Analytical solution of a vibrational problem for visco-elastic plate with Kelvin type boundary conditions
Within this time of science and technology, tapered plates with different geometry conditions are used as a for the construction of wings and blades of aeronautical as well as engineering structures. The main aim of current work is to analyze the vibration of rectangular structure tapered plate with thermal effect variation along x and y axis. Rayleigh-Ritz method is use for judgment the solution of frequency equation. Now for several values of thermal gradient, aspect ratio and taper constant are considered to calculate structural parameters such as logarithmic decrement, time period and deflection

RĂ©silience organisationnelle en temps de crise : Ătat de lâart thĂ©orique
Organizational resilience refers to the ability of an organization to respond effectively to shocks and disruptions, while continuing to operate and grow. Today , resilience became increasingly important to organization , especially with unprecedented challenges such as pandemics and natural disasters. The crisis is multi-faceted , today's crisis is not tomorrows. Therefore, resilience has a major contribution to the management of organizations, allowing companies to reduce the disruption and damage of a crisis, by establishing contingency plans and processes. It is imperative today in the sense that it contributes to adapting organizations to a tumultuous environment. This concept has become a controversial topic today but remains complex to define and comprehend. The objective of this article is to make a theoretical contribution on this subject and to highlight this concept through three meanings: resilience as a process - capacity and state.

Tumeur stromale du mĂ©sentĂšre: une cause inhabituelle dâune masse abdominale
Les tumeurs stromales gastro-intestinales (GIST) sont les tumeurs mĂ©senchymateuses les plus frĂ©quentes du tractus digestif. Elles reprĂ©sentent une entitĂ© nosologique individualisĂ©e depuis la dĂ©couverte de l'expression quasi-constante de la protĂ©ine c-Kit dĂ©tectĂ©e par la coloration immunohistochimique de l'antigĂšne CD117. Des tumeurs avec les mĂȘmes caractĂ©ristiques morphologiques et immuno-phĂ©notypiques peuvent rarement apparaĂźtre en dehors du tractus gastro-intestinal. Nous rapportons le cas d'une jeune patiente de 34 ans prĂ©sentant une masse tumorale mĂ©sentĂ©rique se rĂ©vĂ©lant ĂȘtre de nature stromale sans aucun contact avec la paroi intestinale. Il s'agit d'une localisation trĂšs rare des tumeurs stromales Ă laquelle il faut penser en prĂ©opĂ©ratoire afin d'avoir une conduite thĂ©rapeutique adaptĂ©e et efficace
LĂ©iomyosarcome gastrique simulant une tumeur du hile splĂ©nique: Ă propos dâun cas
Depuis la dĂ©couverte de leur phĂ©notype particulier, les tumeurs stromales gastro-intestinales reprĂ©sentent les tumeurs mĂ©senchymateuses les plus frĂ©quentes du tractus digestif et ne sont plus confondues avec les vrais lĂ©iomyosarcomes gastriques devenant ainsi exceptionnellement rencontrĂ©s dans la pratique mĂ©dicale. Nous rapportons le cas d'une jeune femme de 32 ans admise pour une masse douloureuse de l'hypochondre gauche et chez qui le bilan radiologique objectivait une volumineuse tumeur occupant le hile splĂ©nique. Une rĂ©section monobloc emportant la masse, la rate, le grand Ă©piploon et une collerette de la paroi gastrique a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©e et l'examen histologique a confirmĂ© le diagnostic d'un lĂ©iomyosarcome gastrique. Il est extrĂȘmement important de diffĂ©rencier les autres tumeurs mĂ©senchymateuses du tractus digestif des lĂ©iomyosarcomes gastriques dont l'exĂ©rĂšse chirurgicale complĂšte reste, jusqu'Ă prĂ©sent, le seul traitement Ă visĂ©e curative.Key words: LĂ©iomyosarcome, estomac, masse abdominal
Parallel changes in the taxonomical structure of bacterial communities exposed to a similar environmental disturbance
Bacterial communities play a central role in ecosystems, by regulating biogeochemical fluxes. Therefore, understanding how multiple functional interactions between species face environmental perturbations is a major concern in conservation biology. Because bacteria can use several strategies, including horizontal gene transfers (HGT), to cope with rapidly changing environmental conditions, potential decoupling between function and taxonomy makes the use of a given species as a general bioindicator problematic. The present work is a first step to characterize the impact of a recent polymetallic gradient over the taxonomical networks of five lacustrine bacterial communities. Given that evolutionary convergence represents one of the best illustration of natural selection, we focused on a system composed of two pairs of impacted and clean lakes in order to test whether similar perturbation exerts a comparable impact on the taxonomical networks of independent bacterial communities. First, we showed that similar environmental stress drove parallel structural changes at the taxonomic level on two independent bacterial communities. Second, we showed that a long-term exposure to contaminant gradients drove significant taxonomic structure changes within three interconnected bacterial communities. Thus, this model lake system is relevant to characterize the strategies, namely acclimation and/or adaptation, of bacterial communities facing environmental perturbations, such as metal contamination
