Pengaruh akuntabilitas pengelolaan dan optimalisasi penggunaan dana desa terhadap pengembangan badan usaha milik gampong (BUMG)

Village funds are essential for development; therefore, it is crucial to look into their management and use. This study aims to examine the impact of accountability in managing village funds and optimizing the use of village funds on the growth of village-owned enterprises (a case study in Padang Rubek Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya District). Methods for collecting data include conducting surveys and obtaining as many as 25 respondents. Using a questionnaire, survey data were collected, processed, and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The Pearson Correlation Validity Test and the Cronbach Alpha Reliability Test are used to assess the quality of the data for this study. Applying multiple linear regression to data. The findings of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund management has a positive and significant impact on the development of gampong-owned businesses. Moreover, optimizing the use of village funds has a substantial positive impact on the growth of gampong businesses. This result suggests that village-owned enterprises can develop further if village funds are managed appropriately

THE IBADHIYAH SECT: ITS HISTORY AND THOUGHTS IN POLITICS,THEOLOGY,AND FIQH

The purpose of this study is to illustrate that the thinking or concept of teachings adopted and applied Ibadhiyah, one of the sects of the Khawarij sect, is moderate. So that his teachings and followers still exist today in some Muslim countries. They have a high attitude of tolerance towards fellow Muslims of different sects and sects. On the other hand, the sects in the sphere of the other Kharijites which are extreme in thought and action are extinct, no longer have followers.  At first, the Khawarij follower’s are Ckhalif ‘Ali bin Abi Thalib group. End then, they go out from ‘Ali group, becauce they  weren’t except this reconcillied  (tahkim) in Shiffin war between Khalif Ali and Guvernor Mu’awiyah bin Abi Syufyan 37H/657 M. They were against Chalif ‘Ali and Mu’awiyah, and emigrate to a village is colled  “Harura”. In this village they were created self-government led by ‘Abdullah ibn Wahhab al-Hasibi. They were againt ‘Ali, Mu’awiyah, and some ckhalif after them. Then Khawarij Follower’s were spilit into several sects. The biggest sect’s: Muhakkimah, Azariqah, Najdah, Ajaridah, Syufriyah, and Ibadhiyah. Such of sect slip up to several sub-setc until twenty.  All sects were extinct, except Ibadhiyah.  Becauce they were smothered by legitimate Government. They have extreme thought. They carried out takfir and were a sourse of insurrection against the Goverment for centuries.  The Ibadhiyah sect were moderate in thought and action. The Ibadhiyah sect exist until now in Sultanate of Oman. It’s majority  and state sect in Oman. It spread  in Nort  Africa (Aljazair, Tunisia, and Libia) and East Africa. Sosialisasi Perencanaan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dalam Implementasi UU No.6 Tahun 2014

Pengelolaan keuangan desa merupakan salah satu pertanggungjawaban yang wajib dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa yang didasarkan Undang-Undang. No.6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Dalam hal ini pemerintah desa diberikan kesempatan yang besar untuk mengurus tata pemerintahannya sendiri serta pelaksanaan pembangunan desa dengan sumber daya alam potensial yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan desa kepada masyarakat di desa Simbur Naik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan metode pendidikan masyarakat dengan tiga tahap: 1 tahap persiapan awal, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan dengan tingkat partisipasi perwakilan dari masing- masing desa di Kecamatan Tanjung Jabung Timur sebesar 80% dan masyarakat desa simbur naik dalam proses perencanaan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa masih belum optimal. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah desa dalam mengelola keuangan desa adalah kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan desa, sehingga aparat desa lebih suka menggunakan layanan pihak ketiga dalam menyiapkan dan merumuskan laporan yang diperlukan

PERAN PEREMPUAN DALAM MENDUKUNG EKONOMI KELUARGA: STUDI PADA KELUARGA NELAYAN DI DEWANTARA ACEH UTARA

The aim of this study is to explore women’s roles in supporting the economic needs in fishermen's families in Dewantara Aceh Utara, focusing on two questions. Firstly, what are the reasons for women to work and earn a living? Secondly, how women support the family’s economy and in what sectors they work? This research was conducted through a qualitative method with primary data collection techniques including socio-economic surveys, participant observations, and interviews. Furthermore, the research data was compiled with a comprehensive secondary literature review that correlates with the research topic. The result of this study showed that the reasons for women to work and earn living are to increase family income, to reduce family burdens, to make friends/socialize, to uphold the belief that both men and women are responsible for working in the family, and play an active role in village/regional and national development. Most of the women from fishermen's families work in the brick-making sector, salt farming, wholesaler, cake making, and laundry. The contributions that women give to their families are to help fulfill their daily needs and also pay for school fees.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran perempuan dalam mendukung kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga nelayan di Dewantara Aceh Utara, dengan fokus kepada dua pertanyaan. Pertama, apa alasan perempuan untuk bekerja dan mencari nafkah? Kedua, bagaimana perempuan mendukung ekonomi keluarga dan di sektor apa saja mereka bekerja? Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer meliputi survei sosial ekonomi, observasi partisipan, dan wawancara. Sedangkan data penelitian sekunder dilengkapi dengan studi pustaka yang komprehensif dengan mempelajari buku-buku dan artikel yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alasan perempuan bekerja dan mencari nafkah adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, mengurangi beban keluarga, untuk berteman/bersosialisasi, serta bekerja sebagai tanggung jawab laki-laki dan perempuan, dan berperan aktif dalam pembangunan desa/daerah/nasional. Sebagian besar perempuan dari keluarga nelayan bekerja di sektor pembuatan batu bata, petani garam, pedagang grosir, pembuat kue, dan tukang cuci. Kontribusi yang diberikan perempuan kepada keluarganya adalah dengan membantu memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan juga membayar biaya sekolah anak-anak

Analisis pekerja anak pada pasar tradisional (studi kasus : pasar angso duo dan pasar baru Kota Jambi)

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the social and economic characteristics of child labor in the traditional markets of Pasar Angso Duo and Pasar Baru Kota Jambi. 2) To analyze how much the contribution of child labor income to family income. And 3) To analyze what factors influence children working in the traditional markets of Pasar Angso Duo and Pasar Baru Kota Jambi. Based on social and economic characteristics, it can be said that the average age of child labor ranges from 7-10 years, the number of child workers who have not completed school is very large, 19 people or 76 percent. There are very large numbers of family heads of children who have not completed high school, namely 18 people or 72 percent. Furthermore, the average working hours of child laborers in the Angso Duo and Pasar Baru markets range from 7.5 to 8.5 hours

Analisis kondisi sosial ekonomi pekerja sektor informal (studi kasus pedagang laki lima yang berada dilingkungan jembatan Gentala Arasy Kota Jambi)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the social economic conditions of street vendors around the Gentala Arasy bridge. The sample of this research was 44 respondents's experiments. The variables in this study are age, education level, working hours, and capital. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis used is the coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test simultaneously. The results obtained from this study include socio-economic street vendors age, education level, and capital proven to increase, only the working hours variable is not increased. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination in this study are all statement items have a valid or significant status because the value of t count > t table with the value of R2 Square (0.348) and the results of the hypothesis test show items that correspond to high reliability with a value (0.270a < 0.05

ANALISIS TATA KELOLA BIMBINGAN TEKNIS PPK, PPS dan KPPS (Studi KPU Kota Padang pada Pilkada Sumatera Barat Tahun 2015)

ANALYSIS of GOVERNANCE TECHNICAL GUIDANCE PPK, PPS and KPPS (Study of The Commission of The election of Padang City inWest Sumatera Election at The Year of 2015) by: Zamzami (BP: 1620869002) (Under The supervision: Prof. Dr. rer, soz Nursyirwan Effendi and Dr. Jendrius, M.Si) Abstract This research wanted to show the governance analysis, the effectiveness and attitude of the election organizer, which was formed with technical guidance by the Commission of the Election (KPU) of Padang city, on the election of West Sumatra at year of 2015. The Researchers assumption is, the high number violations by the General election organizers was caused by the low effectiveness of the implementation of technical guidance. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with in-depth interview technique toward 22 informants and supported by Documentation study. The data obtained were then processed qualitativey and analyzed descriptively. The result of the reseach showed that the effectiveness of governance technical guidance by the Commission of Padang had already been running smoothly, but still far from the ideal, both at rule of making and application level. However, at the level of adjudication of KPU Padang city had already been done some settlement steps.The establishment of election organizer attitudes also had not succedeed optimally. This weakness was seen from following factors: 1.) Target achievements and material content had not balanced between procedural work and election organizer formation, and had not been enhanced with curriculum, 2.) There were no effort to improve the capacity of sources competent 3.) Learning method, duration of times, place of training and other supporting facilities also had not received the special attention. Analisis pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja, tingkat pendidikan dan investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Jambi

This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of the number of workers, the level of education and investment on economic growth in Jambi Province 2000-2018. 2) To analyze the effect of the amount of workforce, level of education, and investment on economic growth through employment opportunities in Jambi Province 2000-2018. The effect of labor, education, and investment on economic growth in Jambi Province during the period 2000 to 2018. Labor, education, and investment simultaneously affect economic growth in Jambi Province with R2 of 98.4 percent. Meanwhile, if seen partially, the three independent variables, namely labor, education, and investment have a significant effect on economic growth in Jambi Province, the influence of labor, education, investment, and economic growth on employment opportunities as an intervening variable in Jambi Province during the period 2000 to 2018. It can be concluded that labor, education, investment, and economic growth simultaneously have a significant effect on job opportunities, while partially labor and education have a significant effect on job opportunities in Jambi Province, while investment and economic growth have no significant effect on employment opportunities with R2 of 98,6 percent

Non-uniform Rooftop PVs Distribution Effect to Improve Voltage Profile in Residential Feeder

This paper presents the simple design of a grid-tied single-phase with distributed rooftop photovoltaic (PV) non-uniformly location and ratings. All the inclusion components in the developed scheme are estimated and defined as the inevitability of low voltage (LV) residential network. This developed scheme is purposed for allocating AC and DC load, which are divided into four steps: the sized determination of PV inverter (1-5kW), the selection of PV array, the size determination of battery and the selection of other supporting components. The purposed configuration consists of modeling the system with non-uniform distributions of rooftop PVs, modeling the rooftop PVs based on their injected active and reactive power, and finally the inclusion of battery storage, based on its state of charge (SOC). Due to test the configuration, several cases are built in the MATLAB platform. Simulation results have been generated and analyzed for an unbalanced three-phase residential feeder which is populated with rooftop PVs and battery storage (BS). The simulation results show that the unbalanced reduction due to the coordinate of PVs and BS that provided educated energy storage when the unequal loadings are there, have significant effect toward the anxiety of the distribution network are successfully done
