Intervensi Dukungan Emosional dan Konseling Perawat untuk Menurunkan Beban Psikologis Pasien Infertil yang Mengikuti Program Bayi Tabung

This study aims to collect, evaluate, and synthesize evidence of various emotional and psychological support interventions in reducing the psychological burden of infertile patients following the IVF program. This research method is a systematic review using Pubmed, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, CINAHL, EBSCOhost, and Proquest database searches. The study's results indicate several emotional and psychosocial support interventions carried out by several researchers abroad that aim to reduce the psychological burden of infertile patients undergoing an IVF program. In conclusion, this intervention combination effectively reduces the psychological and emotional burden of infertile patients undergoing IVF programs. DIGITAL WATERMARKING IMAGE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM (DWT) DAN SINGULAR VALUE DECOMPOSITION (SVD) UNTUK COPYRIGHT LABELING

Penyebaran konten digital yang begitu mudah membuat pemberian identitas pada konten digital menjadi sangat penting. Konten digital yang tidak beridentitas membuatnya mudah diklaim oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Watermarking merupakan salah satu cara pemberian watermark yang mudah dan tanpa merusak konten yang disisipi. Teknik watermarking pada image digital dilakukan dengan mentransformasikan image dengan transformasi domain frekuensi Discrete Wavelet Tranform (DWT). Pengolahan image input seperti cover medium dan watermark sebelumnya diperlukan agar cover medium dapat disisipi. Pada makalah ini, DWT dipadukan dengan faktorisasi matrik Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) untuk Copyright Labeling yang bertujuan agar hasil watermarking lebih robust. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teknik watermarking dengan DWT-SVD mampu menghasilkan watermark yang tahan terhadap beberapa serangan seperti Gaussian Noise, Salt & Pepper Noise, dan Poisson Noise tetapi tidak tahan terhadap serangan bluring dan geometrical attacks (rotation dan cropping). Peran Perawat dalam Pendampingan Klien Pada Pengajuan Informed Consent di Ruang Prabu Kresna RSU Kota Semarang

Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro Desember 2008 Nur Anisah Andriastuti Abstrak Judul “Peran Perawat dalam Pendampingan Klien Pada Pengajuan Informed Consent di Ruang Prabu Kresna RSU Kota Semarang” xiii+ 53 halaman + 2 tabel + 7 lampiran Perawat adalah salah satu profesi yang selalu berhubungan dan berinteraksi langsung dengan klien. Perubahan paradigma membuat aspek perawatan lebih dari sekedar merawat tapi juga menjaga. Perawat berperan sebagai pelindung dan mediator klien dengan tim kesehatan lain saat pengajuan informed consent untuk membantu mengatasi kekhawatiran klien. Informed consent membantu klien mengambil keputusan terbaik untuk diri mereka sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah menggambarkan persepsi dan sikap perawat dalam pendampingan klien pada saat pengajuan informed consent di Ruang Prabu Kresna RSU Kota Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dilakukan terhadap 5 partisipan. Pengumpulan data dengan cara indepth interview. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel dan analisa data menggunakan kategori dan tema. Hasil penelitian menyatakan perawat belum sepenuhnya memahami perannya sehingga pelaksanaan peran terhadap klien menjadi tidak optimal. Hal ini menjadikan perawat melakukan tugas-tugas yang bukan kewenangannya. Perawat memandang memberikan informasi terkait tindakan medik boleh dilakukan sehingga mereka bisa menggantikan tugas dokter memberikan informasi tindakan medik kepada klien. Saran yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman serta kesiapan perawat menjadi mitra kerja tim kesehatan lain melalui seminar ataupun pelatihan yang difasilitasi oleh institusi pendidikan dan penerbitan prosedur tetap (protap) pelaksanaan pengajuan informed consent sehingga masing-masing tim kesehatan menjalankan tugas sesuai fungsi dan perannya. SPATIAL ANALYSIS BASE TRANSCEIVER STATION (BTS) DI BANDA ACEH UNTUK MENCARI JARAK TERDEKAT HOME BASE MENUJU BTS (STUDI KASUS : PT. MANN TOWER INDONESIA)

Base Transceiver Station (BTS) sebagai pembantu pembangkit sinyal digunakan untuk keperluan seluler. Setiap kegiatan untuk pertukaran data seperti browsing web dan lainnya tidak lepas dari peran BTS. Peran data spasial sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kelancaran komunikasi data melalui BTS agar lebih optimal. Dengan adanya data spasial, maka pengembangan jaringan selular seperti pembangunan BTS baru dapat terpantau. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar mempermudah pengelola untuk mencari jarak sebaran BTS. Hasil dari pencarian jarak tersebut digunakan untuk melakukan pengelompokan posisi BTS. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan metode yang sesuai digunakan untuk menganalisa pencarian jarak terdekat serta pengelompokan. SIG dapat membantu menganalisa pencarian jarak terdekat dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas network analyst. Network analyst memanfaatkan data jaringan jalan untuk menemukan jarak terdekat dari tempat pengelola keseluruh BTS di Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan tools closest facility, serta menganalisa pengelompokan pengelola berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata jarak BTS dengan menggunakan metode buffer. Infrastruktur sekitar BTS banyak terdapat rumah penduduk, mesjid, pertokoan dan lain-lain. Jarak tempuh kedua tim dari tempat pengelola menuju seluruh BTS mempunyai nilai rata-rata 6,2 kilometer. Hasil pengelompokan pengelola berdasarkan nilai rata-rata jarak tempuh yaitu tim pertama akan mengelola 7 BTS dan tim kedua akan mengelola 14 BTS.Kata kunci : BTS, SIG, network analyst, bufferBase Transceiver Station (BTS) as auxiliary signal generator is used for cellular necessary. The role of spatial data is very needed to support data communication through BTS in order to be more optimal. With the spatial data, then the development of cellular networks such as the construction of new BTS can be monitored. This research aims to ease manager to look for distance of BTS distribution. The result of that is used to group BTS position. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an appropriate method to be used to analyze the nearest distance search and grouping. GIS can it by utilizing network analyst facility. Network analyst use network data path to find out the nearest distance from manager location to all of BTS in Banda Aceh by using tools closest facility, and to analyze manager grouping based on the mean value BTS distance by using buffer method. Infrastructure around this BTS there are a lot of houses, mosques, shops and others. The mileage of both team from manager location towards whole of BTS has an mean value 6,2 kilometers. Management decision making by the analytic hierarchy process: A proposed modification for large-scale problems

Frequently, management decision making problems involve multiple criteria/objectives/attributes. Over the years, many quantitative methods have been developed to facilitate making rational decisions involving multiple criteria. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is, in general, regarded as one of the most successful techniques to solve decision making problems involving multiple criteria. In AHP, the decision maker starts by constructing the overall hierarchy of the decision problem. The hierarchy consists of criteria, subcriteria and alternatives of the decision making problem. A number of pairwise comparison matrices are formed in order to derive weights of the criteria and the local weights of the alternatives. Subsequently, the principle of hierarchical composition is used to determine the global weights of the alternatives. The alternative with the highest global weight is selected as the best alternative. The drawback of the traditional AHP is that it requires a large number of pairwaise comparisons, especially in the presence of a large number of criteria. The present empirical study attempts to investigate the possibility of eliminating insignificant criteria in order to reduce AHP computational time. Using the Expert Choice software, findings confirm that criteria that carry comparatively lesser weights can be excluded from the hierarchy and thereby the total time required for making the pairwise comparisons can be reduced drastically. To solve large-scale enterprise multi-criteria decision making problems (that involve large number of criteria) by AHP, it is proposed that at the very outset, decision makers can apply nominal group technique to identify the insignificant criteria. These criteria can be dropped from subsequent analysis and this exclusion will not affect the final decision significantly. This research aims to test of the effect of implementing e-filling, understanding taxation, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in the City of Mojokerto. The types of data in this research are primary data and population this research are individual taxpayers in the city of Mojokerto. The sample for this research was obtained using the slovin formula as many as 78 respondents. This research data collection using questionnaires, followed by data analysis techniques using multiple liniear regression analysis. This study aims to show majalis shalawat as a new religious market in contemporary Indonesia. Focusing on Syubbanul Muslimin and related to other majelis shalawat groups, this study analyzed kiai, gus, or habaib’s approaches in marketing and expanding the Islamic da'wah industry in urban and rural areas. The results showed that while most religious preachers use public speaking skills in religious markets, a leader of the Syubbanul Muslim and other majelis shalawat leaders are utilizing performance in improving their religious and market authority. LAPORAN KEGIATAN INDIVIDU PPL SMA TARAKANITA MAGELANG

Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan salah satu mata kuiah yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa kependidikan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Mata kuliah ini dijadikan syarat kelulusan dalam menyelesaikan gelar sarjana pendidikan. Selain itu, Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) juga merupakan langkah untuk melengkapi kompetensi mahasiswa calon tenaga kependidikan. PPL mahasiswa saat mengaplikasikan ilmu akademisnya di lapangan. Sebalikknya, mahasiswa juga dapat belajar dari lapangan tempat dimana akan melakukan Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Mahasiswa praktikan akan mendapatkan pengalaman sebagai calon tenaga pendidik. Program PPL dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Juli 2014 sampai dengan tanggal 17 September 2014 di SMA Tarakanita, Magelang. Lokasinya berada di Jalan Beringin IV, Magelang Selatan, Kota Magelang. Terdapat beberapa program PPL yang telah dilaksanakan. Program-program tersebut meliputi pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran, pembuatan media pembelajaran, praktek mengajar, dan membuat alat evaluasi. Pada saat praktek mengajar di sekolah, mahasiswa praktikan berperan langsung di dalam pembelajaran layaknya seorang guru. Mahasiswa praktikan juga dibimbing oleh guru pembimbing dan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL). Selain melakukan praktek mengajar, mahasiswa praktikan juga berperan aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah. Kegiatan sekolah tersebut meliputi piket dan persiapan akreditasi sekolah. Dengan demikian, dengan adanya program tersebut, diharapkan mahasiswa praktikan akan mempunyai bekal sebagai calon pendidik yang profesional

Performance Measurement in Malaysia's Higher Education

As higher education utilises a considerable proportion of state spending, there is no escaping from close scrutiny on delivery and accountability. In facilitating the management of delivery of strategic outcomes, policies were adopted in ensuring higher education institutions were encouraged to measure performance. The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) implemented performance measurement and reporting systems for monitoring and evaluation in assessing the success of reform initiatives. By mid of 2012, public higher education institutions were expected conduct “self assessment and self-monitoring”.
