    Hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu hamil tentang pelayanan Antenatal Care Terintegrasi

    Developing countries have a serious health problem with maternal death and illness. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is 190 per 100,000 live births. Antenatal Care is a solution to reduce maternal and child mortality. Pregnant women are advised to carry out antenatal surveillance at least 4 times; once in trimester 1, once in trimester II, and twice in trimester III. Mlati II Sleman Health Center has met the target coverage for Visiting 1 (100%) and Visiting 4 (93.5%), but some pregnant women who examined did not know what Integrated Antenatal Care was. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge with attitudes of pregnant women about integrated antenatal care services at Mlati Sleman Public Health Center. The type of research used was a quantitative explanatory study type. The method used in the survey was a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Mlati II Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta. A total sample of 80 pregnant women TM II and TM III. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Test statistics with Kendall's Tau. There was no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding integrated antenatal care services at Mlati II Health Center Sleman Yogyakarta because integrated antenatal care has become a program so that pregnant women have been directed to follow it. The significance value is 0.457> ± (0.05) and the correlation value shows -0.075. Pregnant women should more routinely check pregnancy according to the 10 T standard. Health workers need to improve the quality of integrated antenatal care services, it is necessary to motivate pregnant women to read the Mother-Child Health book so that mothers can remember the information contained in the Mother-Child Health book

    Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) atau Magang III merupakan langkah strategis untuk melengkapi kompetensi mahasiswa calon tenaga kependidikan. PPL menjadi mata kuliah yang wajibdi tempuh oleh mahasiswa S1 jurusan kependidikan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). Penyelenggaraan kegiatan PPL dilaksanakan di sekolah-sekolah dan lembaga terkait. Hal ini dapat memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang pembelajaran di sekolah atau lembaga, dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan dan kependidikan. Dalam penyelenggaraan kali ini PPL UNY diselenggarakan di TK ABA Lemahbang selamasatu bulan yaitu mulai tanggal 10 Agustus 2015 - 12 September 2015. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL secara umum meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu, tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, penyusunan laporan dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi pembekalan PPL yang dilaksanakan di kampus UNY secara serempak di masing-masing fakultas. Sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan PPL mahasiswa melalui tahap observasi untuk mengetahui kondisi lapangan. Menurut hasil observasi Taman Kanak-Kanak ABA Lemahbang secara geografis terletak di wilayah kabupaten Bantul, tepatnya di Lemahbang, Mangunan, Dlingo, Bantul. Tahapan observasi untuk melihat potensi pengembangan sekolah yang meliputi observasi kegiatan pembelajaran dan observasi fisik sekolah, identifikasi dan inventarisasi permasalahan yang kemudian digunakan sebagai dasar menyusun rancangan program. Setelah itu mahasiswa diterjunkan untuk melaksanakan program PPL. Setelah pelaksanaan program, peserta PPL wajib menyusun laporan yang kemudian akan dievaluasi oleh sekolah dan DPL PPL.Pelaksanaan PPL di TK ABA Lemahbang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah dikuasai secara interdisipliner ke dalam pembelajaran di sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan. Berikut secara umum program kerja PPL di sekolah, pada kegiatan PPL mahasiswa diberi tanggung jawab untuk mengampu dua kelas, yaitu kelas A dan kelas B serta memenuhi seluruh administrasi kelas. Mahasiswa PPL telah melaksanakan praktik mengajar empat kali pertemuan, duakali terbimbing dan dua kali ujian. Dan pada akhirnya kegiatan PPL di TK ABA Lemahbang dapat terlaksana dengan baik berkat kerja sama dari berbagai pihak yaitu dosen pembimbing lapangan, pihak sekolah, kepala sekolah, koordinator PPL, guru pembimbing, staff karyawan dan tata usaha serta peserta didik

The campus academic life lies in the keywords of learning motivation, learning independence, and academic counseling on the students’ learning achievement, so that the student can be independent, critical, and creative in achieving the good learning achievement. The objective of research is to find out the relation between learning motivation, learning independence, and academic counseling on the student’s learning achievement in STIKES A. Yani Yogyakarta. This research employed a cross sectional approach and used the correlational technique, used questionnaire instrument with Likert model and documentation. From the population it was taken 464 respondents as the sample using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument validity test used was Product Moment correlation coefficient, and reliability test used was Alpha Cronbach. The result of research was analyzed using the Product Moment corelational coefficient and Linear Regression, N = 98 at significance level of 5%, the acceptance limit rhotable = 0.195 and significance level of 5%. From the result of analysis on learning motivation, learning independence and academic counseling, and the learning achievement, it is obtained the rhoresult = 0.457, therefore the rhoresult value is higher than the rhotable. Thus, the learning motivation, learning independence and academic counseling has significant relation to the learning achievement. The conclusion of research is that there is a significant relation between learning independence, and academic counseling, and the learning achievement variable.     Parenting Styles and Resilience towards Reproductive Health in Married Female Adolescents in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia

    Background: More than 700 million women were married before turning 18 in all over the world. In 2016, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogya­karta, Indonesia, had the highest number of child marriages which accounted for 1.395 cases. Con­sider­ing the many negative factors of early preg­nan­cy, possessing the ability to survive and over­come hardship is imperative for married female adolescents. This study aimed to examine the effects of parenting style on resilience toward health repro­ductive.Subjects and Method: This was a cross sec­tion­al study conducted in Gunung Kidul, Yogya­karta, Indonesia. A total of 79 married female adoles­cents were selected for this study. The depen­dent variable was resilience toward repro­ductive health. The indepen­dent variables were age, education, employment, information source, economic status, know­ledge, paternal parenting style, and maternal parent­ing style. The data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression.Results: High knowledge (OR= 3.48; 95% CI= 0.11 to 10.55; p= 0.028) and democratic parent­ing style (OR= 5.11; 95% CI= 1.62 to 16.05; p= 0.005) increased the resilience toward repro­ductive health in married female adolescents, and they were statistically significant.Conclusion: High knowledge and democratic parent­ing style increases the resilience toward repro­ductive health in married female adolescents.Keywords: resilience, reproductive health parenting styleCorrespondence: Beby Yohana.     HUBUNGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN PADA BALITA STUNTING DAN WASTING

    The problem of unfulfilled nutrition is a case that is still found in Indonesia, toddlers are a group that is vulnerable to malnutrition, one of which is toddlers experiencing stunting. One of the nutrients needed is iron, this substance plays an important role in the process of neurotransmitter synthesis and myelination of neurons. Therefore, children who experience stunting have a 2.7 times greater risk of experiencing anemia. The method used is quantitative analytic, with a cross sectional design. The sample is 25 toddlers using non-probability sampling technique. Instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data obtained are primary data and based on measurement scale variables using interval, ordinal, and nominal, then the data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test which is processed using SPSS 25. A rhesus positive by 36%. The most gender is male by 76%. The respondent's height is more dominantly short by 56%. The respondent's body weight is more dominantly normal by 72%. The most common age group is the range of 35 months by 28%. The most dominant educational status of parents is secondary education by 56%. The job status of the respondent's father is mostly laborer (40%) and the respondent's mother is a housewife (92%). Based on family income per month, the most respondents are income of Rp. 1,900,000 month, with a percentage of 80%. The results of the Chi Square Test showed that the P value was 0.0891 so it was found that the H0 value was rejected because the p value was 0.005, which means that there is no relationship between hemoglobin levels and the incidence of stunting growth in toddlers in Ngalang Village, Gunung Kidul. The incidence of stunting in toddlers shows that there is no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and the growth of stunting toddlers

    Kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia belum mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring, pembelajaran inkuiri, dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan uji ANAVA menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran daring konvensional tidak berpengaruh positif/ signifikan  terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan kemandirian tinggi pada Kelas VI SDN Sumber Jaya 02 dengan  p value 0.000 atau ˃ 0,05. Pembelajaran daring konvensional tidak berpengaruh positif/signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan kemandirian rendah pada Kelas VI SDN Sumber Jaya 02 dengan  p value 0.000 atau ˃ 0.05. Pembelajaran daring berbasis Inkuiri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan kemandirian tinggi pada Kelas VI SDN Sumber Jaya 02 dengan  p value 0.000 atau ≀ 0.05.     Path Analysis: Factors Affecting Parenting Education in Karanganyar, Central Java

    BACKGROUND: Working parents often cause loneliness among children at home. Nurturing has often carried out by other persons. Children watched television, played video game and online game too often, so that parenting education was lacking. Parenting education is a program designed to solve this problem. This study aimed to determine the effect of maternal perception, motivation, access to information, the role of midwife, the role of cadre, the role of play group teacher, the role of family planning worker, and participation, on parenting education. SUBJECT AND METHODS: This was a cross sectional study conducted in Karanganyar, Central Java. A sample of 108 parents who had children under 5 years old was selected for this study. The dependent variable was parenting education. The independent variables included maternal percep-tion, motivation, access to information, the role of midwife, the role of cadre, the role of play group teacher, the role of family planning worker, and participation. The data was analyzed by path analysis model. RESULTS: Maternal perception (b=0.18), motivation (b=0.10), access to information (b=0.19), the role of midwife (b=0.01), the role of cadre (b=0.01), the role of play group teacher (b=0.15), the role of family planning worker (b=0.07), and participation (b=0.26) had positive effect on parenting education, and they were all statistically significant (p<0.05) CONCLUSION: Play group teacher and participation have strong effect on parenting education.     Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang merupakan penyebab utama kesehatan yang buruk dan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia. Angka kejadian TB di Indonesia menduduki urutan kedua tertinggi di dunia. Penularan TB dapat disebabkan karena perilaku yang kurang seperti tidak menutup mulut saat batuk, bersin, berbicara, meludah, atau mengeluarkan dahak secara sembarangan, sehingga mereka memercikkan kuman TB atau bacilli ke udara. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor pejamu terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis paru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review. Database artikel yang digunakan berasal dari Crossref, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar dan Pubmed. Artikel penelitian dipilih dari tahun 2016-2022. Sampel dari penelitian ini didapatkan 11 artikel terkait factor pejamu terhadap kejadian tuberculosis paru. Variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis yaitu variabel umur sebanyak 3 artikel, variabel jenis kelamin sebanyak 2 artikel, variabel pengetahuan 4 artikel, variabel sikap sebanyak 2 artikel, dan variabel perilaku sebanyak 5 artikel. Peneliti berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan dalam peningkatan pelayanan keperawatan sehingga dapat dilakukan pencegahan terlebih dini
