    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kreativitas pada Perusahaan Percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh dengan Motivasi Prososial sebagai Moderasi dan Pengambilan perspektif sebagai Mediasi. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu pada karyawan Perusahaan Percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh. Sebanyak 103 responden dimasukkan. Menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas pada karyawan Perusahaan percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh. 2) Motivasi Prososial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan perspektif pada karyawan Perusahaan percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh. 3) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas dimoderasikan oleh Motivasi Prososial pada karyawan Perusahaan percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh. 4) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas dimediasikan oleh Pengambilan Perspektif pada karyawan Perusahaan percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh. 5) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas dimoderasikan oleh Motivasi Prososial dan dimediasikan oleh Pengambilan Perspektif pada karyawan Perusahaan percetakan di Kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Intrinsik, Kreativitas, Motivasi Prososial, Pengambilan Perspektif

    READINESS AND COMMITMENT OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHERS TO IMPLEMENT CURRICULUM 2013: A CASE OF INDONESIA

    Changing curriculum is needed. The impacts of its change should be considered as the basis for changes in policy and teaching and learning implementation. This research was aimed to investigate teachers’ readiness, teachers’ commitment and their correlation. Teacher’s readiness was particularly viewed from their knowledge of curriculum as reflected by lesson plan, motivation and self-efficacy. The commitment was measured by commitment to organization, to profession and to students. Forty five senior high school teachers from different schools were assigned to complete a questionnaire about their readiness and commitment to implement the Curriculum 2013. In addition, five teachers were interviewed and observed in their teaching and learning process. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses were employed in the research of explorative mixed method research. Results from quantitative analysis showed that the teachers’ readiness was in “good” category (scored at 121.82 from 125) composing of teacher’s knowledge of curriculum (63.69), teachers’ motivation (39.47) and teachers’ self-efficacy (18.67). The teachers’ commitment was in “good” (scored at 62.33 from 75) composing of teachers’ commitment to school (62.33), teachers’ commitment to profession (20.98) and teachers’ commitment to students (22.02). Moreover, teachers’ readiness to implement curriculum 2013 had positive correlation to their commitment by 0.11. It implicated that teachers’ commitment was constructed by other variables including school management, leadership, law enforcement and financial support. Qualitative findings analysis revealed that four of five teachers perceived positive arguments of readiness and three of five teachers perceived positive argument of commitment. It could be interpreted that readiness and commitment were in “good” level (fourth of five categories) to implement Curriculum 2013. It was reasonable because the teachers’ reasons showed that Curriculum 2013 had fundamentally similar concept to previous curriculum. Moreover, the teachers claimed that teaching experience, normative attitudes and teachers’ certification incentives influenced their commitment to school, profession and students. However, decreasing English hours credits, language milieu, subject heavy burden and school facility were the basic problems of curriculum implementation

    Algorithm Development to Predict the Dynamic Characteristic of a Multi Rotor System

    Rotor systems have been widely used in mechanical applications in industry andeven in daily live equipments. The motion effects of the rotor in certain cases can cause discomfort to the user even can cause of failure to the system itself. Therefore the dynamic characteristic analysis of the system is very essential to be analysed in designing a rotor system. By the development of computer technology, the analysis can be straightforwardly performed through numeric method by utilizing existing computational software, i.e. MATLAB. Existing researchers have developed the algorithm to analyse the dynamiccharacteristic of Jeffcot rotor and dual rotor systems by using MATLAB. The objective of this research is to conduct further investigation in developing algorithm to predict the dynamic characteristic of a multi rotor system. The analysed rotor system consists of a rotor shaft and several disks. The analysis is conducted for a variation number of disk. The equation of motion of the system is derived based on the potential and kinetic energy of the system. Lagrange‟s equation is then applied to the equation of motion that it can be solvednumerically. Based on the equation of motion, a computational algorithm is then developed to determine the natural frequency of the rotor shaft which is the main objective of this research. The algorithm is developed and simulated in MATLAB. The simulation result is closed with theoretical analysis

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yaitu terkait turunnya pencapaian kinerja karyawan dari tahun 2015-2018 dan bertambahnya jumlah karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja. Dengan menurunnya kinerja karyawan PT Matoa Indonesia Digdaya jika dibiarkan terus-menerus akan berdampak pada terhambatnya berbagai macam proses bisnis di perusahaan. Dari banyak nya faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yang menarik peneliti adalah kepuasan kerja dan motivasi. PT Matoa Indonesia Digdaya merupakan perusahaan industri kreatif yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur jam tangan kayu, sehingga terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan PT Matoa Indonesia Digdaya, pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode desktiptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran kepuasan kerja, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan PT Matoa Indonesia Digdaya tinggi. Perhitungan korelasi menunjukan, bahwa kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan dengan klasifikasi tinggi, begitu pula dengan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan dengan klasifikasi tinggi. Dari hasil uji korelasi kinerja karyawan berpengaruh dengan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi sebesar 53,9%. Agar penelitian ini memiliki nilai kebermaknaan, sebaiknya dilanjutkan dengan penelitian berikutnya terkait dengan variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.----------This implementation of this research is based by the background behind the problems of the employee performance in performance achievements from 2015-2018 and the increase in numbers of employees who are absent in work. The purpose of this research is to know the description of job satisfaction, motivation and employee performance in PT. Matoa Indonesia Digdaya, the influence of job satisfaction and employee performance, the influence of motivation and employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction and motivation of employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with a 50 employees of PT Matoa Indonesia Digdaya and every empolyees is taken as a population. The analysis technique used in this research is the coefficient of Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test method used F-Test and t-Test. The research result show that the implementation of job satiscation. Motivation and employee performance in PT Matoa Indonesia Digdaya are in the high category. The correlation count show that correlation between job satisfaction and employee performance in high category, likewise correlation count show that correlation between motivation and employee performance in high category. From the results of the employee performance trial has an influence with job satisfaction and motivation of 53,9%. In order for this study to have a value of meaningfulness, it should be continued with subsequent research related to other variables that influence employee performance

    The Use of Finite Element Method in Analysing the Dynamic Characteristic of a Rotor System

    Vibration analysis is very essential to be considered in designing a rotor system. The failure in rotor system parts can be avoided by understanding the dynamic characteristic. The objective of this research is to investigate the dynamic characteristic of rotor systems by using finite element method. Finite element method is used to reveal the system characteristic which is derived from the kinetic and potential energy equations. Some models of rotor systems are analysed to understand the dynamic characteristic. The natural frequencies are obtained from the eigen values. The simulation is carried out with the distance of disk from the support as the variable. The result shows that the distance between the disk and the bearing affects the natural frequency of the system

    Foundry industry is very important in the development of both machinery and household products. Furnace is important utility in producing a product. Available furnaces in the market are very costly and difficult to obtain due to be imported from abroad. Responding these issues, in this study is designed and developed a furnace that is simple, easy to manufacture, portable and most importantly the price is low so that it is affordable for industrial-scale domestic foundry industry. The furnace is heated with LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) as the gas is economical and obtainable. Refractory stones are used as a heat insulator to increase the temperature in the combustion chamber to reach 1,000 oC. The heat can be set via the setting of gas that goes into the combustion chamber so that it can be adapted for different types of material with a melting temperature below 1,000 oC. The type of metal melted in this research is aluminum. The test results showed that the furnace is able to melt 0.39 kg of aluminum in 30.15 minutes

In this paper we present 41 new codes over GF(16) which improve on the best known codes of the same length and rate.     ABSTRAKSI: Penggunaan sistem biometrik sebagai salah satu sistem identifikasi telah berkembang dengan pesat, salah satu yang digunakan adalah telapak tangan. Telapak tangan yang termasuk dalam ciri biometrik seseorang bersifat unik, dan stabil,serta immutability yaitu tidak mudah rusak kecuali karena kecelakaan yang parah, dan perennial nature yaitu pola yang tidak berubah seiring pertambahan usia seseorang. Penggunaan telapak tangan sebagai pengidentifikasian menghasilkan kualitas yang lebih bagus dibandingkan sidik jari karena permukaan yang lebih luas daripada sidik jari dan akuisisi data yang lebih mudah.Sistem pengenalan telapak tangan yang digunakan untuk absensi karyawan ini merupakan proses pencocokan telapak tangan yang diuji dengan suatu telapak tangan yang diklaim. Hasilnya adalah suatu keputusan apakah telapak tangan yang diuji milik pengguna sah (genuine user) atau tidak sah (imposter user). Proses perolehan ciri dari telapak tangan memegang peranan penting terhadap keberhasilan verifikasi.Pada tugas akhir ini telah dibuat suatu program dengan menggunakan Matlab 2009b yang outputnya merupakan suatu interface yang akan terdiri dari foto karyawan, nama, nip, jam masuk dan jam keluar karyawan. Kemudian terdapat perangkat (hardware) berupa sebuah kotak yang terdapat webcam untuk memudahkan proses pengambilan pola telapak tangan secara langsung (real time). Metode yang digunakan adalah Phase-Only Correlation (POC). Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan akurasi maksimal 69 %, dimana kualitas pencahayan sedikit mempengaruhi akurasi yang dihasilkan sistem absensi secara real time tersebut.Kata Kunci : Biometrics, Phase-Only Correlation, Palmprint, Image processingABSTRACT: The use of biometric systems as one of the identification system has grown Your palms are included in one\u27s biometric characteristics are unique, and stable, and immutability that is not easily damaged except for a severe accident, and the perennial nature of patterns that do not change as you age a person. Acquisition process palm features leading to the success of verification.In this final project has created a program using Matlab 2009b that the output is an interface which will consist of employee photographs, name, nip, clock in and clock out employees. Then there are devices (hardware) in the form of a box that contained a webcam to facilitate the process of making palm patterns directly (real time). The method used is the Phase-Only Correlation (POC).     PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT BETAWI TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 23 TAHUN 2002 PASAL 48 – 54 TENTANG PENDIDIKAN ANAK

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data tentang tingkat pendidikan formal masyarakat Betawi di Kelurahan Pesanggrahan. Selain itu, peneliti juga mencari tahu tentang pengetahuan mereka tentang program wajib belajar dan pemahaman mereka tentang isi undang-undang perlindungan anak—khususnya pada bidang pendidikan anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Pesanggrahan Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan dari tanggal 1 Oktober hingga selesai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu tidak bermaksud untuk menguji hipotesis tertentu tetapi menggambarkan apa adanya tentang suatu gejala variabel atau keadaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat Betawi terhadap pelaksanaan UU No. 23 tahun 2002 pasal 48 tentang program wajib belajar 9 tahun, pasal 49 tentang kesempatan anak untuk memperoleh pendidikan, pasal 50 tentang tujuan pendidikan, pasal 51 tentang kesempatan anak yang cacat untuk memperoleh pendidikan, pasal 52 tentang kesempatan anak yang memiliki keunggulan untuk memperoleh pendidikan khusus, pasal 53 tentang tanggung jawab pemerintah untuk memberikan biaya pendidikan bagi setiap anak, pasal 54 tentang perlindungan anak dari tindak kekerasan yang terjadi disekolah, masih buruk. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang mengacu pada komponen-komponen yang mempengaruhi persepsi, yaitu pengetahuan atau kognisi, pengalaman, proses belajar atau sosialisasi, cakrawala atau pandangan, afeksi, dan konasi. Banyak masyarakat Betawi dikelurahan Pesanggrahan ini yang tidak melaksanakan pasal 48-54 UU No 23 tahun 2002 tentang pendidikan anak. Ini dikarenakan persepsi mereka tentang pasal tersebut masih buruk. Keenam komponen persepsi dapat dilaksanakan dan diketahui dengan baik, sehingga membuahkan persepsi yang baik (positif) seperti pengetahuan tentang masalah pendidikan anak, pengalaman dalam menyekolahkan anak, proses belajar/sosialisasi dari pemerintah tentang pendidikan anak, dan rasa senang dan setuju untuk menyekolahkan semua anak
