    ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA LULUSAN TERHADAP ALUMNI KOMUNIKASI DAN PENYIARAN ISLAM IAIN PAREPARE

    AbstrakEksitensi lulusan di masyarakat atau pasar akan selalu menjadi atribut penilaian masyarakat terhadap perguruan tinggi asalnya. Jika alumni terserap pasar dengan baik maka perguruan tinggi akan mendapatkan kredit positif. Setiap perguruan tinggi berkepentingan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusannya sebagai bagian instrumental evaluasi dan proyeksi institusi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pengguna lulusan program studi KPI memiliki kepuasan yang tinggi pada kualitas profesionalisme kerja lulusan. Adapun tujuh kriteria penilaian kualitas kinerja lulusan KPI, peringkat kepuasaan pengguna lulusan dari yang tertingi ke yang terendah yaknik kemampuan integritas, kemampuan kerjasama tim, kemampuan teknologi informasi, kemampuan pengembangan diri, kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan profesionalisme, kemampuan bahasa inggris. Selain itu terdapat rekomendasi pengguna lulusan terhadap pengelolaan program studi Komukasi dan Penyiaran Islam IAIN Parepare di antaranya: perbanyak mata kuliah praktikum pada semester akhir, perbanyak pelatihan dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan bahasa asing, mengadakan pembekalan soft skill dan hard skill sesuai bidang ilmu, merintis kerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah tana toraja, meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan mahasiswa, serta melaksanakan kajian ilmu terintegrasi.

    Analysis of user satisfaction graduate in education for Islamic elementary school teachers program UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta

    The aims of this research are 1) to find out the satisfaction of users of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Programme (EIESTP) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta graduates, and 2) to know the analysis of the needs of graduate users to face the transformation of 21st Century Education. The population of this research is users of graduates from EIESTP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta alumni/graduates in 2019, 2020, and 2021. The number of samples is determined by the Slavin formula. Based on the calculation results, the number of samples is 152 graduate users. Data collection instruments are closed questionnaires and documentation. The response results from graduate users are then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The research findings show that 1) Satisfaction of users of EIESTP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta graduates with the CSI method was obtained at 94.96% in the very satisfied category, and 2) EIESTP Study Program UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta needs to make improvements and increase expertise in the fields of knowledge, collaboration, and integrity ability of its graduates

    This study aims to determine the traces of alumni activities, in the use of knowledge obtained from universities where they study. Tracer Study research to support the improvement of the quality of human resources that will be produced. However, the problem is how the competencies possessed by alumni of the S3 KPI Doctoral Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, conducts data collection through interviews and dissemination of surveys through links on google dirve. informants in this study, adjusted to the needs of the required data data. The analysis is carried out continuously and continuously from the beginning until the research is complete. The results showed that alumni user satisfaction on graduate expertise based on their scientific fields, foreign language skills, The use of information technology, communication, cooperation, and self-development of alumni is very good.&nbsp

    The Role of Digitalization in Enhancing Legal Competencies of Sharia Economic Law Graduates: A Case Study of graduate users in South Kalimantan

    Abstract: This study aims to identify the needs of graduate users and also show the strategies adopted by the Sharia Economic Law Study Program at Antasari State Islamic University in designing innovative curriculum and learning processes to produce graduate standards that are under the needs and desires of users. The informants in this study were graduate users who were selected based on the criteria of having alumni working in both government and non-government (private) agencies in South Kalimantan. The results showed that the needs of graduate users of the Sharia Economic Law Study Program include integrity, professionalism, foreign language skills, information technology skills, communication skills, cooperation skills, and self-development skills. In addition, the integration of technology in the learning process has also increased efficiency and effectiveness in transferring legal knowledge and skills to students.Keywords: Legal Competence, Sharia Economic Law, Graduate Users, Science Integration. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna lulusan dan juga menunjukkan strategi yang ditempuh oleh Program Studi  Hukum Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Islam Negeri Antasari dalam merancang kurikulum dan proses pembelajaran inovatif untuk menghasilkan standar lulusan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan para pengguna. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna lulusan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria adanya alumni yang bekerja baik di instansi pemerintah dan non pemerintah (swasta) yang ada di Kalimantan Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pengguna lulusan terhadap Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah meliputi integritas, profesionalisme, kemampuan bahasa asing, kemampuan teknologi informasi, kemampuan komunikasi, kemampuan kerjasama, dan kemampuan pengembangan diri. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran juga telah meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam mentransfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan hukum kepada mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Hukum, Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, Pengguna Lulusan, Integrasi Ilmu.

    PENGUKURAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA LULUSAN PROGRAM STUDI KOMPUTERISASI AKUNTANSI BAGI INDUSTRI

    This study aims to measure the level of user satisfaction of graduates of the Computerized Accounting Study Program, Department of Accounting, Semarang State Polytechnic and identify the quality attributes of graduates that need to be improved to increase graduate user satisfaction. The sample was taken as many as 20 industrial users who graduated with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method applied is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed with the help of SPSS 26 software for Windows, then processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) model. The results of the IPA analysis on the Cartesian diagram of the 8 variables namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Confidence, Attention, Tangible, Benefit, Ease and Security indicate that the performance of the graduates of the Computerized Accounting Study Program has met expectations. However, the Computerized Accounting Study Program must always be updated on the development of science and technology so that links and matches are always created

    Kompetensi menjadi tolak ukur untuk menentukan kapabilitas seseorang di masa depan. Kurikulum Perguruan Tinggi menjadi pentinn untuk disusun berdasarkan SKKNI terbaru. Pada bidang Ilmu Perpustakaan telah terbit SKKNI No 236 Tahun 2019 yang telah merubah peta kompetensi dengan unit-unit kompetensi yang terbaru. Sehingga perlu untuk menjaga kualitas lulusan sebelum SKKNI terbit dengan melakukan pengabdian berupa pelatihan pada alumni yang belum mendapatkan kompetensi tersebut. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan saat pre-test alumni rata-rata mendapatkan nilai cukup, setelah post-test rata-rata mendapatkan nilai sangat memuaskan

    The quality of graduates is the estuary of the process of providing education. It is a challenge for educational institutions to continue to strive to maximize the abilities and skills of their students in producing quality graduates. A preliminary study on the Islamic religious education study program at IAIN Surakarta shows that every year the input of Islamic education students always increase in quantity. However, in terms of quality it has not fully met the expectations of the community. This problem is caused by the efforts made by educational institutions that have not fully run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the Islamic religious education study program in improving the quality of graduates of Islamic religious education at the state Islamic institute (IAIN) Surakarta. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of the Islamic religious education study program, lecturers of Islamic religious education, Islamic education students, learning activities of Islamic religious education students, and the profile of the Islamic religious education study program. The selection of subjects was done by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman model which consisted of data collection, data simplification, data display, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was carried out by triangulation of the techniques and triangulation of sources. The reults of this study are 1) Efforts to improve the quality of PAI graduates are carried out through the planning process and the implementation process. The planning process includes improving the quality of graduates through academic, professional, personal and social aspects. The implementation process includes mentoring and developing student competencies through the P3KMI, worship SKL, computer SKL, billingual, training, career development program, PPL and TPA internship. 2) The results achieved through the planning process and the implementation process are graduates who are able to have scientific work, have teaching competence, have the ability to study the qur’an, have Islamic insight, are able to use technology according to development, are able to speak foreign languages, and have the ability to manage educational institutions

    Abstract There are many factors that influence the formation of the image of prospective students. This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze the image of the university in the new students of the Makassar State University and the social construction of the image of the university in the new students. The informants were selected by purposive sampling technique, namely the new students of Makassar State University and made Makassar State University the first choice. Interviews and documentation were used as data collection techniques and then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data obtained were checked for validity using the member check technique. The results of the study found that: 1) a positive image of Makassar State University was formed for new students in the form of: a. Complete facilities and infrastructure; b. Qualified teaching staff; c. And many alumni are absorbed in the world of work. 2) the social construction of a positive image of Makassar State University is formed through three simultaneous processes, namely externalization, objectivation, and internalization.     Proses komunikasi pembelajaran dapat dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu luring (offline) dan daring (online). Namun semenjak munculnya Covid-19, proses komunikasi pembelajaran dialihkan menjadi daring (online). hal ini menjadikan komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen mengalami gangguan seperti, mengalami susah sinyal, mata kuliah yang saling bentrok, semangat belajar menjadi menurun diakibatkan kejenuhan kuliah di rumah saja, tertinggal materi perkuliahan, metode mengajar dosen yang berbeda-beda, hingga belajar yang dirasa kurang efektif karna tidak dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung. Serta munculnya noise atau kebisingan saat proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang dapat dirumuskan adalah Bagaimanakah Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Daring di Masa Covid-19 terhadap Proses Komunikasi Pembelajaran di Kalangan Mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Daring di Masa Covid-19 terhadap Proses Komunikasi Pembelajaran di Kalangan Mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data. Jumlah sampelnya adalah sebanyak 400 orang yang terdiri dari 8 fakultas yang ada di UIN Suska Riau. Pengujian hubungan antara Penggunaan Media Daring di Masa Covid-19 terhadap Proses Komunikasi Pembelajaran di Kalangan Mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau menggunakan uji korelasi, menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Media Daring di Masa Covid-19 (X) terdapat hubungan yang rendah terhadap Proses Komunikasi Pembelajaran di Kalangan Mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau (Y). Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan general bahwa pengaruh sigma variabel X terhadap sigma variabel Y adalah bahwa hubungan antara X terhadap Y adalah rendah dengan nilai 0,359 yang berada di interval 0,20-0,399 dengan signifikan antara variabel (X) terhadap variabel (Y) karena 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05
