a referida propensão à satisfação e fidelização de clientes.The present study aimed to investigate and understand the determinants that underpin a process of satisfaction and loyalty in the context of distribution of toiletries and cleaning professional. We sought to develop an integrative model of several determinants of relationship and some variables - key relationship marketing, allowing simultaneous measure its effects and to observe and examine the correlations between the variables. The Methodology to validate the model and respective hypotheses was based on surveys with the company's customers Futurdis2-Distributor and Hygiene Products Professional Cleaning in the District of Viseu, a total of 100 clients. After validation of the measurement scale, we chose an exploratory and confirmatory, and hypotheses were tested using the Structural Equation Model. The Study concluded that the variables chosen to analyze the determinants of satisfaction and customer loyalty can be considered reliable and consistent. The results showed that there are several determinants, whether traditional, whether specifically related to the context under study, which have positive and direct effect on satisfaction and customer loyalty. The traditional determinants of relationship marketing such as: understanding the needs, relationship with the company, internal marketing, interactive marketing, service quality has positive and direct effect on satisfaction. The statistical analysis points to a positive and direct effect between satisfaction and commitment, and also reveals a positive and direct link between satisfaction and loyalty. Identified statistically the positive and direct between satisfaction and trust. It recognized that trust has positive and direct effect on commitment and also that trust has a positive and direct effect on satisfaction. Identified a direct relationship between commitment and loyalty. In the context of model validation, it can be seen that this can be used and deserves to continue to be discussed as a theoretical framework to analyze such propensity satisfaction and customer loyalt

Innovation and productivity: empirical evidence for Brazilian industrial enterprises

El objetivo en este trabajo es realizar una investigación empírica sobre la relación entre la innovación y el desempeño productivo de las empresas industriales en Brasil medido por Productividad Laboral y Productividad Total de Factores. Se han utilizado datos de la Encuesta de Innovación y se han estimado modelos de corte transversal y datos de panel. Dada la pequeña magnitud de los coeficientes relacionados con los diversos indicadores de innovación, los resultados sugieren que la innovación produce impacto incipiente en la productividad de la industria nacional.Neste artigo, tem-se como objetivo realizar uma investigação empírica acerca da relação entre inovação e desempenho produtivo das empresas industriais brasileiras medido por Produtividade do Trabalho e Produtividade Total dos Fatores. Foram utilizados dados provenientes da Pesquisa de Inovação e estimados modelos cross section e de dados em painel. Dada a pequena magnitude dos coeficientes associados aos diversos indicadores de inovação, os resultados sugerem que a inovação produz impacto incipiente na produtividade da indústria nacional.The aim of this paper is to carry out an empirical investigation into the relationship between innovation and the productive performance of Brazilian businesses measured by Work Productivity and Total Factor Productivity. Data taken from the Research of Innovation and estimated cross section models and panel data was used. The results suggest that innovation produces an incipient impact on competition in the national industry, reflected in the small magnitude of coefficients associated with the diverse indicators of innovation

A MULHER E O LEÃO: OS OPOSTOS PICTURAIS EM “FORÇA”, DE RONALDO CORREIA DE BRITO

This article proposes to present the intermedia analysis, through the presence of ekphrasis in the short story “Força”, by Ronaldo Correia de Brito. For that, we base ourselves on the concepts of Cluver (2017), Louvel (2012) and Rajewsky (2012), to define the concept of ekphrasis, in addition to the studies of Figueiredo and Oliveira (2020), which bring us the view of the importance of analyzing ekphrasis in the context of art. The objective is to show how intermedial relations can bring to light a part of the plot considered lost, through the analysis of the elements involved, in a subjective way. In the end, we intend to prove that the chosen ekphrasis is part of the possible future of the character, in a struggle between confrontation and indifference.Este artigo se propõe a apresentar a análise intermidiática, por meio da presença da écfrase no conto “Força”, de Ronaldo Correia de Brito. Para tanto, baseamo-nos nos conceitos de Cluver (2017), Louvel (2012) e Rajewsky (2012), para definir o conceito de écfrase, além dos estudos de Figueiredo e Oliveira (2020), que nos trazem a visão da importância da análise ecfrásica num contexto de arte. O objetivo é mostrar como as relações intermidiáticas podem fazer saltar à luz uma parte da trama que se considera perdida, pela análise dos elementos envolvidos, de modo subjetivo. Ao final, pretendemos comprovar que a écfrase escolhida faz parte do possível futuro da personagem, em um combate entre o enfrentamento e a indiferença

Preliminary results of an algorithm for customized soft contact lens ablation

OBJETIVO: Desenvolver simulação computadorizada de ablação para produzir lentes de contato personalizadas a fim de corrigir aberrações de alta ordem. MÉTODOS: Usando dados reais de um paciente com ceratocone, mensurados em um aberrômetro ("wavefront") com sensor Hartmann-Shack, foram determinados as espessuras de lentes de contato que compensam essas aberrações assim como os números de pulsos necessários para fazer ablação as lentes especificamente para este paciente. RESULTADOS: Os mapas de correção são apresentados e os números dos pulsos foram calculados, usando feixes com a largura de 0,5 mm e profundidade de ablação de 0,3 µm. CONCLUSÕES: Os resultados simulados foram promissores, mas ainda precisam ser aprimorados para que o sistema de ablação "real" possa alcançar a precisão desejada.PURPOSE: To develop a computer simulation for customized soft contact lenses in order to correct aberrations of higher order. METHODS: Using real data from a patient diagnosed with keratoconus, which were measured using a Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor, the thickness of the contact lenses that compensate these aberrations as well the numbers of pulses required to ablate the lenses were specifically determined for the patient. RESULTS: The maps of correction are presented and the numbers of pulses are calculated, using a 0.5 mm beam width and a 0.3 µm ablation depth. CONCLUSIONS: The results shown here are promising, but they should be improved so that the ablation in actual physical systems can reach the desired accuracy
