Estudio espectrográfico de la fracción ligera de las arenas del litoral catalán. Zona Blanes-Sitges

En este sector de costa se distinguen dos regiones mineralógicas y granulométricas. La arena de las playas situadas entre Barcelona y Blanes se forma por desintegración de los materiales de las montañas costeras. Los minerales pesados encontrados provierien de las rocas graníticas y de los afloramientos metamórficos de las citadas alineaciones. Al sur de Barcelona hay el delta del Llobregat cuya contribución es de poca importancia. Los minerales pesados que se encuentran son los típicos de las rocas metamórficas de su cuenca y la dolomita que procede de los niveles del infracretácico de Garraf. En las calizas mesozoicas de Garraf la arena se forma "in situ" y la dolomita es el mineral dominante.En el espectrograma realizado con la fracción ligera no fue posible encontrar ningún cambio en la concentración de los elementos pesados incluidos en ella, debido a su pequeña proporción. Tampoco fue posible encontrar ninguna relación entre los elementos radioactivos de la fracción ligera y la radiooactividad de esta parte de la costa catalana

Análisis de los gestos didácticos de tres maestras. Estudio de la didáctica bifocal (matemáticas y lengua -euskara-) desde la transposición didáctica en contextos plurilingües

En este trabajo se realiza un análisis contrastivo de los gestos didácticos (Schneuwly y Dolz, 2009) de tres maestras de Educación Infantil y Primaria de la misma escuela en el marco del aprendizaje de la lengua oral "euskara" junto con las matemáticas. Indicaciones del tramadol en el dolor no visceral profundo

El tramadol es un analgésico opioide. Fue desarrollado en Alemania en 1962 y comercializado por primera vez en 1977. Actualmente, se encuentra disponible en aproximadamente 75 países. Su uso ha aumentado en los últimos años, sus indicaciones en función del tipo y las características del dolor que se quiera tratar no están claras y puede producir una gran cantidad de efectos adversos. Todo ello lleva a plantearse para qué tipo de dolor se debe utilizar y si las pruebas y datos existentes actualmente aportan argumentos a favor o en contra de su uso. Para ello se lleva a cabo una revisión sistemática para obtener una valoración global basada en los resultados sobre el uso del tramadol en función del tipo de dolor.Grado en Medicin

Los arenales costeros de la isla de Menorca

The grain size of Menorca coastal sediment varies from very Fine to granule grade. The mean oscillates between 200-300p in the sand of Migjorn region and between 250-450p in the Tramuntana beaches, except for two cases in which [he grain size is bigger. The amount of carbonates of the sand examiiied is in some beaches very liigh, over 80 %. and the samples are very poor in heavy minerals. The heavy fraction is characterized by the highest values of opaque minerals. Dolomite and piroxenes are dominant among the heavy transparent minerals and rircon, tourmaline and garnet are always present in the :amples examined: biotite. nitile, epidote-zoisite and andalucite may also appear but only in some beache

De anti-lugares, o la difusión de la narco arquitectura en Culiacán.

Arquitectura y narcotráfico mantienen ligas indisolubles. Cuando el actual desarrollo de éste impacta las distintas esferas de la vida social observamos cómo el mapa de la narco ciudad latinoamericana se reconfigura a partir de inversiones inmobiliarias puntuales tan impactantes que constituyen nuevos paisajes urbanos. Hyksos, Egipcios, Nubios: algunas consideraciones sobre el II Período Intermedio y la convivencia entre los distintos grupos étnicos

This article reviews some questions of the political and social history of the the Second Intermediate Period. The first part is based on recent discussion about the terminology related to the period, and the convenience or unconvenience of using certain terms in future investigations. The second part concerns the relationships among the different ethnic groups living in Egypt at that time, and the process of acculturation of the Hyksos in Egypt. An interesting hypotheses about king Nehesy is analysed, which proposes the existence of a dynastic marriage between a Nubian queen and a king of the XIVth Dynasty, both being the suppoused parents of Nehesy. I reject this hypotheses on the basis of archaeological and epigraphical sources. The true origin of Nehesy remains a moot point, being still difficult to explain why this king had a name meaning "the Nubian

The Right of Reflection and Comparison in Mortgage Loan Agreements according to Directive 2014/17/UE and Its Recent Implementation in Spanish Legislation

Objective: This article analyses and critically assesses the new Spanish rules regarding the consumer’s right of reflection previous to concluding a credit agreement for residential immovable property. It also looks at how it makes consumer protection more effective. Research Design & Methods: The article is based on, first, a critical analysis of the Spanish regulation and the existing literature and, second, on a comparison between the European and the Spanish regulation of this institution. Findings: Directive 2014/17/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 Feb- ruary 2014 on credit agreements for consumers relating to residential immovable property obliges Member States to specify a time period of at least seven days during which the consumer will have sufficient time to compare offers, assess their implications and make an informed decision before entering into a credit agreement. Following a lengthy delay, the Directive was implemented in Spanish legislation on 15 March, through Law 5/2019 on credit agreements relating to residential immovable property. The Directive admits the right of reflection to be articulated as a period of reflection before a credit agreement is concluded, as a period of withdrawal after the conclusion of the credit agreement or a combination of the two. Spanish legislation has chosen the first option but it does not fully respect all the requirements of the Directive. Implications/Recommendations: A period of reflection prior to the conclusion of a mort- gage loan agreement is an essential instrument for consumer self-protection because it allows consumers to analyse pre-contractual information in depth, to compare offers, to assess the implications of each offer, and to make an informed decision. It likewise benefits banks and other lenders because it reduces consumer claims, and even benefits the mortgage loan market itself as it increases overall competence. Adequate regulation of this right is essential to sufficiently protect borrowers.
