conceitos errados
Selective enhancement of Sel\'enyi rings induced by the cross-correlation between the interfaces of a two-dimensional randomly rough dielectric film
By the use of both perturbative and non-perturbative solutions of the reduced
Rayleigh equation, we present a detailed study of the scattering of light from
two-dimensional weakly rough dielectric films. It is shown that for several
rough film configurations, Sel\'enyi interference rings exist in the diffusely
scattered light. For film systems supported by dielectric substrates where only
one of the two interfaces of the film is weakly rough and the other planar,
Sel\'enyi interference rings are observed at angular positions that can be
determined from simple phase arguments. For such single-rough-interface films,
we find and explain by a single scattering model that the contrast in the
interference patterns is better when the top interface of the film (the
interface facing the incident light) is rough than when the bottom interface is
rough. When both film interfaces are rough, Sel\'enyi interference rings exist
but a potential cross-correlation of the two rough interfaces of the film can
be used to selectively enhance some of the interference rings while others are
attenuated and might even disappear. This feature may in principle be used in
determining the correlation properties of interfaces of films that otherwise
would be difficult to access

Gyrokinetic studies of core turbulence features in ASDEX Upgrade H-mode plasmas
Gyrokinetic validation studies are crucial in developing confidence in the
model incorporated in numerical simulations and thus improving their predictive
capabilities. As one step in this direction, we simulate an ASDEX Upgrade
discharge with the GENE code, and analyze various fluctuating quantities and
compare them to experimental measurements. The approach taken is the following.
First, linear simulations are performed in order to determine the turbulence
regime. Second, the heat fluxes in nonlinear simulations are matched to
experimental fluxes by varying the logarithmic ion temperature gradient within
the expected experimental error bars. Finally, the dependence of various
quantities with respect to the ion temperature gradient is analyzed in detail.
It is found that density and temperature fluctuations can vary significantly
with small changes in this parameter, thus making comparisons with experiments
very sensitive to uncertainties in the experimental profiles. However,
cross-phases are more robust, indicating that they are better observables for
comparisons between gyrokinetic simulations and experimental measurements
A la lumière des publications et des informations, la religion fait un retour remarqué dans les organisations contemporaines. La mondialisation des échanges, les mouvements migratoires et le retour du religieux recomposent le tissu social et amène à de nouvelles revendications religieuses dans la sphère du travail. Les demandes croissantes en matière d’alimentation, d’espace de prière, de ports vestimentaires, de temps de fêtes, de séparation des genre créent un peu partout des zones de friction, des tensions, voire des rejets et des conflits entre certains groupes, certaines minorités et majorités, certains immigrés et autochtones. Ces questions étant de plus en plus présentes et particulièrement sensibles, il nous a semblé important d’en faire l’objet d’une communication. Celle-ci fera appel à un double regard ; un regard anthropologique du fait religieux et un regard d’un spécialiste du management des ressources humaines, qui a lui-même une perspective anthropologique. Après avoir fait un rappel de certains éléments clés du fait religieux et des principaux constats observés aujourd’hui dans les organisations, les auteurs s’intéresseront aux différentes stratégies mises en place par celles-ci, notamment en France, à cet égard et aux conséquences qu’elles peuvent avoir sur le vivre ensemble dans les univers organisés. Dans la dernière partie, ils présenteront des propositions pour faire face à ces nouvelles demandes qui respectent les droits universels et le désir du vivre ensemble, notamment dans le contexte français.Religion et organisation;

Morphological variability in second language learners: an examination of electrophysiological and production data
We examined potential sources of morphological variability in adult L1 English L2 Spanish learners, with a focus on L1 L2 similarity, morphological markedness, and knowledge type (receptive vs. expressive). Experiment 1 uses event related potentials to examine noun adjective number (present in L1) and gender agreement (absent in L1) in online sentence comprehension (receptive knowledge). For each feature, markedness was manipulated, such that half of the critical noun adjective combinations were feminine (marked) and the other half, masculine; half were used in the plural (marked) and the other half in the singular. With this set up, we examined learners’ potential overreliance on unmarked forms or “defaults” (singular/masculine). Experiment 2 examines similar dependencies in spoken sentence production (expressive knowledge). Results showed that learners (n=22) performed better with number than gender overall, but their brain responses to both features were qualitatively native like (i.e., P600), even though gender was probed with nouns that do not provide strong distributional cues to gender. In addition, variability with gender agreement was better accounted for by lexical (as opposed to syntactic) aspects. Learners showed no advantage for comprehension over production. They also showed no systematic evidence of reliance on morphological defaults, although their online processing was sensitive to markedness in a native like manner. Overall, these results suggest that there is facilitation for properties of the L2 that exist in the L1 and that markedness impacts L2 processing, but in a native like manner. These results also speak against proposals arguing that adult L2ers have deficits at the level of the morphology or the syntax
Form-Finding and Structural Shape Optimization of the Metal 3D-Printed Node
In the last few years, considerable attention has been paid to additive manufacturing (AM) technologies to redesign and modify the industrial products with regard to its merits. At the initial stage of technology development, AM was mostly used as a building platform for prototyping, whereas its usage has been recently extended to industrial applications. Amid the different methods of AM technology, the development of metal AM, in particular, Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) and metal Binder Jetting (MBJ), facilitate the production of high-quality and complex parts in several sectors of industry such as aerospace, medical, architecture and civil engineering. Understanding the novel advantage of metal 3D-printing in the development of high-performance and functional parts for applications in the construction sector enables researchers to propose different design and form-finding methods for construction components
Cetak Biru Corporate Information Factory Untuk Perguruan Tinggi Di Indonesia Menggunakan Kerangka Kerja Enterprise Architecture Planning
