    对紫苏子化学成分的研究结果表明:种子含大量脂肪油(含量42.16%),油中含大量不饱和脂肪酸:亚麻酸(64.752%)、亚油酸(13.802%)、油酸(14.278%)等,总量达94.682%。此外,种子含18种氨基酸和18种矿质元素,表明种子含有种类齐全的氨基酸和矿质元素。因此,种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和药用保健功效。OBJECTIVE To study on the chemical constituents of Perilla frutescens (L. )Britt var. arguta (Benth. )Seed. RESULTS There were rich content of fatty oil in the seeds,the content reached 42. 16%. The main constituents were a-Linoleni acid(64. 752% ) ,linolic acid( 13. 802%)and oleic acid( 14. 278% )etc. The total content of its unsaturated fatty acid reacthed 94. 682%. Eighteen kinds of amino acid and eighteen kinds of mineral elements were detected.     【中文摘要】 对白苏子和荠苧子两种种子的脂肪油、氨基酸、矿质元素等化学成分进行分析 ,结果表明 :两种种子均含有丰富的脂肪油 ,含量分别为 4 0 .18%和 2 0 .6 2 % ,其脂肪油的主要成分为 :亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等 ,其中不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为 92 .759%和 92 .990 % ,具有较高的营养价值。此外 ,还含有丰富的氨基酸和种类齐全的矿质元素。其种子形状大小、纹饰特征是两种种子鉴别的重要依据。 【英文摘要】 The chemical compositions of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. and Mosla punctulata J.F. Seeds have been studied.     【中文文摘】本文报道青葙子的主要化学成分。经测定,青葙子氨基酸种类比较齐全,必需氨基酸含量较高,占总氨基酸含量的42.85%。种子含有丰富的脂肪油,主要成分为:棕榈酸(18.225%)、硬脂酸(2.459%)、油酸(27.995%)、亚油酸(44.522%)和亚麻酸(2.374%)等,不饱和脂肪酸的含量达79.276%。种子还含有种类较齐全的矿质元素,具有较高的营养价值。 【英文文摘】The chemical constituents in seeds of Celosia argentea were studied. The results showed that the seeds of Celosia argentea were abundant in amino acid and the contents of essential amino acid reached 42.85% of the total amino acids. The seeds were rich in fatty oil and the main constituents were palmitic acid (18.225%), stearic acid (2.459%), oleic acid (27.995%), linonic acid (44.522%) and linolenic acid (2.374%). The content present in unsaturated fatly acids was up to 79.276%. Various kinds of mineral elements were present in the seeds of C. argentea.     The Role of PI3K/Akt/HIF-1α Signaling Pathway in Bleomycin-Induced Pulmonary Fibrosis in Mice

    目的探讨PI3K/Akt/HIF-1α信号通路在博来霉素(BLM)诱导的小鼠肺纤维化中的作用机制。方法 56只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组通过气管内滴注BLM(2.5 mg/kg)建立肺纤维化模型,对照组在相同条件下气管内滴注等量0.9%氯化钠溶液。在造模第21 d取小鼠肺组织标本行HE和Masson染色分析肺组织形态学变化;运用Ashcroft评分以及检测羟脯氨酸含量评估肺纤维化程度;Western blot方法检测PI3K/Akt/HIF-1α信号通路的变化以及肺泡表面活性物质(Pro-SPC)蛋白含量;实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测胶原蛋白3(Collagen3)mRNA表达水平;免疫组织化学法检测肺组织内Collagen3蛋白和细胞凋亡数的变化。结果实验组与对照组相比,肺泡炎和肺纤维化程度明显加重,肺组织内充填大量炎细胞及纤维病灶。试验组Ashcroft评分和羟脯氨酸含量均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。同时,PI3K/Akt/HIF-1α信号通路在实验组肺内明显活化,并伴有Pro-SPC蛋白生成减少,Collagen3蛋白含量及mRNA水平增加,以及肺内细胞凋亡数明显增加。结论 PI3K/Akt/HIF-1α信号通路的异常活化促进了肺纤维化形成。Objective To investigate the role of PI3K/Akt/HIF-1α signaling pathway in bleomycininduced pulmonary fibrosis in mice.Methods Fifty-six C57 BL/6 mice were randomly divided into a control group and a bleomycin(BLM)group.The pulmonary fibrosis model was induced by single intratracheal instillation of BLM(2.5 mg/kg)in the BLM group.Similarly,0.9% saline was instilled directly into the trachea in the control group.Then all mice were sacrificed on 21 stday.The lungs were collected for morphometric analysis with HE and Masson staining.The degree of pulmonary fibrosis was evaluated with Ashcroft score and content of hydroxyproline.The activity of PI3 K/Akt/HIF-1α signaling pathway and prosurfactant protein C(Pro-SPC)were measured by Western blot.The level of collagen3 mRNA was assessed with quantitative real time PCR analysis.Collagen3 protein and numbers of apoptosis cells were observed with immuno-histochemistry.Results It was exhibited that the thickening alveolar septa,accumulation of inflammatory cells,and fibrous obliteration in the BLM group but not in the control group.There was a significant difference in Ashcroft score and hydryoproline content in the BLM group.Meanwhile,the activity of PI3 K/Akt/HIF-1α signaling pathway was up-regulated and the protein of Pro-SPC was decreased in the BLM group.It was revealed that the numbers of apoptosis cells,expressions of Collagen3 protein and mRNA were increased in the BLM group.Conclusion Aberrant activity of PI3 K/Akt/HIF-1α signaling pathway may aggravate the pulmonary fibrogenesis.福建省科技局课题(编号:J00162

Email: [email protected]; Tel: +86-592-2189023[中文文摘]表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)具有极高的检测灵敏度,通过检测吸附分子的SERS信号,可以获得表面吸附分子的结构以及可能发生的反应.在拉曼激发光源的辐射下,在碱性溶液中,银纳米粒子表面吸附的对氯硝基苯(PCNB)的SERS光谱与其固体的常规拉曼光谱相比,出现异常SERS谱.通过采用密度泛函理论(DFT)计算,对PCNB以及可能的偶联产物p,p′-二氯偶氮苯(DCAB)进行理论分析以及谱峰归属,发现这些异常峰来自其偶联产物DCAB的偶氮C-N=N-C基团的基频振动. [英文文摘]Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) on silver nanoparticles is highly sensitive because of surface plasmon resonance. We have studied the structures and photoinduced chemical reactions of p-chloronitrobenzene (PCNB) molecules adsorbed on silver nanoparticles using a combination of SERS and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. When the PCNB molecules are adsorbed to the surface of silver nanoparticles in alkaline solution, the SERS spectra are very different from the normal Raman spectra of PCNB.     武夷山亮叶水青冈林物种多样性研究

    本文为武夷山自然保护区生物多样性GEF项目内容之一,调查了保护区内不同海拔高度的代表性森林生态系统的物种多样性。亮叶水青冈林是山地的代表性森林生态系统之一。应用Shannon—Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度、Simpson指数和PIE对武夷山亮叶水青冈群落高等植物进行了物种多样性研究。结果表明该群落的Shannon—Wiener指数值为1.2973,Pielou均匀度为34.71%,Simpson指数为2.4777,PIE为0.5964,群落的乔木层物种多样性较高,各项多样性指数分别为2.5757,89.11%,12.1179和0.9175,灌木层、草本层的多样性指数值极低

    多重荧光PCR同时检测转基因成分35S和Nos方法的建立

    根据商品化转基因作物中常用的花椰菜花叶病毒启动子 (CaMV 35S)和根癌农杆菌终止子 (Nos)的序列特点 ,设计并合成了两对引物和相对应的荧光双链探针 ,建立一种应用荧光双链探针的多重荧光PCR同时检测转基因成分 35S启动子和Nos终止子的方法 .并利用该方法对马铃薯、大豆、玉米、甜椒、番茄等 11份实物样品进行了检测 ,其中有 5份样品结果阳性 .结果表明所建立的多重荧光PCR方法能同时检测出 35S和Nos双组分 ,较常规PCR技术更为简便、快速、准确 ,有很好的应用前景
