Organic carbon release by phytoplankton and bacterial reassimilation
Modal specifications are a syntactic fragment of the Mu-calculus
In this report we introduce modal specifications, a new object dedicated to specify some branching-time properties for systems. Modal specifications are a useful tool for studying Petri net synthesis although this aspect is not presented here. The main purpose of this report is to establish the equivalence between a syntactic fragment of the Mu-calculus, namely the conjunctive Nu-calculus and modal specifications. We give the algorithm for constructing a conjunctive Nu-calculus sentence equivalent to a modal specification and the converse. We also study the structure of the set of models of a modal specification
The cultural identity in the case resolution private international law
When presented the case with foreign elements and the operator is preparing to resolve legal, strategic and tactical make decisions. It looks at the case from jurisdiction to exequatur; the first step is the last condition in a systematic conception of law. Normativism away doctrinal analysis in reality of the case and therefore lawyers. The three-dimensional theory of law remarks this error and provides answers. It can be said that the International Procedural Law is the connector of juridical spatial relationships between States.
International Tax Law is within the legal horizon of Private International Law. Can we speak of conflicts of rules in International Tax Law and application of the institutions of the Private International Law for a better solution. Foreign law taken systemically requires consider Civil Right next to Public Law, which is part of the Tax Law, in order to make a proper application of the theory of “legal use”. Since the nuclear aspects of private international law can be said that current international tax law is closer to a conflict of tax jurisdictions that assumed the traditional position that the matter only from the rule of law applies.Fil: Feuillade, Milton CĂ©sar. A characteristic frequency of two mutually interacting gas bubbles in an acoustic field
Transition frequencies of two spherical gas bubbles interacting in an
acoustic field are discussed theoretically. In the present study, transition
frequency is defined as the frequency of external sound for which the phase
difference between a bubble's pulsation and the external sound is . It
is shown by a linear theory that a bubble interacting with a neighboring bubble
has three (or fewer) transition frequencies but only two natural frequencies.
This result means that the bubble has a characteristic frequency besides the
natural frequencies.Comment: 14 pages, 5 figures, elsart, "Eigenfrequency" replaced with
"transition frequency" and a reference added, accepted for publication in

Rewrite Closure and CF Hedge Automata
We introduce an extension of hedge automata called bidimensional context-free
hedge automata. The class of unranked ordered tree languages they recognize is
shown to be preserved by rewrite closure with inverse-monadic rules. We also
extend the parameterized rewriting rules used for modeling the W3C XQuery
Update Facility in previous works, by the possibility to insert a new parent
node above a given node. We show that the rewrite closure of hedge automata
languages with these extended rewriting systems are context-free hedge
languages
Algorithms and Complexity of Automata Synthesis by Asynhcronous Orchestration With Applications to Web Services Composition
AbstractComposition of services is necessary for realizing complex tasks on the Web. It has been characterized either as a plan synthesis problem or as a software synthesis problem: given a goal and a set of Web services, generate a composition of the Web services that satisfies the goal. We propose algorithms for performing automated Web service composition. We also examine the composition of services from the perspective of computational complexity
Trust-based personal information management in SOA
International audienceService Oriented Architecture (SOA) enables cooperation in an open and highly concurrent context. In this paper, we investigate the management of personal information by an SOA service consumer while invoking composed services, where we will study the balance between quality of service (that works better when provided with our personal data) and the consumer’s data access policy. We present a service architecture that is based on an open epistemic multi-agent. We describe a logic-based trust module that a service consumer can use to assess and explain his trust toward composed services (which are perceived as composed actions executed by a group of agents in the system). We then illustrate our solution in a case study involving a professional social network
