Voces usadas en la Comunidad de Madrid con otras marcas diatópicas en el "DRAE"

En este trabajo presentamos las palabras que hemos recogido para el “Diccionario de madrileñismos” y que en el diccionario académico aparecen con localizaciones en otros lugares. Así mismo, hacemos una rápida descripción de la elaboración del “DM”. Sorprende encontrar en Madrid palabras que la Academia considera propias de América, o de alguno o algunos de los países de aquel continente, o de alguna de las regiones españolas. Con estos datos se comprueba el interés que presentan los repertorios acumulativos de léxico regional para conocer nuestro vocabulario, para la dialectología y para la lexicografía.In this paper we present the words that we have collected for the “Diccionario de madrileñismos” but are assigned to with other locations in the "Diccionario de la Academia española". Also, a quick overview of the elaboration of “DM” is presented. It is surprising to find in Madrid words that the Academia considered as belonging to America, or one or some of the countries of that continent, or any of the Spanish regions. With these data, we can see the attractiveness of regional lexicon cumulative repertories to learn about vocabulary, dialectology and lexicography.peerReviewe

GPGPU Implementation of a Genetic Algorithm for Stereo Refinement

During the last decade, the general-purpose computing on graphics processing units Graphics (GPGPU) has turned out to be a useful tool for speeding up many scientific calculations. Computer vision is known to be one of the fields with more penetration of these new techniques. This paper explores the advantages of using GPGPU implementation to speedup a genetic algorithm used for stereo refinement. The main contribution of this paper is analyzing which genetic operators take advantage of a parallel approach and the description of an efficient state- of-the-art implementation for each one. As a result, speed-ups close to x80 can be achieved, demonstrating to be the only way of achieving close to real-time performance
