The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of electronic trust on the tendency to use the WhatsApp network among the users of this network in Tehran. Methodology: The present research method is applied, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, correlation between variables and cross-sectional research. The statistical sample for unlimited population according to Morgan table includes 384 WhatsApp’s users in Tehran. Findings: Findings show that the dimensions of electronic trust, including perceived information quality, security and privacy impact on the tendency to use WhatsApp network and among them, the security perceived by networks users is the most important and privacy is the least important

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to "design a model for evaluating the responsiveness of Iranian university library services". Methodology: In this research, a qualitative model for evaluating the responsiveness of library services in the university libraries of the country was developed using a qualitative method. The study population consisted of 15 university library managers and librarianship experts who were selected by snowball method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data in this study. Findings: according to the weight obtained in the coding stages, user satisfaction indicators, employee information literacy, use of service innovations, application of technology, service delivery as an underlying process, access to information, holding training courses In line with the goals and continuous and regular assessment of service quality, they were able to gain the most weight. In order to design the relevant model, 9 components were identified, which are 1- Leadership 2- Policy 3- Employee Outcomes 4- User Outcomes 5- Employees 6- Processes 7- Community Outcomes 8- Key Performance Outcomes and 9- Partnerships and Resources Conclusion: According to the designed model, it seems that the components of leadership, policy and strategy, as well as processes will affect employees, partnerships and resources, and thus affect the results of employees and users. The results of the model also show that the results of employees and users affect the results of the community and ultimately the key results of performance. This model is useful for comparing the responsive quality of a library service with other academic libraries

Abstract Effectively developing and deploying campus portals can dramatically increase productivity and profitability of research and education. The cutting edge of this initiative lies in aligning portals with students’ current needs. Our study aims at identifying these needs and provides a preliminary theoretical framework for portal developers to benchmark their objectives according to educational requirements. The study is mostly done based on local observations and experience of its conductors within higher education communities in Iran. The result of this primary study paves the way of implementing campus portals in the Iranian higher education communities which will be paced by the authors of the article in the near future

Abstract The main concern over campus portals is quality of data and information they provide for their users who are mainly students. Usually content is so important at universities and colleges that it is regarded as the king, but which factor is the most crucial one for the effectiveness of portfolios? The increasing role of campus portals in directing students to their desired destinations has proved them to be effective tools of worldwide education and research. This makes a challenge for academic portal developers to utilize their portfolios with qualified data and information. It seems that the enrichment of information is the most effective factor in keeping students entrusted in their campus portals. The writers of this article have suggested a guideline based on four elements through which higher education institutes may link qualified knowledge to their content-based portals

Abstract Effective aspects and factors on knowledge culture are identified. A model for explaining the relationship between knowledge culture and effectiveness of knowledge management procedures in a knowledge-based organization is presented. The study used a mixture of library and documentary studies, and exploratory mixed methods. First, the literature was reviewed to extract the effective aspects and factors on knowledge culture and the conceptual model was developed. Then, a questionnaire which was validated through eliciting the comments of experts and examining the status of knowledge management in the organization was distributed to the researchers who were randomly selected to be included in the sample. The collected data were examined through AMOS and SPSS software. The possible relationship between the components of the model was investigated through posing five hypotheses and correlation coefficient test. The results of structural equation modeling demonstrated a significant positive relationship between contextual factors and aspects of knowledge culture and between knowledge culture and 2 http://www.webology.org/2015/v12n1/a134.pdf the knowledge management effectiveness. Evaluating the variables of the conceptual model revealed that staff members' characteristics, information technology and job characteristics would make a significant positive impact on knowledge creation and knowledge sharing. However, these factors had no significant influence on knowledge cooperation and knowledge learning
