Interrogation of Employees Concerning Union Matters as an Unfair Labor Practice

The problemof estimating parameters of amultivariate normal p-dimensional random vector is considered for a banded covariance structure reflecting mdependence. For species of the genus Amaranthus L. there is no uniform name of type of compound inflorescence. It is proposed to use definition "thyrs". The features of cymose inflorescences are considered. For the first time concaulescentia in inflorescences of species Amaranthus paniculatus L. and A. hybridus L. was described.Для видів роду Amaranthus L. не існує єдиної назви типу складного суцвіття. МІСЦЕ ТВОРЧОСТІ У ДОБУ ВІДРОДЖЕННЯ ЯК УМОВИ ЗРОСТАННЯ ЛЮДСЬКОЇ ДОСКОНАЛОСТІ У ІДЕЙНО-ЕСТЕТИЧНОМУ ТА ПРАКТИЧНОМУ ВИМІРАХ

The purpose of the article is the problem of understanding the dynamic formation of historical forms ofhuman being in the Renaissance Epoc connected with the fundamental principles changes: thinking system, behavior, beliefs, development of realia and the main point - cultural and artistic realia interpretation which is connected with the new content and creative technology modeling.  Methodology of the research is based on philosophical and cultural studies, Structural systemic, historical, reconstructive-modeling methods with the purpose to define the place of creativity during the Renaissance Epoc as the issues of human perfection in the ideologically-aesthetic and practical aspects. Scientific novelty of the research is in defining the model of depicting reality within the limited frameworks which are transformed into the paradigm of the Universe creativity itself the same as it becomes the major one for the person herself or himself. Conclusions. We can claim that specifically modeled creativity was the real systemically creative one for the whole qualitatively new Renaissance culture including peculiar concepts of human being philosophy. Specific and inner socium conditions which were created by European and namely by Italian Renaissance caused new forms and principals of world correlations and human life creativity of the person’s post medieval time.Целью исследования является проблема понимания динамики становления исторических форм бытия человека в эпоху Возрождения, которая связана с изменением коренных принципов: системы мышления, поведения, верований, освоения действительности, а главное системы культурно-художественной интерпретации реальности, что связанно с формированием нового содержания и технологии творчества. Методология исследования базируется на философско-культурологическом, структурно-системном, историко-культурном, реконструктивно-модельном методах используемых для определения творчества в эпоху Возрождения как условия роста человеческого совершенства в идейно-эстетическом и практическом измерениях. Научная новизна заключается в определении модели воспроизведения действительности в жестко нормативных рамках, которая трансформируется в парадигму создания как самого мира, так и того, что становится главным, самого человека. Выводы. Можем утверждать, что специфически смоделированная креативность была действительно системообразующей всей качественно новой культуры Возрождения, в том числе и специфических концепций философии человеческой жизни. Специфические, внутренние условия социума, которые были созданы европейским и, в частности, итальянским Ренессансом вызвали новые формы и принципы мироощущения и жизнетворчества человека постсредневекового времени. Метою дослідження є аналіз особливої артикуляції творчості у добу Відродження як однієї з домінуючих умов формування людської досконалості нового типу у ідейно-естетичному та практичному вимірах. Саме така виокремлено рефлексивна форма ствердження людської сутності в добу Відродження пов’язана зі зміною корінних принципів: системи мислення, поведінки, вірувань, освоєння дійсності, а головне системи культурно-мистецької інтерпретації реальності, що пов’язане з формуванням нового змісту та технології творчості. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на структурно-функціональному, системному, історичному, реконструктивно-моделюючому  методах для визначення місця творчості у добу Відродження як умови зростання людської досконалості у ідейно-естетичному та практичному вимірах. Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні моделі творчого відтворення дійсності у її традиційно нормативних рамках, що трансформується у парадигму творення як самого світу, так і того, що стає головним самої людини – її свободу, можливість самореалізації у різних сферах буття, в тому числі і в системі соціальних, політичних відносин, нових формах економічного прогресування, системі культурного, духовного життя, де моделюючою основою стає не абсолют космосу, бога, ідеї, а сама людина, зміст, форми, шляхи її самоствердження. Висновки. Можемо  стверджувати, що специфічно змодельована  креативність була дійсною системо-утворюючою всієї якісно нової  культури Відродження, в тому числі і особливих концепцій філософії людського життя. Специфічні, внутрішні умови соціуму, які були створені європейським і, зокрема, італійським Ренесансом викликали нові форми і принципи світовідношення і життєтворчості людини постсередньовічного часу

ALLELOPATHICAL ACTIVITY ASSESSMENT AS THE IMPORTANT STAGE OF PHYTOREMEDIATION TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT

Фіторемедіація вважається перспективною технологією очищення та відновлення забрудненого ґрунту. Проте існують фактори, які здатні впливати на процес очищення, значно зменшуючи його ефективність. Інтродування фіторемедіантів у фітоценоз на території забруднення може спричиняти активізацію алелопатичної активності місцевих видів рослин. Алелопатична активність рослин проявляється як секреція вторинних метаболітів у навколишнє середовище у формі летких сполук, ексудатів, які інгібують розвиток інших сусідніх рослин. У цій публікації оцiнено алелопатичну активність водорозчиних екстрактів Amaranthus retroflexus L., Cirsium arvense L., Barbarea vulgaris R. Br. та Artemisia absinthium L., а також їхній вплив на обрані фіторемедіанти за допомогою біотестування та тесту на пророщування.Фиторемедиация считается перспективной технологией очистки и восстановления загрязненной почвы. Однако, существуют факторы, способные влиять на процесс очистки, значительно уменьшая его эффективность. Интродуцирование фиторемедиантов в фитоценозе на территории загрязнения может вызывать активизацию аллелопатической активности местных видов растений. Аллелопатическая активность растений проявляется как секреция вторичных метаболитов в окружающую среду в форме летучих соединений, экссудатов, которые ингибируют развитие других соседних растений.В данной публикации оценены алелопатическая активность водорастворимых экстрактов Amaranthus retroflexus L., Cirsium arvense L., Barbarea vulgaris R. Br. и Artemisia absinthium L., а также их влияние на выбранные фиторемедианты методоми биотестирования и теста на проращивание.Phytoremediation is acknowledged as the perspective technology of soil decontamination and recovery. Nevertheless, there are certain factors that are supposed to influence this process, decreasing its effectiveness. The introduction of phytoremediation plants as the non-indigenous species into a phytocenosis of contaminated area may initiate the activation of an allelopathic activity of the present species. Allelopathic activity is commonly defined as a process of secretion of the secondary metabolites in a form of volatile compounds, exudates that inhibit development of other plants. Thus, this research work focuses on the assessment of an allelopathic activity of the indigenous species and its influence on selected phytoremediation plants. Bioassay and germination test have been conducted to measure the effects of water-soluble extracts of Amaranthus retroflexus L., Cirsium arvense L., Barbarea vulgaris R. Br. and Artemisia absinthium L. on the introduced species used in phytoremediation

Self-consistent model of electron drift mode turbulence

The nonlinear dynamics of magnetic electron drift mode turbulence are outlined and the generation of large-scale magnetic structures in a non-uniform magnetized plasma by turbulent Reynolds stress is demonstrated. The loop-back of large-scale flows on the microturbulence is elucidated and the modulation of the electron drift mode turbulence spectrum in a medium with slowly varying parameters is presented. The wave kinetic equation in the presence of large-scale flows is derived and it can be seen that the small-scale turbulence and the large-scale structures form a self-regulating system. Finally, it is shown by the use of quasilinear theory that the shearing of microturbulence by the flows can be described by a diffusion equation in k-space and the corresponding diffusion coefficients are calculate
