    Rapid Propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii

    以金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)试管苗带节茎段和顶芽为外植体,用正交试验筛选芽快速增殖的培养基配方,并研究生根粉(ABT)对促根壮苗的作用。结果表明,丛生芽增殖最佳配方为MS+BA 3.5mg/L+KT 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.6mg/L,两个月增殖倍数达3.5;3mg/L 3号生根粉对金线莲生根壮苗效果最佳,使植株生根条数、最长根、植株增高和增叶数分别比对照增加12.8%、34.1%、13.2%和22.4%,从而提高移栽成活率,3种不同基质均达到94%以上。Taking stem segments and apical buds as explants, the optimal culture medium for rapid propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii were carried out by orthogonal screening experiment. MS + BA 3.5mg/L + KT 1.5mg/L + NAA 0.6mg/L gave the best result for multiplication of adventitious buds and proliferated buds for 3.5 times within 2 months. The growth media supplemented with ABT3 3mg/L increased the number of roots, the length of roots, the height of seedlings and the number of leaves by 12.8%, 34.1%, 13.2% and 22.4%, respectively.福建省漳州市科委项目(Z02028)资

    沙溪水污染对微生物群落变化的影响

    沙溪是闽江上游3大支流之一.近年来,随着三明市经济的发展,局部污染事件仍时有发生.对沙溪三明河段的细菌、真菌、大肠菌群以及降解污染物的主要微生物进行了数量跟踪,结合COD、总氮和总磷等污染物对沙溪水环境与微生物群落变化的关系进行了初步的研究.结果表明:各种微生物的数量变化与主要的有机污染物值之间存在显著的相关性,所有的相关系数均大于0.7,表明微生物在降解与净化中起着重要的作用,同时对水环境的污染状况具有一定的指示作用;降解有机物的主要微生物的数量于COD显著相关,可作为该河段有机污染物水平的指标;研究结果还显示,三化总口和三农电化口是主要的有机污染点,应加强对这两个位点的监测和排污管理

    本文以改进的MTT法为初筛模型,筛选海洋放线菌产生的细胞毒抗肿瘤活性物质。对434株海洋放线菌发酵液的筛选结果发现,约16%的海洋放线菌发酵液对P_(388)和kb癌细胞的Id_(50)等于或大于320,其中最高可达20480。这表明海洋放线菌存在着活性高的细胞在抗肿瘤活性物质,是潜在的抗癌药源。The modified MTT assay was used as in vitro model for screening potential cy- totoxic antitumor agents produced by marine actinomycetes.Tile cytotoxicity of fermentation broth from 134 strains of marine actinomycetes on P_(388) and KB cancer cells was evaluated and the result showed that about 16% of fermentation broths had ID_(50) at or above 320,of which the highest ID_(50) is 20480,indicating that marine actinomycetes,which produced antitumor agents with strong cytotoxicity,are the potential source of antitumor drugs.国家自然科学基金资助项目!(编号:39670015);国家教育部博士点基金项目!(编号:98038401

    The Population Fluctuation and Bioactivity of Endophytic Fungi from Mangrove Plants in Different Seasons

    2003年10月至2004年8月对福建龙海浮宫2种红树植物秋茄、木榄的内生真菌进行连续6次的分离,得到290株内生真菌.研究结果显示,木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)和秋茄(Kandelia candel)内生真菌数量高峰期分别为4月份和10~12月份;青霉(Penicillium)、交链孢(Alternaria)、Dothiorella和无孢目是秋茄中的主要优势属;木榄内生真菌主要优势属为头孢霉(Cephalosporium)、交链孢(Alternaria)、青霉(Penicillium)等.不同宿主对内生真菌的季节分布有重要的影响.抗菌测定共筛选得到活性菌株40株,占总菌株数的13.8%;17株内生真菌对KB(人口腔上皮癌)和/或Raji(人B淋巴瘤)细胞具有抑制作用,占总菌株数的5.9%.生物活性菌株分布于青霉、交链孢、拟青霉、无孢目等10个不同的分类单元中,2种宿主植物内生真菌抗菌及抗肿瘤活性均有不同程度的季节差异性.From December 2003 to August 2004,the endophytic fungi of Kandelia cande and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza,which were collected from Fugong in Fujian Province,were isolated for six times.290 strains endophytic fungi were obtained.The results showed the number fastigium of endophytic fungi from Kandelia candel and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza were in April and October to December respectively.Penicillium?Alternaria?Dothiorell and the nonsporulating groups were the dominant genuses of the endophytic fungi from Kandelia cande,while the endophytic fungi from Bruguiera gymnorrhiza mainly belonged to Cephalosporium?Alternaria?Penicillium,and so on.The differences of the host played an important role in the attribution of the temporal variations of different endophytic fungi.In the investigation of antimicrobial activities,40 strains(13.8% of the total isolates) with antimicrobial activities were screened out.17 strains(5.9% of the total isolates) could inhibit the growth of Raji and/or KB tumor cell lines.The active strains obtained mostly belonged to Penicillium,Alternaria,Paecilomyces and other 7 genuses.The endophytic fungi from 2 mangrove plants also displayed seasonal variations in their antimicrobial and antitumor activities.国家863计划(2003AA624010);; 福建省科技计划项目(2004N003)资

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
