Euskal Herriko Kooperatiben Lege berria

La entrada en vigor de la nueva Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil supone un intento de lograr la efectividad de la tutela judicial civil, lo que permite su estudio desde muy diversas perspectivas. Por lo que se refiere a los Mediante la Ley 1/2000, de 29 de junio, la Comunidad Autónoma Vasca ha reformado parcialmente la Ley 4/1993 de Cooperativas de Euskadi, entre otras causas para acomodar la normativa autonómica a lo establecido en la vigente Ley estatal 27/1999, de 16 de julio, de Cooperativas, así como para regular los conceptos relativos a la suspensión y extinción del contrato de los socios trabajadores que prevé la nueva normativa laboral (causas técnicas, económicas, organizativas, de producción o de fuerza mayor). Les changements les plus substantiels concernent le montant du capital social minimum, le lien entre les membres de la Coopérative, les "contributions financières subordonnées" et "les participations spéciales" et le nouveau concept de Groupe coopératif.By means of Law 1/2000, dated 29th June, the Basque Autonomous Community has partially reformed Law 4/1993 on Cooperatives in the Basque Country. This is, among other reasons, to accommodate autonomous regulation to what had already been established in the current Spanish law 27/1999, dated 16thJuly, on Co-operatives. This was also done in order to regulate the concepts related to the suspension and extinction of the contract between working associates that is anticipated in the new labour norms (for technical, economic, organisational, production orforce majeure causes). The most substantial changes have been taken place so far reference to the minimum social capital, the links of the associates to the Co-operative, the "subordinate financial contributions" and "special participations" and to the new concept of co-operative corporate group

Merkataldegi handien eraentza eta Europar Batasunaren ustea euskal zerga-laguntzei buruz

La Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco procede a desarrollar la Ley 7/1994, reguladora de la Actividad Comercial, y así, modifica la redacción del artículo 13 de la citada Ley, fijando el régimen de los grandes establecimientos comerciales. Por otra parte, la Comisión Europea ha abierto un período para presentar observaciones sobre los regímenes de ayudas fiscales que, en forma de exención del Impuesto sobre Sociedades para determinadas empresas recientemente creadas, fueron establecidos por los Territorios Históricos. A este respecto, la Comisión considera que, dado que las citadas medidas no pueden calificarse como de minimis, deberían haber sido objeto de notificación previa. D'autre part, la Commission Européenne a ouvert une période pour présenter des observations sur les régimes d'aides fiscales qui furent établies pour les Territoires Historiques, sous forme d'exonération de l'Impôt sur les Sociétés pour déterminer des entreprises récemment crées. A ce sujet, la Commission considère que, étant donné que ces mesures ne peuvent être qualifiées de minimes,elles auraient dû être l'objet de notification préalable. Elle présente également ses doutes en ce qui concerne la compatibilité de ces aides fiscales avec la réglementation européenne.The Autonomous Community of the Basque Country has developed Law 7/1994, on the regulation of Commercial Activity, and in that context decided to modify the wording of article 13 of the mentioned law, which establishes the regulation of large commercial establishments. On the other hand, the European Commission has opened a consultation in which to file observations on fiscal assistance, in the form of exemptions on taxation on Societies for recently created companies, which were established by the Historical Territories (Basque provinces). To this respect, the Commission considers that, since the afore mentioned measures cannot be qualified as minimum regulations, there should have been some previous notice. At the same time, it outlines its doubts with respect to the compatibility of such fiscal assistance with European regulations

Feminist discursive practices: analysis of slogans in the demonstration of March 8th in Bilbao

La movilización por la celebración del 8 de marzo de 2019 en Bilbao recibió un apoyo sin precedentes entre las manifestaciones convocadas por las organizaciones feministas hasta la fecha. En este contexto, esta investigación se propuso como objetivo analizar los lemas de las pancartas que fueron portadas por mujeres participantes a título particular en la movilización de ese día. Partiendo de una metodología cualitativa y del análisis crítico del discurso, se analizó una muestra de 154 lemas. Los resultados pusieron de manifiesto un foco discursivo centrado en la violencia, la igualdad y la lucha que interpelaba a la sociedad, a la vez que se detectaron voces individualistas que valoraban la libre elección y el empoderamiento individual por encima de los valores colectivos de solidaridad. El análisis evidencia la falta de homogeneidad en la lucha feminista, en la que conviven voces diversas, en ocasiones divergentes e incluso en conflicto, que apuntan a formas múltiples de entender al propio feminismo como un movimiento polifónico, dinámico y fluido.The mobilization for the Women’s Day in Bilbao, 2019, received unprecedented support among the demonstrations called by feminist organizations to date. In this context, this research aimed to analyze the slogans of the banners carried by those women who joined the march individually but not belonged to the Feminist Movement. Using a qualitative methodology and critical discourse analysis, a sample of 154 slogans was analyzed. The results revealed a discursive focus on violence, equality and struggle that challenged society, while individualistic voices were detected that valued free choice and individual empowerment over collective values of solidarity. The analysis shows how the feminist struggle is far from being homogeneous, allowing for diverse, sometimes divergent and even contested voices, which show multiple ways of understanding feminism as a dynamic and fluid polyphonic movement

Dual Mechanisms of LYN Kinase Dysregulation Drive Aggressive Behavior in Breast Cancer Cells

The SRC-family kinase LYN is highly expressed in triple-negative/basal-like breast cancer (TNBC) and in the cell of origin of these tumors, c-KIT-positive luminal progenitors. Here, we demonstrate LYN is a downstream effector of c-KIT in normal mammary cells and protective of apoptosis upon genotoxic stress. LYN activity is modulated by PIN1, a prolyl isomerase, and in BRCA1 mutant TNBC PIN1 upregulation activates LYN independently of c-KIT. Furthermore, the full-length LYN splice isoform (as opposed to the Δaa25-45 variant) drives migration and invasion of aggressive TNBC cells, while the ratio of splice variants is informative for breast cancer-specific survival across all breast cancers. Thus, dual mechanisms-uncoupling from upstream signals and splice isoform ratios-drive the activity of LYN in aggressive breast cancers

Treatment of chronic viral hepatitis in woodchucks by prolonged intrahepatic expression of interleukin-12

Chronic hepatitis B is a major cause of liver-related death worldwide. Interleukin-12 (IL-12) induction accompanies viral clearance in chronic hepatitis B virus infection. Here, we tested the therapeutic potential of IL-12 gene therapy in woodchucks chronically infected with woodchuck hepatitis virus (WHV), an infection that closely resembles chronic hepatitis B. The woodchucks were treated by intrahepatic injection of a helper-dependent adenoviral vector encoding IL-12 under the control of a liver-specific RU486-responsive promoter. All woodchucks with viral loads below 10(10) viral genomes (vg)/ml showed a marked and sustained reduction of viremia that was accompanied by a reduction in hepatic WHV DNA, a loss of e antigen and surface antigen, and improved liver histology. In contrast, none of the woodchucks with higher viremia levels responded to therapy. The antiviral effect was associated with the induction of T-cell immunity against viral antigens and a reduction of hepatic expression of Foxp3 in the responsive animals. Studies were performed in vitro to elucidate the resistance to therapy in highly viremic woodchucks. These studies showed that lymphocytes from healthy woodchucks or from animals with low viremia levels produced gamma interferon (IFN-gamma) upon IL-12 stimulation, while lymphocytes from woodchucks with high viremia failed to upregulate IFN-gamma in response to IL-12. In conclusion, IL-12-based gene therapy is an efficient approach to treat chronic hepadnavirus infection in woodchucks with viral loads below 10(10) vg/ml. Interestingly, this therapy is able to break immunological tolerance to viral antigens in chronic WHV carriers

Evaluación físico-química de aceite pigmentado obtenido de la cabeza de camarón

In this work the proximal analysis, physicochemical characterization, fatty acid profile and astaxanthin content of pigmented oil obtained by fermentation shrimp heads are presented. Lipids are the major components in the oil (95%). The saponification number is 178.62 mg KOH/g, iodine value 139.8 cg iodine/g, and the peroxide value was not detected. Density and viscosity were 0.92 mg/ml and 64 centipoises, respectively. The highest contents of fatty acids were linoleic (C18:2n6), oleic (C18:1n9) and palmitic (C16:0). Eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5n3, EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (C22:6n3, DHA) account for 9% of the total. The content of astaxanthin was 2.72 mg/g dry weight. The pigmented oil is a dietary source of nutrients with high value such as astaxanthin.En este trabajo se presenta el análisis proximal, caracterización físico-química, perfil de ácidos grasos y contenido de astaxantina en aceite pigmentado aislado por fermentación láctica de los residuos de camarón.
