Índices macroeconómicos vs. volumen y valor de marca distribuidor en el contexto de Europa y EE.UU.

Esta investigación aborda el estudio de la relación existente entre varios indicadores macroeconómicos con la marca distribuidor tanto en Europa como en Estados Unidos, con el objetivo de observar si algunas de estas variables a nivel macroeconómico presentan un impacto significativo sobre la cuota de mercado de las marcas distribuidor. Con el fin de conocer el contexto de la marca distribuidor, se procede a analizar la evolución en diecinueve países europeos a lo largo de los últimos diez años, realizándose una revisión bibliográfica de cada una de las variables que serán objeto de estudio en nuestra investigación. Se concluyen con el planteamiento de una serie de hipótesis; analizadas con la herramienta estadística SPSS, a través del modelo Ljung-Box, se examinan los datos de panel obtenidos en un rango temporal de 2008-2017, con el fin de corroborar la relación entre las distintas variables. En base a estos resultados, las empresas que operen con una parte de su surtido en marca distribuidor, pueden estudiar la posibilidad de apoyarse en nuestra investigación para, por un lado, conseguir adaptar su estrategia empresarial al entorno macroeconómico en el que llevan a cabo sus acciones, y por otro, que puedan analizar la posibilidad de desarrollar su actividad en los países de estudio de nuestra muestraThis research addresses the study about the relationship between some macroeconomics indicators and the private label over Europe and the United States; noticing how some of them have a significant effect in the private label’s market share. In order to understand the private label’s context, the evolution in nineteen European countries over the last decade is reviewed, conducting a bibliographic review of each variable under study. It is concluded with the exposition of a number of hypothesis, and working with the statistic programme SPSS, through the Ljung-Box test, the panel data obtained in a time range from 2008 to 2017 are analysed with the aim of verifying the relationship between the different variables. From the perspective of the so-called «Psychology of Information Processing» we analyse the building of mental models through the resolution of problems in the field of classical genetics. This analysis is focused on the representation of the knowledge and the problems, as well as on the inference process, used by students while trying to find a solution. The methodology used in the research, of a causal-explanatory type, has finally rendered hypotheses on the general principles controlling the formation of mental representations and their redescription to develop more consistent and flexible models

Ciclos de mejora docente en la asignatura de Química General basados en el trabajo guiado

En esta comunicación se presentan una estrategia de mejora docente progresiva basada en los denominados Ciclos de Mejora Docente, los cuales se han realizado en una parte del temario de la asignatura “Química General” del Grado en Química. Estos ciclos de mejora contemplan una reflexión sobre el modelo metodológico empleado, los contenidos fundamentales, la descripción de las distintas actividades realizadas, así como los resultados conseguidos tras la implantación de esta nueva forma de enseñanza, basada en un trabajo guiado a través de fichas docentes. Esta forma de enseñanza implica que el alumno vaya completando dichas fichas, manteniendo un razonamiento crítico a lo largo de todo el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y descubriendo concepto a concepto todo lo necesario hasta llegar a alcanzar los objetivos. Para que esta forma de aprendizaje tenga éxito se requiere de un grado de compromiso alto y de una participación activa por parte del alumnado, ya que el conocimiento lo adquirirán a través de su propio trabajo, aunque éste sea guiado por el profesor. Para planificar y abordar esta idea se recurrirá inicialmente a la realización del mapa de los contenidos prioritarios del tema, al desarrollo de las actividades, a la resolución de preguntas/problemas mediante debates en clase, así como al análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos tras el ciclo de mejora

Nativos digitales y brecha digital: Una visión comparativa en el uso de las TIC

Los avances tecnológicos y el acceso a ellas de los denominados nativos digitales han creado una nueva forma de vida creadas entorno a lo digital, utilizan los medios y sus contactos principalmente a través de las redes sociales para interaccionar con altos índices de actividad; fuera de estos conceptos se encuentra otra generación incluida en lo que puede definirse como brecha digital. El análisis de los datos vertidos por el Instituto Español de Estadística ayudará mejor a conocer y comprender estos conceptos.2

500 p.La presente investigación aborda la interpretación que conforme la hermenéutica constitucional y el Derecho de los tratados, debiera resolver casos en que funcionarios que gozan de antejuicio o inmunidad diplomática pudieran ser sometidos a la jurisdicción de la Corte Penal Internacional. En el capítulo I se aborda lo relativo al Derecho de los tratados con especial relevancia al estudio de sus principios y su marco convencional. En el capítulo II se analiza la temática del antejuicio como prerrogativa de Derecho interno en Guatemala y se profundiza respecto a las inmunidades en el Derecho internacional según su marco convencional. El capítulo III centra su atención al abordaje de la Corte Penal Internacional, partiendo de sus antecedentes, su Estatuto creacional y el análisis de su naturaleza, características, competencia y principio de complementariedad. Finalmente, el capítulo IV dedica su esfuerzo al estudio de los principios de recepción del Derecho Internacional de los Derechos humanos en el Derecho interno, el examen del cargo oficial y las inmunidades en el Estatuto de Roma, incluye un estudio de Derecho comparado que permite presentar la solución a casos, en donde un funcionario que goza de antejuicio o inmunidad diplomática pueda ser sometido a la competencia de la Corte Penal Internacional

Sharing Human-Generated Observations by Integrating HMI and the Semantic Sensor Web

Current “Internet of Things” concepts point to a future where connected objects gather meaningful information about their environment and share it with other objects and people. In particular, objects embedding Human Machine Interaction (HMI), such as mobile devices and, increasingly, connected vehicles, home appliances, urban interactive infrastructures, etc., may not only be conceived as sources of sensor information, but, through interaction with their users, they can also produce highly valuable context-aware human-generated observations. We believe that the great promise offered by combining and sharing all of the different sources of information available can be realized through the integration of HMI and Semantic Sensor Web technologies. This paper presents a technological framework that harmonizes two of the most influential HMI and Sensor Web initiatives: the W3C’s Multimodal Architecture and Interfaces (MMI) and the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Sensor Web Enablement (SWE) with its semantic extension, respectively. Although the proposed framework is general enough to be applied in a variety of connected objects integrating HMI, a particular development is presented for a connected car scenario where drivers’ observations about the traffic or their environment are shared across the Semantic Sensor Web. For implementation and evaluation purposes an on-board OSGi (Open Services Gateway Initiative) architecture was built, integrating several available HMI, Sensor Web and Semantic Web technologies. Do individuals' health preferences validate the decentralisation of the public health system in Spain?

The objective of this paper is to estimate individuals' preferences about public health services in two Spanish regions, the Basque Country (BC) and Canary Islands (CI) and analyse whether they differ. This work was motivated by the actual economic situation, where it is necessary to obtain equilibrium between the needed health services and limited economic resources. With this limitation in mind, politicians have tried to design health policies that maximise individuals' welfare. Based on the theory of decentralisation, the devolution of public expenditure decisions and management to regional government maximises individuals' welfare more when individual preferences differ among regions. A discrete choice experiment was implemented with a survey designed to obtain data about individuals' choices. Using this data and discrete choice models, individual preferences for health services were estimated. Our findings indicate that these preferences differ among regions, so, for reasons of efficiency, decentralising decisions and management of public health policies to regional governments would be recommended. Once health policies are decentralised, our results provide a tool for identifying the health services most valued by the individuals in each region. Nanoplastics: From tissue accumulation to cell translocation into Mytilus galloprovincialis hemocytes. resilience of immune cells exposed to nanoplastics and nanoplastics plus Vibrio splendidus combination

Plastic litter is an issue of global concern. In this work Mytilus galloprovincialis was used to study the distribution and effects of polystyrene nanoplastics (PS NPs) of different sizes (50 nm, 100 nm and 1 mu m) on immune cells. Internalization and translocation of NPs to hemolymph were carried out by in vivo experiments, while endocytic routes and effects of PS NPs on hemocytes were studied in vitro. The smallest PS NPs tested were detected in the digestive gland and muscle. A fast and size-dependent translocation of PS NPs to the hemolymph was recorded after 3 h of exposure. The internalization rate of 50 nm PS NPs was lower when caveolae and clathrin endocytosis pathways were inhibited. On the other hand, the internalization of larger particles decreased when phagocytosis was inhibited. The hemocytes exposed to NPs had changes in motility, apoptosis, ROS and phagocytic capacity. However, they showed resilience when were infected with bacteria after PS NP exposure being able to recover their phagocytic capacity although the expression of the antimicrobial peptide Myticin C was reduced. Our findings show for the first time the translocation of PS NPs into hemocytes and how their effects trigger the loss of its functional parameters

Diseño de un voice portal IP integrando con kalkun -SMS y asterisk para la gestión de notificaciones de deudas y pagos del impuesto predial para la municipalidad provincial de Otuzco

La presente investigación desarrolla el diseño e implementación de un VoicePortal IP integrando con Kalkun-SMS y Asterisk con el fin de mejorar el proceso de gestión de Notificaciones y Consultas en la Municipalidad Provincial de Otuzco, mediante previa implementación de la central se desarrollaron diversas pruebas tanto de envío de mensajes como de llamadas concurrentes, estas pruebas permitieron mediante su análisis determinar el grado calidad de servicio, el número de llamadas concurrentes, número de SMS concurrentes, Jitter, etc. Con estos datos obtenidos de las pruebas y de la investigación correspondiente se pudo determinar en qué medida se mejora el proceso gestión de notificación y consulta de los contribuyentes en la Municipalidad Provincial de Otuzco.This research develops the design and implementation of a VoicePortal IP integrating with Kalkun-SMS and Asterisk in order to improve the process of management of Notifications and Consultations in the Provincial Municipality of Otuzco, by means of previous implementation of the center several tests were developed both Of sending messages as concurrent calls, these tests allowed by means of their analysis to determine the degree of quality of service, number of concurrent calls, number of concurrent SMS, Jitter, etc. With this data obtained from the tests and the corresponding investigation, it was possible to determine the extent to which the process of notification and consultation of taxpayers in the Provincial Municipality of Otuzco is improved
