Pengaruh Jumlah Rivet Terhadap Kekuatan Mekanik Sambungan Komposit Serbuk Batu Bata Hebel

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara tropis dengan tingkat keanekaragaman hayati terbesar di dunia. Banyak sekali potensi kekayaan alam Indonesia yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung ketersediaan sumber daya sebagai salah satu elemen pendorong peningkatan daya saing industri. Salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan sumber daya alam Indonesia untuk mensubsitusi bahan baku di industri yang selama ini harus dipenuhi melalui jalur impor. Perkembangan teknologi khususnya dibidang komposit, telah menghasilkan produk  komposit yang menggunakan serbuk Batu bata Hebel sebagai penguat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain : Mengetahui pengaruh sambungan mekanik pada komposit berpenguat serbuk batu bata hebel dengan sambungan tipe single lap terhadap kekuatan tarik dan kekuatan jumlah sambungan rivet pada komposit serbuk batu bata hebel yang mempunyai nilai sambungan mekanik yang tinggi. Bahan yang digunakan limbah batu bata hebbel sebagai penguat/filler komposit yang sudah dijadikan serbuk dan disaring dengan mesh 100, resin epoxy sebagai matrik komposit, Rivet untuk menyambung material komposit dan alat yang digunakan adalah Alat uji tarik (Universal Testing Machine): menguji spesimen. Hasil penelitian adalah Semakin banyak jumlah rivet, maka semakin tinggi nilai kekuatan tarik pada sambungan komposit serbuk batu bata hebel. Nilai kekuatan sambungan mekanik menggunakan rivet dengan sambungan tumpang  pada komposit serbuk batu bata hebel  yang mempunyai nilai tertinggi dimiliki oleh sambungan  jumlah rivet 3 sebesar yang mempunyai kekuatan tarik 2,963 MPa dengan peningkatan rata-rata kekuatan tarik 32,91%

Pengaruh Role Stressor Terhadap Performance Karyawan Bagian Housekeeping Hotel Di Kota Palembang

This study aimed to examine the effect on performance of housekeeping role stressor hotel in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this study were 40 housekeeping hotel in the city of Palembang by using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. These test results stating that the role stressors affect positively and significantly to the performance of housekeeping. Based on the value of adjusted R square of 0.134 which means that 13.4% of variable performance can be explained by the variable role stressor, while the remaining 86.6% performance can be explained by other variables not examined in this study

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK DAUN SALAM (Eugenia polyantha) TERHADAP KADAR HDL KOLESTEROL SERUM TIKUS JANTAN GALUR WISTAR HIPERLIPIDEMIA

Background : Eugenia polyantha is one of nine best Indonesian medical plants because it has a lot of benefits. One of them is that it has been used as antihyperlipidemic agents for a long time. Eugenia polyantha contains several active regiments that has been considered to be able to increase HDL cholesterol serum level, so it may prevent hiperlipidemic condition. Because of that, a study to determine the effect of stratified dose of Eugenia polyantha extract on HDL cholesterol serum level in hyperlipidemic rats was done. Methoda : An experimental study using control group with Pre and Post Randomized Controlled Group Design was carried out to already made hyperlipidemic Wistar rats. Samples which consist of 28 male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups. They are one control group, receive standard diet plus aquadest and three treatment group, given diet containing Eugenia polyantha extract from 0.18 gram fresh leaves of Eugenia polyantha for treatment I, 0.36 gram fresh leaves of Eugenia polyantha for treatment II, and 0.72 gram fresh leaves Eugenia polyantha for treatment III per day for 15 days. HDL Cholesterol serum level was determined using Precipitation of LDL, VLDL and chylomicrons. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon methode for within subject data and Kruskal-Wallis methode for between subject data. The statistical analysis was done with SPSS program for windows ver 15.00. The difference is significant when p<0,05. Result : The administration of three dosage of Eugenia polyantha extract was significantly (p=0.000) increase the HDL cholesterol serum level. The higher the dosage was given would more increase the HDL cholesterol serum level. Conclusion : The administration of Eugenia polyantha extract from 0.18gr, 0.36gr, and 072gr fresh leaves of Eugenia polyantha/day can significantly increase the HDL cholesterol serum level in hyperlipidemic male Wistar rats. The purpose of writing this article is to present the results of research on the problems in the existence of electronic evidence in proving civil cases, criminal cases, and state administrative cases, as well as finding solutions to these problems. This article was written using a normative legal research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. PENGARUH SILICA FUME SEBAGAI BAHAN TAMBAH TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK BETON MUTU TINGGI

High-strength concrete is concrete with special characteristics that ordinary concrete does not have. High-strength concrete can be defined as concrete with one or more characteristics, such as small shrinkage, low permeability, high elastic modulus, or high compressive strength. Silica Fume (SF) is used as an additive material in concrete mixtures. Silica fume is a waste product of silicon metal or ferrosilicon alloy and have a silica content (SiO2) that is very high at 93.09%. In this research, an analysis of the use of silica fume as a cement additive for high-strength concrete will be carried out with variations in silica fume of 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%. With a mixture of added material in the form of a superplasticizer (Consol SS-74) with a percentage of 0.4%. From the results of the research conducted, the highest compressive strength of concrete value is obtained at a percentage of 5% both at the age of 7, 14, and 28 days in a row the value is 43.4 Mpa, 46.3 Mpa, and 55.8 Mpa

Small business entrepreneurs in vertical marketing systems

The objective of this study is to investigate the potential contribution of vertical marketing systems to the development of small business entrepreneurs and in particular to entrepreneurially disadvantaged groups. The following are the two major questions for this study: 1. Do vertical linkage systems serve as a pathway for the entrepreneurially disadvantaged groups, namely those with no entrepreneurial experience, from families without business background, and from indigenous ethnic groups? The modernization process in Third World countries, and in particular Indonesia, may create a widening gap between the modern and the traditional sectors. Vertical relationship systems with their unique characteristics (e. g. a symbiotic relationship between large and small business operation) may contribute towards reducing this gap through developing the entrepreneurially disadvantaged groups into business careers. 2. Do vertical relationships accomodatb, independent entrepreneurs? It is assumed that independent entrepreneurs can perform better entrepreneurial functions than those "entrepreneurs" who are constrained by external power. There are doubts whether the vertical relationship, characterized by a large firm's dominant role, can accomodate independent entrepreneurs. This study reveals that despite many problems and limitations a tight-control type of vertical marketing system can serve as a pathway for individuals from entrepreneurially disadvantaged groups to become successful modern-type entrepreneurs. PERENCANAAN DAN PERANCANGAN CAFE & RESTO BERTEMA JEPANG DI SURABAYA

Kota Surabaya mempunyai prospek yang cukup bagus dalam industri kuliner khususnya restoran. Melihat bahwa masyarakat modern menjadikan restoran bukan hanya untuk tempat menikmati makan dan minum, melainkan sebagai tempat untuk bersantai, berkumpul, dan bersosialisasi yang akan menjadi suatu kebutuhan tersendiri dari konsumen. Salah satu kuliner yang disukai oleh masyarakat adalah masakan khas Jepang. Hal ini mendorong penulis untuk mendesain restoran bertema Jepang, sehingga tema dan konsep perancangan cafe &amp; resto ini bertema Jepang. Namun, didesain dengan memasukkan elemen-elemen khas Jepang, yang membuat desain perancangan cafe &amp; resto ini berbeda dari restoran-restoran Jepang lainnya. Metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam Perencanaan dan Perancangan Cafe &amp; Resto Bertema Jepang ini adalah melalui identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisa, dan konsep. Perhitungan Jarak Nyata Antara Dua Objek Pada Suatu Foto Dengan Metode Edge Detection

Gambar adalah sebuah artefak yang menggambarkan atau merekam persepsi visual. Gambar juga dapat diartikan sebagai pemetaan objek 3D ke media tertentu. Banyak informasi dapat ditemukan dari foto, misalnya: model kamera, perangkat lunak yang digunakan, kedalaman foto, fokus kamera, dan sebagainya. Ada beberapa informasi yang tidak dapat ditemukan dalam foto, yaitu jarak nyata antara objek dalam foto dan posisi kamera, dan jarak nyata antara 2 objek dalam foto. Sistem yang dibangun berguna untuk menghitung jarak nyata antara objek di foto dengan posisi kamera dan juga jarak nyata antara 2 objek pada suatu foto. Struktur data tree digunakan untuk menyimpan nilai-nilai abu-abu (hasil rata-rata nilai merah, hijau, dan biru).
