Using Sequence Picture Technique to Increase the Students Writing Ability at First Grade of SMAN 1 Sungguminasa

Abstract The writing skills are complex and sometimes difficult to teach , The  difficulties are due  to weaknesses in grammar and vocabulary. Another problem, the students have a lot of ideas in their minds but they worry to start and even they don't know how to develop ideas. Uninteresting topic and unsuitable teaching techniques can influence students interest in writing English. To solve this problem, the English teacher should have to be more creative in choosing the material and techniques which can make the writing class more interesting, exciting and enjoyable. Materials are divided into two points they are visual and non visual material. Visual material offers, an attractive and stimulating framework for writing practice. One of the visual materials is picture. Picture is very suitable to be applied to the students of senior high school as a method writing skill. The objective of the research will find out the improvement students writing ability by using sequence picture and the interest of the students to use sequence picture at SMAN 1 Sungguminasa this research will use class action research that consisted two cycles the research population was the first grade of SMAN I Sungguminasa academic year 2015/2016the sample of this research consisted of 30 students. This will obtain the data by using writing test and questionnaire sheet. The reason why this research focuses on the sequence picture technique was that it will give the stimulate and motivate the students to study English special in writing skill. Manajemen Pembinaan Santri Tahfizh Al-Qur’an

Lokasi ini menjadi sasaran penelitian karena lembaga ini adalah lembaga Tahfizh tertua dan representatif di Indonesia bagian timur. Bahkan lembaga inilah yang menjadi induk dan terbanyak mencetak alumni Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan sehingga lembaga ini dianggap sebagai simbol berkah. Permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah trilogi manajemen pembinaan santri Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan. Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah dapat menjadi bahan masukan bagi pemerintah dalam pembinaan santri Al-Qur’an Lafzhan dan menjadi barang berharga bagi masyarakat umum yang terjebak dalam runtinitas kehidupan dan lupa tanggungjawabnya terhadap pembinaan Pendidikan Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: (1) memakai pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif; (2) menggunakan purposive sampling. Adapun unit analisis penelitian ini adalah trilogi pelakasanaan manajemen pembinaan santri Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jejak langkah trilogi manajemen pembinaan santri Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan di lembaga ini agak unik. Dari kajian ini ditemukan beberapa poin yang menarik: (1) kegiatan tumbuh dalam kultur yang diwarisi oleh pengawal teks Al-Qur’an yakni tradisi proses belajar talaqqy; (2) tradisi daras 40 kali minimal yang bertujuan mengamati letak waqaf dalam ayat dan tulisan-tulisannya dalam mushhaf. Untuk kesempurnaan pembinaan santri Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan maka peneliti mengharap kepada: (1) pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Agama untuk membuat kebijakan tentang pembinaan santri Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan yang representatif; (2) pengusaha besar khususnya turut berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan fisik materil lembaga Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Lafzhan

Law Enforcement against The Abuse of Money Laundering Crime Companies

The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of money laundering using shell company media and to understand the forms of legal settlement in terms of Indonesian legal regulations and other relevant legal sources as comparisons and references, it is hoped that this will open wider insights for writers and readers. This research technique uses a normative juridical approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data which consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials that are relevant to this thesis. Money laundering is a concern for all countries in the world, including Indonesia, because its impact greatly affects the economy and stability of a country. The perpetrators of money laundering have their own specific ways and develop over time regarding how and where they hide the proceeds of their crimes. Shell companies have characteristics to support money laundering activities because they tend to be anonymous. Its characteristics also make it difficult for a country's authorities to be able to identify whether the transaction contains aberrant elements, because the position of a shell company is outside the jurisdiction of its owner. Developments regarding the investigation of fraudulent funds regarding shell companies prove that they can take advantage of this medium to commit money laundering crimes with various cases and methods. Indonesia is one of the countries that are hunting for the assets of its citizens who own shell companies by making various efforts such as tax amnesty, repatriation, and cooperation in various fields in an effort to exchange information with other countries. PERAN HAK CIPTA DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT

AbstrakIndonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang mengatur ketentuan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual khususnya Hak Cipta diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan kreatifitas masyarakat dalam lingkup Hak Cipta yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam masyarakat, kemudian bagaimana Hukum Kekayaan Intelektual khususnya dibidang Hak Cipta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat sehingga dibutuhkan juga kesiapan infrastruktur hukum berupa regulasi untuk membantu perkembangan Hak Cipta di Indonesia sebagai payung hukum dari kegiatan masyarakat, serta bagaimana penagakannya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kekayaan intelektual khususnya Hak Cipta dalam pembangunan demi menunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat. INNOVATIVE USE OF ENGLISH AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IN MAKASSAR CITY

This research is primarily aimed at analyzing and describing young people’s typical ways in using words, phrases and sentences to convey something. The data were obtained by making observation on some places and things, watching TV or movies, and reading magazines, newspapers, handouts, diaries and other sources found anywhere. The findings show that words or sentences used by young people in Makassar city cover homophone, reduplication, code-mixing, literal translation, acronym, numeric and other symbols. Concerning the whole data forms, young people’s good linguistic competence and linguistic performance become the main sources. That means such phenomena most firstly occurred were created by those with sufficient knowledge of English before being imitated, then popularized or even developed by others. It is expected however that understanding such form of communication could be beneficial especially related to the teacing and learning of English outside the classroom

This study analyzes the results of ijtihad among the judges of the Religious Courts, particularly in the Palopo, Masamba, and Makassar Religious Courts in resolving cases of disputes over the inheritance rights of boys and girls in the Muslim community.

MANAJEMEN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KESADARAN EKOLOGI DI SMA MODEL NEGERI 3 PALU SULAWESI TENGAH

Head of SMA Negeri 3 Palu implements the form of management based on five management functions, namely planning, organizing, staffing (placement), coordinating and controlling (control). In managing ecology-oriented schools refers to the school adiwiyata ie schools that maintain the environment, the arrangement of a clean environment, beautiful and healthy in order to produce a good learning environment. this effort also aims to provide understanding of the school community in the preservation of environmental functions and resources in the school environment. Environmentally sound environmental (ecological) school programs have participatory and sustainable principles. The participatory principle is that the school community involved in school management covers the whole process of planning, implementation, and evaluation based on responsibility. The principle of sustainability is that all activities are carried out comprehensively, planned and continuously in improving the learning conditions more comfortable and conducive for all citizens of the school

Judges Decisions of Makassar, Palopo, and Masamba Religious Court over the Islamic Inheritance Law

This study analyzes the results of ijtihad among the judges of the Religious Courts, particularly in the Palopo, Masamba, and Makassar Religious Courts in resolving cases of disputes over the inheritance rights of boys and girls in the Muslim community. Its main purpose is to analyze their method of ijtihad including the legal basis they apply in checking legal facts. This study uses a descriptive-analytic method supported by sociological, normative, and religious approaches. The results of the study concluded that the judges at the Palopo, Makassar, and Masamba Religious Courts have reconstructed the provisions of inheritance law in the Qur’an and the Islamic Law Compilation through their ijtihad. This is indicated by their decision in many cases, among others, to give all inheritance assets to daughters, whereas in the Qur’an and the Islamic Law Compilation the inheritance rights for girls have been determined as ½ a portion. Likewise their decision regarding the ratio of inheritance rights between boys and girls, which in the Qur’an, Hadith, and the Compilation of Islamic Law is determined to be 2: 1, reconstructed to be 1: 1; the decision to give 1/3 of the inheritance property to the adopted child through a grant or a wasiyat wajibah (will) mechanism, as well as inheritance rights to grandchildren as a substitute for the position of the father or mother.            

PENANAMAN NILAI NILAI KEWIRAUSAHAAN MELALUI PROGRAM BISNIS PADA JURUSAN KRIYA KERAMIK DI SMK NEGERI 3 GOWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan kepada siswa melalui program bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa serta hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi selama proses penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan melalui program bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa yang terletak di Jalan Mesjid Raya No.46 Kelurahan Sungguminasa Kabupaten Gowa selama 2 bulan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dimana jenis penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan naturalistik yang lebih mengarah pada studi kasus (case study). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Penanaman Nilai-nilai Kewirausahaan Melalui Program Bisnis Pada Siswa/Siswi Jurusan Desain Produksi Kriya Kreatif Keramik di SMK Negeri 3 Gowa diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Guru Kewirausahaan sebagai subjek penelitian memiliki kemampuan dalam hal melakukan pembelajaran dan memberikan pemahaman tentang mata pelajaran program bisnis kepada siswa/siswi jurusan kriya kreatif keramik meskipun kurang signifikan baik dalam segi materi dan sebagainya. Walaupun dalam ilmu dan pemahaman yang terbatas guru kewirausahaan selaku subjek penelitian dapat membantu siswa/siswi jurusan desain produksi kriya kreatif keramik selaku objek untuk dapat memahami sedikit tentang isi dari mata pelajaran program bisnis tersebut. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah dengan adanya penanaman nilai-nilai kewirausahaan melalui program bisnis dapat membantu siswa/siswi dalam menemukan jati dirinya untuk menjadi seorang wirausahawan (enterpreneurship). Kata Kunci      : Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Kewirausahaan, Program Bisni

EFFECTIVENESS STUDY OF THE CROSS-INTEREST PROGRAM IN MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI (MAN)

Cross-interest learning or lessons learned by students of class IX Religion, become a challenge for students and educators in carrying out the learning process. This research is an initial study on the implementation of cross-interest learning which was developed based on the 2013 curriculum. In Madrasah Aliyah, cross-interests becomes interesting to study, especially in religion classes. Joining a religion class is input, process and output, and the obstacles to cross-interest implementation in class IX Religion. So that the implementation of cross-interest can be said to be effective. This paper aims to describe the results of a study on the effectiveness of cross-interest programs for grade IX students of religion at MAN I Poso. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and document studies, data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and data leveraging. The results showed that the cross-interest program at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Poso, especially in class XI Religion, was needed to accommodate the interests and talents of students to accommodate the potential of students
