Teatro Musical: uma experiência com graduandos em música e estudantes de extensão em música da EMBAP/UNESPAR

Anais do 35º Seminário de Extensão Universitária da Região Sul - Área temática: CulturaEsse artigo tem o objetivo principal de apresentar brevemente a experiência da montagem de teatros musicais com alunos dos cursos de extensão em música, em cooperação com graduandos da instituição – trabalho esse realizado com professores de diferentes cursos, familiares e comunidade. A disciplina denominada Prática Musical em conjunto (que integra o Programa Institucional de Extensão em Música, no Campus de Curitiba I da UNESPAR), é a propulsora estrutural das apresentações de finais de ano letivo, sendo que, a cada ciclo são abordados novos temas nesses espetáculos. Alunos e professores da licenciatura em música, instrumento e canto, composição e regência, aliam as atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão em suas ações. Também os familiares colaboram de forma expressiva revelando uma interação transformadora na universidade em diálogo com a sociedade. Essas vivências têm trazido um resultado positivo como direcionamento motivacional nas aulas semanais, o estímulo às práticas extraclasse e ao refinamento da performance final. Os estudantes mostram-se cada vez mais estimulados para o estudo do instrumento, do canto, da compreensão teórica da música, cientes e na expectativa de que terão a oportunidade de se apresentarem publicamente na presença dos familiares. Professores e familiares trazem em seus depoimentos o sentido de realização e de satisfação pelo desenvolvimento musical dos participante

Ocupação irregular - Posse/GO : desafios enfrentados com urbanização

Curso de Licenciatura em Geografia a Distância.O presente projeto apresenta estudo elaborado do loteamento urbano na área de expansão do setor Buenos Aires, denominado “Morada do Sol”, demonstrando a forma de atuação do Município de Posse - GO na regularização de loteamentos, integrando ao conceito desenvolvido as delimitações urbanísticas e jurídicas de forma interdisciplinar. O processo de urbanização da área organizada em forma de loteamento irregular estabelece limites entre a urbanização e a preservação ambiental. A maioria dos loteamentos é ocupada pelas classes de baixa renda culminou em ocupações subnormais, colocando uma grande parte dessa população em situação de risco (pela possibilidade de desmoronamentos, entre outros). Analisando a ocupação dessa área de preservação, situada num terreno próximo a uma serra, e considerando todos os problemas relacionados e a falta de infraestrutura dos loteamentos irregulares da cidade em estudo, um em particular merece destaque: Morada do Sol – objeto de estudo deste projeto. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis project presents to the study of urban housing development in the expansion area of the neighborhood "Buenos Aires", called "Morada do Sol", showing how to work the City Posse - GO in the regularization of allotments, integrating the concept developed delimitations urban and interdisciplinary legal form. The process of urb anization of the area organized in the form of irregular allotment establishes boundaries between urbanization and environmental preservation. Most lots are occupied by low income classes culminated in occupations subnormal, putting a large part of this po pulation at risk (the possibility of landslides, among others). Analyzing the occupation of this conservation area, located on land near a mountain, and considering all the problems and lack of infrastructure subdivisions of the city under study, one in particular deserves mention: “Morada do Sol” - the object of study of this project

Ética na gestão pública: uma abordagem teórica

Ethics has gained space in debates involving Brazilian public management, since several segments pressure the public power to act transparently, with probity, accountability, accountability and, unquestionably, ethics implementation as a management scope. This is an exciting scenario not only for the taxpayer, but also for the public servants and business professionals who work in the promotion of services to the State. This article aims to contribute to the theoretical knowledge about the importance of ethics being effectively practiced by the public management. To do this, we sought literature on the subject, starting with the concept of ethics and its requirement in the service provided by the servers to the users of the public service. We adopted a qualitative approach, with a documental and bibliographic source for the construction of the present study, based on books, journals and scientific articles. It was addressed the current situation of Brazilian public management, the fight against corruption and the need to win the satisfaction of citizens who are consumers of public services. With globalization and technological advances, the citizens, users and financiers of the public machine have information about their obligations, but, above all, their rights. Therefore, public managers should pursue a professional life based on ethics, with the objective of collaborating with the progress of the country and the welfare of society. However, since the consolidation of the Control Bodies and commitments on the part of the Brazilian Justice, not everything is lost, given the current scenario in which the country is located, as there are still suitable professionals committed to the common welfare, who follow in an uninterrupted struggle against corruption and other practices that have shaken the confidence of the population. Even undergoing some kind of threat and persecution, they persist in believing that honesty and dignity can override the slowness of justice that somehow benefits unscrupulous corrupt people who do not live up to the vows of trust deposited in them.A ética tem conquistado espaço nos debates envolvendo a gestão pública brasileira, pois vários segmentos pressionam o poder público para que atue de forma transparente, com probidade, responsabilidade, prestação de contas e, inquestionavelmente, implementação da ética como escopo de gestão. Esse é um cenário animador não apenas para o contribuinte, mas, também, para os próprios servidores públicos e profissionais do setor negocial que atuam na promoção de serviços ao Estado. O presente artigo tem por objetivo contribuir para o conhecimento teórico sobre a importância de a ética ser, efetivamente, praticada pelos servidores da gestão pública. Para tal, buscou-se a literatura sobre a temática, iniciando com o conceito de ética e a sua exigência no serviço prestado pelos servidores aos usuários do serviço público. Adotou-se como metodologia, a pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, com fonte documental e bibliográfica para construção do presente estudo, com embasamento em livros, revistas e artigos científicos. Foi abordada a atualidade da gestão pública brasileira, o combate à corrupção e a necessidade de se conquistar a satisfação do cidadão consumidor dos serviços públicos. Com a globalização e os avanços tecnológicos, os cidadãos, usuários e custeadores da máquina pública, detêm informações acerca das suas obrigações, mas, e, sobretudo, dos seus direitos. Portanto, os gestores públicos devem buscar uma vida profissional pautada na ética, com o objetivo de colaborar com o progresso do país e o bem estar da sociedade. Entretanto, a partir da consolidação dos Órgãos de Controle e compromissos de parte da Justiça brasileira, nem tudo está perdido, diante do atual cenário em que se encontra o país, pois ainda há profissionais idôneos e comprometidos com o bem estar comum, que seguem em uma luta ininterrupta contra a corrupção e demais práticas que vem abalando a confiança da população. Mesmo sofrendo algum tipo de ameaça e perseguição, persistem em acreditar que a honestidade e dignidade podem se sobrepor à morosidade da justiça que, de alguma maneira, beneficia corruptos inescrupulosos que não fazem jus aos votos de confiança neles depositados

WORLD READING: STRENGTHS BETWEEN AN OUTREACH PRACTICE AND THE PRINCIPLES OF CRITICAL PEDAGOGY

This article aims to analyze elements of the experience lived bases on a hands on practice inspired by the principles in Critical Pedagogy. We try to answer in what way the principles of this Pedagogy were experienced in the scope of the Reading the World outreach project. Based on a qualitative approach, we use narratives of the students who participated in the above mentioned educational practice as adult literacy teachers. We realize that the Freirean postulates have proved important, proving not only in theory but also in practice that knowledge is only liberating if it is associated with a political commitment on behalf of the oppressed

E A CHAMINÉ? RELATOS ETNOGRÁFICOS SOBRE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E A TERRA INDÍGENA (TI) DE PANAMBIZINHO

The process of colonization of the region of Mato Grosso is linked to the process of establishment of reservationa (confinement) in the locus now known as south of Mato Grosso do Sul. The war daily fought between landowners and indigenous on account of the demarcation of territories claimed by Kaiowá, Guarani and Terena, in our view, cannot be dissociated from the macro-sociological and diachronic context of development of the southern region of the young state of Mato Grosso do Sul. In this scenario, the Indigenous Land of Panambizinho, yet to be regulated, apparently isn’t excused from problems that come from State deeds, given that the means of living destined to the Kaiowá are inhuman. As continuation to the research initiated in 2008, this article contributes through field work to broader discussions about indigenous societies and public policies, having as thread the experience the Kaiowá from Panambizinho had with the governmental iniciative entitled "Carteira Indígena", the arrival of ecological stoves by UNDP and the propositions from the Second Indigenous’ Mental Health Seminar that occurred in Dourados.O processo de colonização da região do Mato Grosso vincula-se àquele da criação de reservas (de confinamento) no lócus atualmente conhecido como sul de Mato Grosso do Sul. As guerras cotidianamente travadas entre latifundiários e indígenas em razão das demarcações de territórios reivindicadas por Kaiowá, Guarani e Terena, a nosso ver, não podem se dissociar da contextualização macrossociológica e diacrônica da formação do sul do jovem estado de Mato Grosso do Sul. Em meio a este cenário, a Terra Indígena de Panambizinho, por ser regulamentada, parece não fugir aos problemas voltados à ação nociva do Estado, face aos meios de vivência destinados aos Kaiowá que são inumanos. Como continuidade de pesquisas iniciadas desde 2008, o presente artigo, a partir da realização de imersões a campo, contribui para as discussões mais amplas sobre sociedades indígenas e políticas públicas, tendo como fio condutor a experiência dos Kaiowá de Panambizinho junto à iniciativa do governo federal intitulada de “carteira indígena”; à recepção e/ou chegada do fogão ecológico via PNUD e às propostas retiradas do II Seminário de Saúde Mental Indígena, ocorrido em Dourados

Solid Waste Management as an instrument of sustainability in protestant denominations

Nowadays, there is a worldwide concern about issues related to the environment and one of the biggest environmental problems caused are generated by inadequate solid waste management and the lack of society\u27s involvement. The present work deals with the management in Protestant Christian religious institutions, which are also producers of solid waste and, therefore, deserve to be studied scientifically, in order to answer the following guiding question: Solid waste management in Protestant Christian institutions in the city of Manaus asserts itself as an effective instrument for the concept of sustainability? The main purpose objective of this work is to evaluate how Protestant Christian religious institutions act in the management of solid waste, identifying if such these institutions do any kind of management of this generated waste, in order to monitor how it is done using quality management tools, methodology and analysis of the results achieved. The applied methodology will be descriptive, through observation, registration, analysis and correlation of the object or facts under study, however, without manipulating them. With the information collected from selected churches in all areas of the city, in equal quantity and, through a practical formulary and checklist based on Brazil’s the National Policy on Solid Waste (PNRS), it will be possible to build a DMAIC framework and sequentially apply the GUT tool, to notes on of the most urgent problems. The results of these notes will be put into the PDCA cycle for improvement planning and, finally, the 5W2H will be used to propose improvements, which will facilitate observation, data collection and analysis of the information obtained. The survey results showed a great possibility of these Christian communities to serve as environmental schools, and that if it would be carried out, could bring a real mass awareness of society, thanks to its enormous scope

Population structure of Gobiidae in a tropical urban estuary

As spatiotemporal variations in estuaries affect the population structure of species, the study aimed to analyze the distribution of species of the family Gobiidae in the Capibaribe River's estuary city of Recife (northeastern Brazil). Sampling was performed bi-monthly from February 2009 to December 2012 at two sampling stations. The weight-length relationship of the species was determined using potential regression analysis. Density and biomass values were determined for each species per sampling station and season. The Mann-Whitney test was used to compare spatial and seasonal differences in abundance. A non-metric multidimensional scaling ordination was used to assess changes in species composition. Seven hundred eighty-eight individuals were caught. The most representative species of Gobiidae was Ctenogobius boleosoma, followed by Evorthodus lyricus and Gobionellus oceanicus. The relationship between total weight (TW) and standard length (SL) was potential and significant for both C. boleosoma (TW = 0.04SL2.1815) and E. lyricus (TW = 0.0272SL2.795), and both exhibited negative allometric growth. The analysis of the main species' spatial variation demonstrated a significant difference in the number of individuals for C. boleosoma (U = 528; p = 0.000005) and E. lyricus (U = 312; p = 0.000000). No significant difference in abundance was found between the dry and rainy season for either C. boleosoma (U = 1052.2; p = 0.4659) or E. lyricus (U = 1054; p = 0.4726). The two most abundant species have similar habits and customarily inhabit stressful environments. Ctenogobius boleosoma and E. lyricus are residents of the Capibaribe River's estuary, and both move to regions near the outfall of the river in the rainy season

Influência da estrutura organizacional na capacidade de aprendizado organizacional: o caso de uma fabricante mundial de veículos comerciais

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of the dimensions of the organizational structure on the organizational learning capacity in a transport company. Design/methodology/approach – For this, we adopted as a research design the method of case study and for data collection and analysis, using the quantitative and qualitative procedures. For the purposes of this study, the choice was made of the Administrative Unit of Construction Equipment of a worldwide manufacturer of commercial vehicles.Findings – Among the results it was verified that: (i) an environment conducive to organizational learning must be supported by organizational organizational structures; (ii) the dimensions of centralization and integration when working in congruence tend to reinforce processes and levels of learning; (iii) the high degree of formalization has no influence on organizational learning capacity.Research limitations/implications – As limiting factors of the research, the cross-sectional approach is considered to study the theme of organizational learning. Still, the data collection in only one Unit of the company Alpha, the number of interviews carried out and the fact that it involves only managers from the commercial and sales sectors.Practical implications – The dimensions Centralization and Integration influence the Capacity for Organizational Learning.Originality/value – In order to develop an environment conducive to organizational learning, organizations should make use of more flexible structural forms, which encourage people's autonomy and freedom through decentralization. Also, that organizations seek a high level of integration, information sharing and that communication is fluid throughout the company.Objetivo – O objetivo deste estudo consiste em analisar a influência das dimensões da estrutura organizacional na capacidade de aprendizado organizacional em uma empresa do setor de transportes.Design / metodologia / abordagem – Para isso, adotou-se como delineamento de pesquisa o método de estudo de caso e para coleta e análise dos dados, utilizou-se os procedimentos quantitativo e qualitativo. Para fins deste estudo, optou-se pela escolha da Unidade Administrativa de Equipamentos de Construção de uma fabricante mundial de veículos comerciais.Resultados – Dentre os resultados constatou-se que: (i) um ambiente propício ao aprendizado organizacional deve ser apoiado por estruturas organizacionais orgânicas; (ii) as dimensões centralização e integração quando atuam em congruência tendem a reforçar os processos e níveis de aprendizado; e, (iii) o elevado grau de formalização não exerce influência na capacidade de aprendizado organizacional. Limitações/implicações da pesquisa – Como fatores limitantes da pesquisa, considera-se a abordagem de corte transversal para estudar a temática de aprendizado organizacional. Ainda, a coleta de dados em apenas uma Unidade da empresa Alfa, o número de entrevistas realizadas e o fato de envolver somente gestores dos setores comerciais e de vendas.Implicações práticas – As dimensões Centralização e Integração exercem influência na Capacidade de Aprendizado Organizacional.Originalidade/valor  – Para desenvolver um ambiente propício ao aprendizado organizacional, as organizações devam fazer uso de formas estruturais mais flexíveis, que incentivem a autonomia e a liberdade das pessoas por meio da descentralização. Também que as organizações busquem um alto nível de integração, compartilhamento de informações e que a comunicação seja fluída por toda a empresa
