PROSES PENYELESAIAN PERMOHONAN CERAI TALAK PADA PERKARA NOMOR: 1584/PDT.G/2023/PA.KAB.MLG

The absence of the respondent in the process of talak divorce request becomes the basis for the panel of judges to issue a default judgment. The purpose of this writing is to understand the trial process in handling the talak divorce request in case number: 1584/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg. The research method used is juridical-empirical by using legal data collection techniques through direct observation in the case and assisting the lawyer as the legal representative of the applicant in the trial process. The process of talak divorce request began with the registration of the divorce lawsuit and power of attorney at the religious court within the jurisdiction of the respondent's residence. Then, It was proceeded to the initial hearing with the agenda of mediating the parties that ended in a failed session which was postponed and continued with the evidence presentation process and the verdict. This was because the respondent had been officially and appropriately summoned twice but he did not attend the trial session after being called twice. The evidence presentation process involved submitting two types of evidence: documentary evidence and witness testimony. It concluded with the panel of judges granting the applicant's request in its entirety. After the verdict gained legal force (inkracht), the religious court in Kabupaten Malang summoned a talak vow hearing along with the issuance of the divorce deed conducted by the applicant. The divorce talak application process in case number: 1584/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg has complied with the applicable legal procedural rules. It is hoped that the panel of judges and the mediator will provide education regarding the importance of attending the trial process to exercise one's rights and fulfill obligations

LINGKUNGAN KERJA SUPORTIF SEBAGAI MODERATOR PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA OPERATOR MESIN

Job satisfaction among employees varies with each characteristic of their job and their workplace. This research seeks to determine the effect of workload on employee job satisfaction, especially within the scope of industrial employees who work as machine operators. Apart from that, this research also aims to examine supportive work environment variables as moderators of the influence of workload on job satisfaction. The research method used was quantitative correlational with a total of 222 wood machine operators at factory X.. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Data samples were taken by distributing research instrument questionnaires to the subject. The research instruments consist of three measuring tools, namely the Multidimensional Job Satisfaction Scale, Quality of Work Life Scale (QWL), and Team Workload Measure. Data analysis in this research uses the Hayes analysis process. The research results show that workload has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and the influence of workload on job satisfaction does not depend on the presence or absence of the influence of a supportive work environment

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA POP-UP BOOK AUDIO VISUAL (PUBAV) JARING-JARING BANGUN RUANG KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

Based on observations and interviews with class teachers on March 4, 2023, the results of the needs analysis of class V students of UPT SDN 157 Gresik were obtained, that in the school concrete learning media is needed as a learning support, especially in the material of space building nets. This aims to make it easier for students to understand the material and be more active in following learning. In addition, the development of this media can also be accessed through scanning barcodes which will later appear a web that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The purpose of this study is to develop audio visual pop-up book learning media for building space nets using the ADDIE model which has 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis techniques carried out are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis with the aim of knowing how to develop audio visual pop-up book learning media to build classrooms V elementary schools. The development of audio visual pop-up book learning media for building space nets received material validation results of 90% and media validation results of 89%. Both validations fall into the category of very valid implemented. While the student response questionnaire received a score of 98% and the results of the teacher response questionnaire of 96%. Of the two questionnaires, the response was included in the very good category. This can be interpreted that the development of audio visual pop-up book learning media can make students interested and more active in following learning

Klasifikasi Citra Ekspresi Wajah Manusia Menggunakan Model Terlatih DenseNet169

Pada bidang teknologi, pengenalan ekspresi wajah telah diterapkan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan selama berbelanja ataupun dalam kegiatan sosial lainnya. Penelitian dengan kasus pengenalan ekspresi wajah manusia ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengklasifikasikan ekspresi wajah manusia guna menghasilkan performa yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan model denseNet169. Penggunaan model densNet dilakukan karena memiliki arsitektur yang dapat menghubungkan layer ke layer dengan carafeed-forward, sehingga fitur yang didapatkan lebih beragam dan komplek, serta parameter dan efisiensi komputasi lebih cepat. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah koneksi langsung, struktur ini dapat menjadi lebih tepat dan efisien karena jumlah koneksi antara lapisan dekat input dan lapisan dekat output menjadi lebih terbatas. Pemilihan denseNet169 berisikan 169 layer kedalam, memiliki jumlah parameter yang minimal dibandingan dengan model lainnya dan memiliki penanganan yang lebih baik untuk masalah gradien yang hilang ketika program dijalankan. Dataset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari repositori terbuka www.kagle.com yang berjudul MMA Facial Expression. Peneliti melakukan dua skenario pengujian dengan 300 dan 400 dataset dimana dataset berisi kelas happy dan sad. Dataset kemudian dibagi menjadi 80% data train dan 20% data test.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, penggunaan model denseNet169 pada penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang cukup akurat dengan mancapai angka 1,0 atau 100% untuk 300 dataset dan 0,9875 atau 99% untuk 400 dataset

Generation Z is currently ranked first in the population in Indonesia so Generation Z will be the focus of companies in the future. However, the problem that arises is that Generation Z is vulnerable to thisturnover in their workplace where this occurs based on a desire to move orTurnover Intention the presence of this desire will have a negative impact on the company.Psychological well-being is one that can influence generational employeesturnover intention. The aim of this research is to determine the effectpsychological well-being to phenomenaturnover intention in generation z employees. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. With the instruments usedTurnover Intention and Psychological well-being. To determine the sample in this study, we usedpurposive sampling There were 150 respondents obtained. The results of the analysis use simple linear regression (p=0.000) with the value (themselves= 0.572). This shows that there is no significant influence betweenpsychological well-being toturnover intention towards generation z employees

SIMULATOR MODEL LINEAR SISTEM TENAGA LISTRIK MULTIMSIN

The Electric Power System (STL) generally consists of several generators (multi-machine systems) that are interconnected by a transmission line. The purpose of the interconnection is to ensure continuity of availability for the increasing demand for electric power consumption [1]. In a multi-machine power system, the disturbance which occurs is not only a change in load but can be in the form of a short circuit, load termination, line termination, and others. To identify and fix problems that occur in the Power System, a multi-engine power system simulator is designed. In this simulator a multi-engine linear model will be designed starting from generation, distribution, and transmission. To distribute energy with a good quality, the system must work optimally by maintaining the stability in the Power System. The good quality of electricity distribution can be seen from the minimal disturbance that occurs. Therefore the function of this simulator is to find out the disturbances that occur, find the interactions between machines, the dynamics of rotor between machines, then handled in the simulator. After the disturbance is resolved, it will result in the disappearance of the disturbance, creating stability, and also returning system operations to normal. With normal operation, electrical energy can be distributed properly. The use of a simulator is a way of representing an electric power system into a linear model in a simulator to improve the performance of the electric power system, optimize process, improve safety, test theory, solve problems, and maintain stability so that the electric power system operations can work properly

Sistem Monitoring Kolam Ikan Berbasis IoT

Fish ponds are a crucial element in the fishing industry. However, they require serious monitoring to maintain water conditions and fish health. In this study, an IoT-based fish pond monitoring tool is developed to facilitate real-time monitoring. The monitoring device consists of sensors to measure important parameters such as water temperature, water turbidity, and pH levels. The data collected by these sensors is then transmitted through the internet network to a central control center, where users can access and analyze the information. With the use of this IoT-based monitoring tool, fish farmers can remotely monitor the pond conditions in real-time without the need to be physically present on-site. They can receive notifications in case of significant changes in the measured parameters, enabling them to take prompt actions to preserve the health and water quality of the fish pond. This research contributes to the advancement of technology in the fishing industry, particularly in fish pond monitoring. With the implementation of IoT-based monitoring tools, it is expected that efficiency and productivity in fish farming can be enhanced, and the risks of losses due to poor water conditions can be minimized

PERAN WORKPLACE WELL-BEING TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT KARYAWAN

The high demands and lack of welfare in the workplace for employees will have an impact on high levels of work engagement. Workplace well-being is an important factor in contributing to work engagement among employees at work. Work engagement is still an interesting topic to research today, because employees are an important aspect to ensure whether an organization or company can develop or not. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of employee psychological well-being at work on employee work engagement. The number of subjects was 180 employees who were taken using a non-random sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, where in this research the sample was determined by determining certain traits or characteristics. In this research, the Workplace Well-Being Index and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale were used. The data analysis method uses simple and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. The results of data analysis show that workplace well-being has a positive effect on employee work engagement (β=10.047; p=0.000 (p<0.01). Contribution of workplace well-being on work engagement was 0.091. The results of multiple regression analysis found that the core affect aspect had an influence on work engagement

EVALUASI TAMPILAN USER INTERFACE PADA APLIKASI MAS JAWA T-NETRA MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THIGKING

Blindness can occur due to 2 factors, namely postnatal and prenatal. Postnatal blindness can be caused by promiscuity, accidents or collisions. Meanwhile, pre-natal factors are caused by genetics or heredity. Even though the blind have difficulty seeing, they can feel, touch, and hear. Blind people have social activities like the general public, such as how to communicate, play social media and other activities. This study evaluates technology users, especially users of the Mas Jawa T-Netra application which is used by low vision and full blindness blinds carried out at RSBN Malang. This study uses the design thinking method with stages, empathy, define, idea, prototype and testing. The results of research testing get an increasing difference value from the old design to the new design. So it can be concluded that the results of the new design are quite useful for visually impaired users

Social workers have a very important role in social services to neglected children. Social workers play a role in identifying, protecting and supporting abandoned children so they can overcome the challenges they face. The role of social workers in increasing the welfare of other water bodies has an important competitive and strategic position. Social workers play a role in protecting and defending the rights of abandoned children, providing emotional support and counselling, connecting them with the necessary resources, and contributing to advocacy and prevention of social problems that cause neglected children. This study aims to describe the role of social workers in the Technical Implementation Unit for Child Care Social Protection and Services (UPT PPSAA) Nganjuk. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using interactive model qualitative analysis (Miles and Huberman). The results of this study indicate that the role of social workers at UPT PPSAA Nganjuk is to act as an Enabler to conduct assessments of clients to obtain various information such as problems experienced in order to find solutions, as Brokers connecting clients with the institutions needed with clients, for example: Health Centers, Psychologists, BLK , as an Educator providing material on good social behavior and good communication, as a Motivator providing motivation to clients both individually and in groups so that they are passionate about achieving their goals, as a Mediator looking for a middle way so that victims and their families can reach a mutual agreement, as an Advocate defending clients and protect client rights. Suggestions were shown to the Nganjuk Head of the Technical Implementation Unit for Child Care Social Protection and Services (UPT PPSAA) so that in the technical implementation of social services it can be effective and efficient, so they can submit social workers to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs
