PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN HANDY CRAFT UNTUK GURU-GURU SLTP DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

This Community Service Program is intended to (1) provide knowledge and skills on local content subject-matter PKK for Junior High School teachers, such as handycraft which is made from natural materials, textile, and recycled materials, (2) develop the PKK teachers' creativity in handycraft making for Junior High School students. This training uses classical approach for teoritical material and individual approach for practical material. In,oeder to get optimal results, an intimate individual guidance is provided during the practical process. Evaluation is performed during the practical process, practical outcomes, and post-training periods. Outcomes of this training are handicraft products such as: (1) picture frame from cardboard covered with dried leaves, (2) mascot from batik's scraps, (3) buffet decoration from bathing soap and water lace, (4) pencil cap from flannel, and (5) free- style works, such as accessories from banana stem and tissue box from used ice cream spoon. Results of the evaluation on the participants' works show that 42 % of the participants' reach the excelent category. The observatior performed after the training show that 90% of the participans have implemented the training outcomes.the material most frequently implemented for the junior high school sudents in the making of picture frame from cardboard and dried leaves, where as the least frequent materials implemented is book self decoration form bathing soap and water lace. This is due to the relatively high price' of the material and need more difficult material preparation than the others. The participants' responses during the training are very good, these are proved by their enthusiasm and determination in performing tasks given by their respective instructor as well as the participants' comments about their impression and messages indicating that this training can open the insight and blow fresh win::!for the local content subject-matter PKK

Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi pengusaha dan pengrajin batik di dusun Girilaya wukirsai Imogiri Bantul, maka tujuan kegiatan ini adalah: 1).Meningkatkan pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan kreatifitas pengrajin dan pengusaha batik dalam pengembangan produk batik tulis dengan motif Ethno modern. 2) Melakukan diversifikasi teknik pewarnaan batik tulis dengan teknik smoke 3) Melakukan diversivikasi produk kain batik tulis dengan jenis batik berpola. 4) Memberi dukungan kepada pengusaha untuk mengembangkan produk batik yang dicintai generasi muda,5) Mengupayakan keberlangsungan usaha batik di dusun Girilaya sehingga seni membatik akan tetap lestari dan berkembang dengan baik dan disukai konsumen. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan maka metode pemecahan masalah yang tepat adalah: 1) Melakukan pelatihan pengembangan motif batik modern berpola bagi pengusaha dan pengrajin batik Girilaya.2) Melakukan pelatihan membuat kain batik berpola dengan motif Ethno Modern untuk bahan busana wanita.3) Melakukan pelatihan pewarnaan kain batik dengan teknik smoke. 4) Memotivasi pengusaha dengan menyelenggarakan lomba pembuatan kain motif batik modern berpola dengan mengolah dan menata warna dalam pewarnaan batik tulis teknik smok 5) Melakukan pendampingan,: pembimbingan praktek pembuatan kain batik tulis berpola dengan stilasi motif Ethno modern dengan pewarnaan teknik smoke pada pasca pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah : 1)Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketram pilan pengrajin serta pengusaha batik tulis,2) Produk kain batik berpola dengan stilasi motif Ethno Modern,dengan teknik pewarnaan Smoke.untuk busana wanita,scarf, dan alas meja. 3) Terjalinnya kemitraan yang komprehensif antara pengusaha batik yang tergabung dalam paguyupan batik Girilaya dengan Rosa Craft and Galery dan Saraswati Galery untuk medukung pemasaran Batik berpola dengan stilasi motif Ethno modern.4) Publikasi ilmiah berupa Artike

Inadecuado nivel de conocimientos de primeros auxilios según grupo ocupacional en 25 hospitales peruanos: frecuencia y factores asociados

ntroducción: La respuesta temprana y adecuada de las emergencias médicas garantiza que la víctima tenga un manejo oportuno. Objetivo: Determinar la frecuencia y los factores asociados con el nivel inadecuado de conocimiento de primeros auxilios según el grupo ocupacional en 25 hospitales peruanos. Metodología: Estudio transversal de datos secundarios. El nivel de conocimiento se basó en una encuesta previamente validada en Perú, tomando la categoría de nivel inapropiado como categoría de interés, y se cruzó de acuerdo con el tipo de profesión y otras variables que sirvieron como ajuste. Resultados: de las 1074 respuestas, la mediana de la suma de las respuestas correctas fue 6 (rango intercuartil: 4-7 respuestas correctas). No hubo respuestas correctas en el 2% de los encuestados, mientras que el 4% y el 1% tuvieron 9 y 10 respuestas correctas, respectivamente. Hubo un nivel inadecuado de conocimiento en: otros profesionales 18%, médicos 23%, médicos internos 26%, enfermeras 26% y médicos residentes 33%. En el análisis multivariado, tres grupos ocupacionales tenían frecuencias más altas de conocimiento inadecuado en primeros auxilios, médicos (PR: 2.16, IC 95%: 1.12-4.15), médicos internos (PR: 3.28; IC 95%: 1.33-8.12), y médicos residentes (PR: 2,64; IC 95%: 1,37-5,08). Una mayor cantidad de horas por mes en el departamento de emergencias también disminuyó la frecuencia de los niveles inapropiados (RP: 0,99; IC del 95%: 0,98 a 0,99), ajustada para cuatro variables. Conclusión: En general, y en algunos grupos ocupacionales específicos, existe un bajo nivel de conocimiento en primeros auxilios. Esto debe ser confirmado y utilizado para generar programas de capacitación continua por parte de la gerencia del hospital
