    PERBANDINGAN HASIL PENYULINGAN PLASTIK TIPE HDPE DAN LDPE DENGAN ALAT PENYULINGAN SEDERHANA

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penggunaan alat penyulingan sederhana limbah plastik tipe HDPE dan plastik tipe LDPE. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah limbah plastik tipe HDPE dan plastik tipe LDPE masing-masing seberat 7,5 kg sebagai bahan baku penyulingan limbah plastik menjadi bahan bakar alternatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari analisis penggunaan alat penyulingan sederhana, yakni pada saat proses perubahan plastik menjadi minyak dan perbandingan hasil minyak dari penyulingan limbah plastik tipe HDPE dan LDPE. Proses penyulingan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan proses perubahan wujud plastik dari padat ke gas lalu ke cair. Volume minyak hasil penyulingan dari sampah plastik tipe HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) diperoleh sebanyak 798 mL dari sampah plastik tipe HDPE sebanyak 7,5 kg dengan variasi berat yang berbeda saat pembakaran dan dilakukan. Dan un tuk  plastik tipe LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) diperoleh minyak hasil penyulingan sebanyak  1856 ml

    Graduation is a target that must be achieved by students, especially graduating on time will be very important. To determine students who graduate on time or cannot be determined before students reach the final semester and hold a trial, many students who fail to graduate on time cause delays and affect the quality assurance of a tertiary institution. The problem in this research is how to optimize student graduation in order to graduate on time. Therefore, to determine this decision, we conducted a graduation data trial using the SVM method with GA optimization. SVM with accurate learning skills and good generalizations in classifying non-linear data, but SVM is weak in terms of parameter optimization it requires optimization using GA. GA is a method that has evolved to produce a more optimal data. From the results of processing using SVM and GA, we get more optimal results with 86.57%. Then from these results can help students to graduate on time

    Perceived workload and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB): The role of psychological empowerment

    Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to employee behavior that is voluntary and does not attract formal rewards from organizations, but which can increase their effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to examine the mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between perceived workload and OCB. Data were collected using the snowball sampling method and an online survey of 201 employees aged 19-50 working in various private organizations in Indonesia, particularly in the Jakarta, Indonesia (female: 54.7%; male: 45.7%). The measuring instruments used were the workload subscale of the Job Demand-Resource scale, the Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (PEQ), and the OCB subscale of the Task Performance Scale. Data were analyzed by the mediation technique using Hayes's Macro. The results show that perceived workload positively predicted psychological empowerment (B = 0.192, p .01) and that psychological empowerment positively predicted OCB (B = 0.2189, p .01). The results also show that psychological empowerment mediated the relationship between perceived workload and OCB (B= 0.021, SE = 0.0160, 95% CI [0.0143, 0.0759]). From the findings, it is expected that organizations will be able to manage the workload of their employees and create positive emotions in it

    EFL LEARNERS' EXPERIENCES OF PEER FEEDBACK IN PARAGRAPH WRITING THROUGH CLOUD COLLABORATION

    ABSTRACTOnline peer feedback has become common in university writing classrooms due to the availability of computer technology. This study aimed to explore EFL learners' experiences engaged in online peer feedback on writing through cloud collaboration. This study was an extension activity of the paragraph writing class for two weeks, in which ten participants voluntarily took part in it and were monitored by two instructors. The peer feedback exchanges, text revisions, and comments from interviews were qualitatively analyzed, and the emerging patterns of interaction were quantified. The results showed that the involvement of the participants in online peer feedback via cloud collaboration facility enabled students to detect and comprehend numerous writing problems, as well as revise and improve their work; both revision and non-revision-oriented feedbacks are part of the overall online textual interaction and communication that can be used to help them develop their second language; and the students also expressed different perspectives about whether they appreciated or disliked their online peer feedback experience. This study also provided some implications and recommendations for further research.ABSTRAKUmpan balik teman sebaya secara online telah menjadi hal yang umum di ruang kelas menulis di universitas sebagai hasil dari ketersediaan teknologi komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pelajar EFL yang terlibat dalam umpan balik teman sebaya secara online dalam menulis melalui kolaborasi cloud. Penelitian ini merupakan kegiatan perpanjangan dari kelas menulis paragraf selama dua minggu yang diikuti oleh sepuluh peserta secara sukarela, dan dipantau oleh dua orang instruktur. Pertukaran umpan balik dari teman sebaya, revisi teks, dan komentar dari wawancara dianalisis secara kualitatif dan pola interaksi yang muncul dikuantifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan para peserta dalam umpan balik teman sebaya secara online melalui fasilitas kolaborasi cloud memungkinkan siswa untuk mendeteksi dan memahami berbagai masalah dalam menulis, serta merevisi dan memperbaiki pekerjaan mereka; umpan balik yang berorientasi pada revisi dan non-revisi merupakan bagian dari keseluruhan interaksi dan komunikasi tekstual online yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mereka mengembangkan bahasa kedua mereka; serta perspektif individu yang berbeda mengenai apakah mereka menyukai atau tidak menyukai pengalaman umpan balik teman sebaya secara online.     Perceived workload and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB): The role of psychological empowerment

    Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is defined as an employee's voluntary behavior which is not formally rewarded in spite of its potential to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of psychological empowerment in the relationship between perception of workload and OCB. This study used the approach-avoidance motivation as the theoretical framework. Research data were collected using the snowball sampling method that was implemented in an online survey that targeted employees of various private organizations in Indonesia (N = 201). The measures used in this study were the 9-item workload subscale of the Job Demand-Resource Scale, 12-item Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (PEQ), and 14-item OCB subscale of the Task Performance Scale. Data were analyzed using the simple mediation regression technique of Macro PROCESS developed by Hayes for SPSS software. The results of this study showed that perceived workload has a positive effect on psychological empowerment and psychological empowerment has a positive effect on OCB. Further, results showed that psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between perceived workload and OCB

    This study is aimed at finding out the ability of students to use English collocation and its correlation with their academic achievements. The samples of this study are the 5th semester students of English education study program, UniversitasSriwijaya. Data were gathered by means of ability test using English collocation and academic achievements, GPA. The analysis results showed that there was a positive correlation between the ability of students to use English collocation and their academic achievements

Dengan pertimbangan bahwa setiap instansi menggunakan energi listrik dan juga menggunakan saluran transmisi untuk saling berkomunikasi, maka jaringan listrik merupakan media yang potensial jika digunakan sebagai media saluran transmisi karena tidak perlu lagi membangun jaringan transmisi baru.     ABSTRAK Pembiayaan murabahah yang bermasalah di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan dari tahun 2019-2022 mencapai Rp. 93.074.559,45 atau rata�rata 6,29% . Ini merupakan jumlah yang besar, perlu adanya penanganan yang serius dari BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan. Berdasarkan Latar Belakang di atas rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana penanganan pembiayaan Murabahah yang bermasalah di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan? Bagaimana pandangan Hukum Islam terhadap cara penanganan yang dilakukan oleh BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan terhadap pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah?. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab semua rumusan masalah yaitu untuk mengetahui penanganan pembiayaan Murabahah yang bermasalah di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan serta untuk mengetahui pandangan Hukum Islam terhadap cara penanganan yang dilakukan oleh BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan terhadap pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah. Manfaat penelitian ini secara teoritis berguna sebagai upaya menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan bagi penulis. Secara peraktis penelitian ini dimaksudkan sebagai suatu sarat tugas akhir guna memperoleh gelar Sarjana Hukum (S.H). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan mengambil objek penelitian di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh langsung melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sementara data sekunder merupakan informasi lebih lanjut yang berkenaan dengan problem penelitian dari literatur atau penelitian terdahulu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, yaitu menganalisis data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui Penanganan pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: pertama dengan melakukan pendekatan dan kunjungan langsung ke rumah nasabah. Jika nasabah menunda-nunda pembayaran angsuran, maka pihak BMT akan memberikan surat peringatan (SP) kepada nasabah tersebut dan mendesak agar segera membayar angsurannya. Surat peringatan (SP) ini diberikan sebanyak 3 kali, kemudian memberikan surat penyerahan agunan serta menetapkan denda bagi nasabah yang terlambat membayar angsuran, Tetapi jika nasabah ekonominya melemah dan nasabah tersebut mempunyai iktikat baik untuk membayar sisa angsurannya maka BMT Assyafiiyah memberikan beberapa keringanan diantaranya: Perpanjangan jangka waktu angsuran, injeksi dana, eksekusi jaminan, dan penghapusan piutang. Penanganan pembiayaan Murabahah bermasalah yang dilakukan oleh BMT Assyafiiyah sudah sesuai dengan Hukum Islam. Hal ini terlihat pada surat Al-Baqarah ayat 280 tentang pemberian keringanan dan kelonggaran yang diberikan BMT kepada nasabah di BMT Assyafiiyah KCP Karang Anyar Lampung Selatan.     Running Dictation to Develop Students’ Listening Comprehension Ability

    The aims of this research were to find out whether or not there was a significant improvement on students’ listening comprehension achievement after being taught by running dictation method and their perceptions on running dictation. The sample of this research was the second semester students of English Education Study Program at one state university in South Sumatera, Indonesia. The method of this study was experimental study with a one group pretest and posttest design. The data were collected by using listening comprehension prestest and posttest. T-test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that t-value was greater than t-table. It can be concluded that running dictation could improve students’ listening comprehension achievement. Some implications are also made for future research.

    DEVELOPING THE TEACHING MATERIALS FOR WRITING SHORT STORIES BASED ON THE SAVI APPROACH (SOMATIC, AUDITORY, VISUALIZATION, INTELLECTUAL)

    This development research aims to produce teaching materials that are valid, practical and have potential effects for fifth grade elementary school students. This research uses the type of development research (research and development). The development model in this study refers to the ADDIE model which consists of the analyze stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The collection of research data was obtained from validation sheets, student response questionnaires and tests. The results of the study of teaching materials for writing short stories based on the savi approach for fifth grade students based on a team expert validation questionnaire assessing in terms of media appearance, presentation of material and use of language as a whole obtained a percentage score of 95, 8% with a very valid category and suitable for use at the trial stage. The results of the One To One questionnaire obtained a percentage score of 91.6% in the very practical category and the results of the Small Group questionnaire obtained a percentage score of 93.4% in the very practical category. Then the results of student tests using teaching materials obtained a percentage of 84.60% in the very effective potential category. Based on the results developed by the researcher it was concluded that the Development of Short Story Writing Teaching Materials Based on the Savi Approach (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectualy) for Grade V Elementary School Students meets the valid, practical, potential effect criteria and is appropriate for use in the process of learning Indonesian short story material
