IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta yang ditunjukkan dengan prinsip-prinsip MBS meliputi kemandirian, kerjasama/kemitraan, partisipasi, keterbukaan, dan akuntabilitas sekolah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimental kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, guru, kepala TU, bendahara, dan komite sekolah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan multi-metode yaitu angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analsis data angket diperoleh dari 98 responden dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Analisis data wawancara melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis dokumen dalam bentuk studi dokumen untuk melengkapi atau mendukung data angket dan wawancara. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan melalui penilaian para ahli (Experts Judgement). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa impelementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta pada kategori baik yang ditunjukkan dengan; (1) kemandirian sekolah sudah berjalan baik, yaitu program sekolah dikembangkan atas inisiatif warga sekolah sendiri sesuai dengan potensi dan kebutuahan sekolah serta terdapat usaha dan kegiatan sekolah dalam penggalian dana dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya sekolah dengan mendirikan unit produksi dan jasa sekolah; (2) kerjasama sekolah yaitu kerjasama antar warga sekolah dan dengan pihak luar sekolah terjalin dengan baik, sekolah memiliki perjanjian kerjasama (MoU) dengan 7 (tujuh) Du/Di dari tahun 2006-2014; (3) bentuk partisipasi stakeholders (pemerintah, masyarakat, dan warga sekolah) yaitu berupa dukungan dana, dukungan material/fasilitas, dukungan pemikiran, dan dukungan tenaga pada kategori baik; (4) keterbukaan sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik, yaitu program dan keuangan sekolah dirumuskan bersama dengan melibatkan warga sekolah dan komite sekolah. Sekolah membuat media/wadah komunikasi dan informasi terhadap program dan keuangan sekolah dalam bentuk komunikasi langsung, papan pengumuman, website sekolah, maupun laporan kegiatan; dan (5) akuntabilitas sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik karena sekolah telah memberikan pertanggungjawaban proses dan hasil pelaksanaan program maupun keuangan sekolah kepada warga sekolah, komite sekolah, yayasan, dan pemerintah. Sekolah membentuk mekanisme pertanggungjawaban melalui pelaporan yang disampaikan dalam pertemuan rapat dengan warga sekolah, komite sekolah, yayasan, dan pemerintah

This website is an image-based social media website which centers on user-uploaded pictures, even if the jokes that were posted on 9gag.com came from various backgrounds, but all 9gag.com users use and understand internet memes, the typical comical sign that is used in 9gag. The posts in 9gag.com are comical stories and funny pictures that usually come up with the memes.This research only focused on the type and the purpose of English taboo words used by 9gag.com users in January 1 to 31, 2013. The purpose of this research is to find out the types of English taboo words and the purposes of using taboo words by 9gag.com users from 1 to 31 January 2013. In this study the writer used qualitative approach because the data of this research are in the form of word rather than number.In analyzing the type of English taboo words in 9gag.com, the writer used the theory of Wardhaugh (1986). In analyzing the purpose of using taboo words, the writer used the theory of Liedlich (1973). The writer found 22 taboo words used by 9gag.com users in January 2013. They mostly used taboo words certain game animal, such as; „bitch please‟ and „bull shit‟. The writer also found many purposes of English taboo words used by 9gag.com users, such as; discredit, provoke violent confrontation and the common one was to create attention.The writer suggests that the next linguistics students conduct a research on taboo words not only in jokes and violence but might also be in other conditions, because most of taboo word theses were taking the object in movies, social media, and some regions. He also suggests the next researcher use different theories and methods if they want to conduct similar research. The writer also suggests the 9gag.com users consider their language before posting pictures and be wise in judging the value of the site especially in the language used.The writer also hopes that next linguistic student conduct a research on taboo words in other objects

PENGAWASAN KUALITAS FAKTOR INPUT TERHADAP KUALITAS HASIL PRODUKSI PADA PERCETAKAN SERAMBI INDONESIA KOTA BANDA ACEH

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh pengaasan kualitas faktor inputterhaddap kualitas hasil produksi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT Serambi IndonesiaKota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan non probability sampling dengan pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakanmetode jenis accidental sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang yang bekerja pada PT Serambi Indonesia Kota Banda Aceh. Metode analisis yangdigunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa adanya hubungan positif antara kualitas produksi terhadap kualitas aktor input. Politik Hukum Pidana Adat Dalam Pembaharuan Hukum Pidana Indonesia

Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalis apakah hukum pidana adat memiliki urgensi untuk diadopsi ke dalam hukum pidana nasional dan pengaturan hukum pidana adat dalam Perundang-undangan yang telah ada serta bagaimana pola pengaturan dan sanksi hukum pidana adat dalam pembaharuan hukum pidana Indonesia. Bertolak dari hal tersebut maka permasalahan yang harus dijawab ada dua hal dalam penulisan ini. Pertama, apakah hukum pidana adat yang ada di Indonesia memiliki kepentingan yang mendesak agar bisa dimasukkan ke dalam Perundang-undangan hukum pidana Indonesia dan mengenai keberadaan hukum pidana adat dalam Perundang-undangan yang telah ada. kedua,  dalam Perundang-undangan tentu saja memiliki pengaturan, bagaimana pengaturan hukum pidana adat dan sanksi pidana apabila dimasukkan ke dalam hukum pidana Indonesia ke depan (ius constituendum). Dengan metode penelitian yuridis normatif mencakup penelitian terhadap asas-asas hukum, sistematika hukum, sinkronisasi hukum dan sejarah hukum, menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan, pendekatan sejarah, pendekatan konseptual. Untuk lebih memahami hal tersebut, maka harus digunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tertier dengan mendiskripsikan, menginterpretasikan Perundang-undangan dan menilai bahan-bahan hukum yang berhubungan dengan tesis ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa amat pentingnya hukum pidana Indonesia mengadopsi hukum pidana adat baik dari sisi hukum pidananya ataupun nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam hukum pidana adat itu sendiri, karena hukum pidana yang ada pada saat ini (KUHP zaman Belanda), tidak mampu lagi menjawab perkembangan zaman dan bertentangan secara filsofis, politis, sosiologis dan yuridis terutama bertentangan dengan falsafah bangsa Indonesia yaitu Pancasila. Selain itu keberadaan hukum adat telah diakui dalam berbagai Perundang-undangan yang ada selama ini secara tersurat ataupun tersirat. Pengaturan hukum pidana  berkaitan dengan pidana adat yang diakomodasi dalam Rancangan KUHP Indonesia (2012) ke depan mengakomodasi ketentuan pidana, pedoman pemidanaan, putusan pengadilan dengan keadilan hal tersebut memiliki hubungan penting dengan penjatuhan sanksi kepada terdakwa harus memiliki keadilan dengan sanksi yang menekankan kepada perbaikan bukan penyengsaraan.
