    Kr2+辐照导致的Ca8LnNa(PO4)6F2(Ln=La,Nd和Sm)磷灰石结构陶瓷材料的非晶转变

    采用传统固相烧结法成功制备出磷灰石结构材料Ca8LnNa(PO4)6F2(Ln=La,Nd和Sm),并通过常规X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)进行表征确定三种样品都为单一相。在室温条件下用800 keV Kr2+对三种样品进行辐照实验,辐照后的样品利用掠入射X射线衍射(grazing incidence X-ray diffraction,GIXRD)进行表征获取其表面辐照损伤层的结构信息。发现在实验辐照剂量范围内(1.0×10147.0×1014cm-2)三种样品都发生了从晶体结构到非晶结构的转变,不过三种样品的抗辐照非晶性能却有差异,抗辐照非晶能力大小关系是Ca8LaNa(PO4)6F2>Ca8NdNa(PO4)6F2>Ca8SmNa(PO4)6F2。这是由于在Ca8LnNa(PO4)6F2中,当镧系核素半径越小时,将有更大概率占据Ca(2)位置与F形成比Ca-F更弱的离子键。因此,镧系核素半径越小,辐照下将有更多的点缺陷保留下来,更容易发生非晶相变

    RT-PCR扩增MUC1检测胃癌微转移研究

    目的 以 RT- PCR检测胃周淋巴结胃癌转移细胞并评价其临床应用价值。 方法 以 MUC1c DNA的特异序列为 RT- PCR引物 ,酶切分析法及系列稀释法对该法的特异性和敏感性进行分析 ,对临床收集的胃周淋巴结样品作 RT- PCR检测及产物 DNA点杂交验证。 结果  ( 1)胃及胃癌组织均存在 MUC1m RNA的表达 ;( 2 )该扩增体系具有较好的特异性 ;( 3)敏感性可达 1pgRNA,相当于从 10 5个淋巴细胞中检出 1个胃癌细胞 ;( 4)对临床样品检测的结果显示较病理检查敏感 ,PCR产物点杂交进一步证实 MUC1作为 PCR标志物有较好的可靠性。 结论 该法具有较高的可靠性和较好的应用前景

    全反式维甲酸对不同增殖潜能的结肠癌细胞株HIF-1α表达的影响

    目的:探讨全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对不同增殖结肠癌细胞系的生长抑制作用,以及对低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)表达的抑制作用。方法:采用体外培养属于结肠癌DukesC期的HCT-8细胞和LOVO细胞,不同浓度的全反式维甲酸(ATRA)干预。利用MTT观察ATRA对结肠癌细胞系的生长,采用半定量RT-PCR和Western印迹检测ATRA干预后在低氧状态下结肠癌细胞中HIF-1α的表达。结果:全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对结肠癌细胞的增殖有抑制作用,对不同增殖能力的结肠癌细胞HIF-1α的表达量有抑制作用。结论:全反式维甲酸可以抑制结肠癌细胞的增殖,对结肠癌细胞HIF-1α的表达有明显的抑制作用

    Studies on the infection of freshwater crabs by Paragonimus metacercariae in Yunxiao county, Fujian

    目的调查云霄县淡水蟹种类及其感染并殖吸虫囊蚴的情况。方法选取不同地理方位为调查点,捕捉各调查点的淡水溪蟹进行分类和并殖吸虫囊蚴的检查。结果全县共调查6个乡(镇)20个村,共捕捉230只蟹,查出漳州华溪蟹(n=136)、漳浦束腰蟹(n=63)和闽溪蟹(待定种)(n=31)3种;检出感染并殖吸虫蟹15只,阳性检出率为6.6%(15/230),蟹的感染指数为0.11,对福建华溪蟹和中华束腰蟹种类及分布作了修正。结论云霄县并殖吸虫宿主淡水溪蟹有3种,蟹感染并殖吸虫呈下降趋势,但仍为中度并殖吸虫疫源地。Objective To study the distribution of freshwater crabs and their infection by Paragonimus in Yunxiao county, Fujian.Methods Freshwater crabs were collected and identified.The crabs were then dissected and examined for the presence of Paragonimus metacercariae.Results Six tons of crabs from 20 villages (Yunxiao county) were collected.Three species of crabs were found , namely Sinopotamon zhangzhouense, Somanniathelphusa zhangpuensis and Minpotamon spp.The infection rate was 6.6% (15/230) for the Paragonimus, and the index of crab infection was 0.11.Species of freshwater crabs and its geographic distribution were revised for Sinopotamon fukienense and Somanniathelphusa sinensis.Conclusion Freshwater crabs are the intermediate hosts of Paragonimus in the Yunxiao county.科技部自然资源平台项目(2005DKA21104

    Beam transformation in laser processing

    激光光束形状和能量分布直接限定了激光加工的应用。为满足不同的激光加工要求,必须对激光光束进行光束变换。应用旋转棱镜和组合光学系统能够实现实心和环状光束之间的相互变换。从几何光学角度对旋转棱镜组合光学系统进行了理论分析和实验。通过调整正负旋转棱镜的间距d,获取不同形状和能量分布的激光光束。实验结果表明,基于旋转棱镜组合光学系统的光束变换技术,有效地实现了多种形式的光束变换,提高了激光束的利用率,在激光加工领域中具有广泛的应用前景。The shape and quality of laser beam directly define its applications in the laser processing.For different requests of laser processing,the input beam always needs to be transformed.The transformation between the solid beam and annular beam can be realized by the axicon-based optical devices.The optical system is analyzed based on the geometry optical theory.By adjusting the separation of the positive and negative axicon,different shapes and the energy distributions are gained.It is shown that the axicon-based beam transformations raise the use factor of laser and have wide application prospect in laser processing field.福建省科学技术厅资助项目(2005HZ1020

    DETECTING GASTRIC CANCER MICROMETASTASES IN AXILLARY LYMPH NODES BY RT-PCR AMPLIFICATION AND SILVER STAINING

    作者单位: 1 厦门大学生命科学学院抗癌中心( 厦门361005),2 厦门大学生命科学学院生物系,3 厦门市中山医院[中文文摘]目的 建立RT PCR检测胃周淋巴结胃癌转移细胞的方法 ,评价其临床应用价值。方法 以MUC1cDNA的引物建立了RT PCR扩增体系及PAGE 银染检测PCR扩增产物的方法 ,并作了优化 ;在对扩增体系的检测特异性和敏感性作了分析后 ,初步检测了临床样品。结果 该扩增体系具有较好的特异性 ,敏感性可达 10 - 6 μgRNA ,相当于从 10 5个淋巴细胞中检出 1个胃癌细胞 ;对临床样品检测的结果与病理检查结果相符。结论 该法具有较好的可靠性 ,可作为临床常规病理探查的补充检查手段。[英文文摘]Objective To develop a RT- PCR method for detecting gastric cancer micrometastases in axillary lymph nodes. Methods T he RT- PCR was set up fo r amplifying MUC1 mRNA and the PAGE- silver staining for detecting amplification products. After optmizing t he PCR system, the spec-i ficity and sensitivity were investigated by amplifying different selected samples and ser ial dilution method respectively . This method was performed on axillary lymph nodes and compared t he results wit h that of patholo gical examination for estimating t he reliability. Results This system showed a good specificity and a high sensitivity of detecting one gastric cancer cell out of 105 lymphocytes. The r esults corresponded with the pathological examination suggesting a good reliability of this method.     [目的]建立RT PCR扩增Keratin19mRNA的方法 ,评价其应用前景。[方法]采用Keratin19cDNA的套式引物建立巢式RT PCR扩增体系 ,以酶切分析及DNA点杂交法鉴定扩增产物的特异性 ,逆转录产物系列稀释法分析检测敏感性 ,并对51例临床胃周淋巴结样品作初步检测。[结果]该扩增体系具有较好的扩增特异性 ,检测敏感性达1pgRNA ,相当于从105 个淋巴细胞中检出1个胃癌细胞 ;对临床样品检测结果显示该法较病理检查法敏感性高。[结论]该扩增体系具有较好的特异性、敏感性和较高的可靠性。福建省卫生厅基金!(编号 :96075);福建省自然科学基金!(F00024)资
