Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration in Accounting Education, Economic Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. The Purpose of this research to obtain valid data and facts about the relationship of the attitude of learning with student learning outcomes in the accounting subject class X accounting department 46 vocational high school in Jakarta. This study was conducted using a survey with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of class X which totaled 213 students. Affordable in the study population are students of class X Accounting Department totaled 71 students. The samples that made this study is a class X student of Accounting numbered 58 students. The number of samples of each class is determined proportionally by using a proporsional Random Sampling Technique. The instrument used in this study form questionnaire totaled 29 points for the Attitude of Learning. regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 13.28 + 0.49X. Data were expressed normally as a result of L count < L table the number L of 0,0756 and with a significant level of 5 % and n = 58 then L iv table count 0.1163 . Based on the regression linearity test , the data showed that the results of the linear form of F with the results of the calculation of F count of 1,15 and F 1,87. Based on hypothesis testing, regression to test the significance of the data showed that regression has significance or significant that the calculation results showed that the F count > F table with F count of 13.63 and F table tabel of 4.02. Correlation coefficient test results obtained from the calculations that r of 0.442, which means that there is a strong relationship between learning attitudes with learning outcomes. Based on the correlation coefficient significance test showed that t xy count count < F of 3.69 with t on n - 2 ( 58-2 ) = 1.67, this means that there is a significant relationship between the two variables as the result of t count > t . Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination for both variables produce 0.442 or 19.58 % , which means it is 19.58 % means that the learning attitudes can affect learning outcomes

    Gunung Slamet merupakan gunung yang sedang dalam pantauan PVMBG (Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana) karena statusnya dalam keadaan waspada, potensi terjadinya letusan bisa saja terjadi dan kerugian akibat letusan tersebut bisa saja menjadi besar akibat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat yang kurang, salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bisa penggunaan media informasi yang perkembanganya semakin pesat dari tahun-ketahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan dan pengaruh sumber informasi terhadap tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat kawasan rawan bencana Gunung Slamet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis indeks untuk menentukan tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat, dan analisis Univariate untuk melihat persentasi tiap Variabel hasil penelitian serta analisis Bivariate dengan menggunkan uji Chi-square, dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dua variabel yang diduga berhubungan. Secara keseluruhan tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat Kabupaten Banyumas yang berada di kawasan rawan bencana Gunung Selamet berada pada tingkat “Hampir Siap” Pengaruh media informasi terhadap kesiapsiagaan berbeda tiap parameter untuk pengetahuan dan sikap, rencana tanggap darurat, dan peringatan dini terdapat pengaruh dengan keeratan hubungan dinyatakan dengan contingency coefficient sebesar 0,535; 0,453; 0,539 yakni cukup kuat. Sedangkan mobilisasi sumberdaya yang tidak terdapat pengaruh dari media informasi. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan pemanfaatan media informasi untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyrakat bisa lebih digunakan. ---------- Mount Slamet is under monitoring PVMBG (Center of Volcanology and disaster mitigation) due to his status in a State of alert, the potential occurrence of eruption may occur and losses resulting from the explosion could have been be great due to the lack of community preparedness, one way to improve preparedness could use the information media development, the more rapidly from year to year-. The purpose of this research is to know the level of preparedness and the influence of source of information against the level of community preparedness disaster-prone region of Mount Slamet. The research method used is cross sectional survey methods. Sampling method using proportional random sampling. Data analysis is the analysis of the index used to determine the level of community preparedness, and Univariate analysis to look at each variable percentage of research results as well as Bivariate analysis with either Chi-square test, conducted to know the relationship of two variables supposedly related. The overall level of preparedness of the community Regency of Banyumas which is in the disaster-prone Mountain Selamet were at the level of "almost ready" the influence of media information against each of the different parameters for preparedness knowledge and attitudes, the emergency response plan, and there is the influence of early warning with a level of contingent relationships expressed by contingency's of 0,535; 0,453; 0,539 i.e. strong enough. whereas the mobilization of resources that are not the influence of media information.     Ketentuan pembagian pengelolaan urusan pemerintah bidang pendidikan telah dijelaskan pada Pasal 15 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) serta Lampiran huruf A Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Dalam ketentuan ini pembagian urusan pemerintah bidang pendidikan dalam sub manajemen pendidikan telah dialihkan menjadikan sentralistik diberikan kepada pemerintah provinsi. Namun, ketentuan tersebut menyebabkan munculnya permohonan uji materi (judicial review) ke Mahkamah Konstitusi karena dianggap bertentangan dengan Pasal 18 UUD NRI 1945. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum dari putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 31/PUU-XIV/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, dan pendekatan konsep. Jenis bahan hukum penelitian ini terdiri dari pendekatan hukum primer, pendekatan sekunder, dan bahan non-hukum. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode preskriptif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 31/PUUXIV/2016, pendidikan menengah menjadi target tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah khususnya kabupaten/kota yang mana untuk menyamakan visi dengan baik wajib belajar 12 tahun lebih dari standar nasional dan memperhatikan kekhusussan maupun keberagaman disetiap daerah di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, kewenangan pendidikan menengah dikelola Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota lebih tepat. Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dianggap memiliki progres baik dengan ketentuan sebelumnya desentralisasi pendidikan sebelum menjadi pendidikan yang sentralistik. Ketentuan pengalihan kewenangan pengelolaan pendidikan menengah merupakan kebijakan hukum terbuka namun, tidak melanggar moralitas, rasionalitas, ketidakadilan yang tidak toleran

    The moderator effect of gender on (i) the relation between adolescents' sexual experience on the one hand; and (ii) their orientations towards the type of relational and emotional commitment that they expect to be present before engaging in a sexual relationship, and (iii) having a steady partner on the other was examined. We hypothesized that the relations between these facets would be stronger for women. We utilized u random sample of 253 British adolescents interviewed twice with a 1-year interval LISREL multigroup analysis with mean structures was used to test the hypotheses, thus offering the opportunity of detecting moderator as well as main effects of gender. Differential effects of emotional and relational commitment and having a steady partner relationship on sexual experience supported the hypotheses

    The Job Demands-Resources model (JD-R model) became highly popular among researchers. The current version of the model proposes that high job demands lead to strain and health impairment (the health impairment process), and that high resources lead to increased motivation and higher productivity (the motivational process). This chapter reviews the assumptions and development of the JD-R model and presents an overview of important fi ndings obtained with the model. Although these fi ndings largely support the model’s assumptions, there are still several important unresolved issues regarding the JD-R, including the model’s epistemological status, the defi nition of and distinction between “demands” and “resources,” the incorporation of personal resources, the distinction between the health impairment and the motivational processes, the issue of reciprocal causation, and the model’s applicability beyond the individual level. The chapter concludes with an agenda for future research and a brief discussion of the practical application of the model

    Learning and strain among newcomers: A three-wave study on the effects of job demands and job control

The participants were 311 newcomers to their jobs. On the basis of R. A. Karasek and T. Theorell's (1990) demand-control model, the authors predicted that high demand and high job control would lead to high levels of learning; low demand and low job control should lead to low levels of learning; high demand and low job control should lead to high levels of strain; and low demand and high job control should lead to low levels of strain. The relation between strain and learning was also examined. The authors tested the hypotheses using ANCOVA and structural equation modeling. The results revealed that high levels of strain have an adverse effect on learning; the reverse effect was not confirmed. It appears that Karasek and Theorell's model is very relevant when examining work socialization processes.21 p

The results of this research are that from the existence of an independent curriculum starting from the way teachers collaborate learning with technology and differentiated learning into the existing educational process, this will have a good impact, especially on teacher professionalism and how the teaching process is carried out by teachers to students. in schools by using an independent curriculum in the educational process so that this will have the impact that educational orientation is not only oriented towards competency but also how the independent curriculum will have an influence in increasing the professionalism of teachers themselves

    Leading well: Challenges to researching leadership in occupational health psychology – and some ways forward

    Studies on the effects of leadership in occupational health psychology build on the assumption that leaders influence their followers’ health and well-being. Although this assumption has received support, this introductory paper to a special issue of Work & Stress on leadership argues that a number of questions regarding leadership and follower health and well-being remain unanswered. We identify four issues that we argue warrant further attention. First, what is “good” leadership? Particular leadership types are associated with increases in employee performance, but since this will involve higher effort expenditure, adverse outcomes for employee health are to be expected. Although many types of leadership are associated with favourable outcomes, we still need to identify the leadership characteristics can be identified that account for these positive outcomes. Second, how can good leadership be promoted? There is a need to develop interventions that are effective in promoting desirable leadership styles. Third, what are the inter-mediate and long-term effects of leadership on follower health? Finally, we need to understand the boundary conditions for good leadership, including the resources available to leaders. Based on these considerations, we conclude that further research is needed to fully understand the effects of leadership on employee health and well-being

    Quality of mother-child interaction, differences in sexual attitudes, and inter-generational disagreement on sexuality.

    The current paper examines the frequency of inter-generational disagreement reported by mothers and adolescents as a function of the quality of their interaction, and the match between their sexual attitudes. We expected that the quality of family interaction would act as a "family asset" that would enable members of families to manage and control the tensions caused by differences in (sexual) attitudes. Data on 319 British adolescent-mother pairs were analysed using structural equation modelling, revealing good support for these expectations: differences in sexual attitudes were more strongly linked to inter-family disagreement in low quality of mother-child interaction families than in high quality of motherchild interaction families. Implications of the study are discussed. © 1997 OPA (Overseas Publishers Association)
