PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PENGUJIAN LOGAM MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT OFFICE POWERPOINT PADA MATA PELAJARAN ILMU LOGAM DI SMK N 2 YOGYAKARTA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran pengujian logam berbasis Microsoft Office PowerPoint yang digunakan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran Ilmu Logam di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta dan mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R & D) dengan responden ahli media, ahli materi, dan siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data kualitatif yang berupa komentar dan data kuantitatif berupa skor dengan rentang skala 5. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian dikonversikan ke data kualitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu: (1) identifikasi masalah pembelajaran ilmu logam, analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran pengujian logam, dan identifikasi tujuan pembelajaran pengujian logam; (2) desain dan pengembangan media pembelajaran; (3) uji kelayakan media oleh ahli media, ahli materi, uji coba kelompok kecil, uji coba kelompok besar (lapangan); (4) produk media berdasarkan analisis serta revisi produk. Hasil penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh ahli media; ahli materi (dosen); ahli materi (guru); uji coba kelompok kecil; dan uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan rerata skor dengan kriteria baik dan layak digunakan sebagai pendukung proses pembelajaran Ilmu Logam

ANALYSIS COMPARATIVE OF THIRTY BEST WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKED ACCORDING TO WEBOMETRICS RELEASE METHODS AND RESULTS RANK WITH ORESTE AND BAYESIAN

This research was conducted to compare the university website ranked 30 world's best releases by Webometrics ranking results are calculated using two different ranking methods. The object of this study is 30 websites according to Webometrics world's best universities. Data collection was performed 3 times with a gap of 1 week, and then average the data for subsequent processing by Oreste methods and Bayesian methods that are known by the rank of each method. These results with these two methods were then compared with the release of Webometrics January 2012 using the Spearman test and the Friedman test as a test of the feasibility of the hypothesis. The results showed: (1) A comparison of methods Oreste with Bayesian methods are equally significant or there is a match. Proven in 30 samples with values α = 0.05, the value of ρ = 0.838932 where the count is greater than a magnitude of 0.3063 ρ table. (2) Comparison of methods Oreste with a significant release of Webometrics is the same or there is a match. Proven in 30 samples with values α = 0.05, the value of ρ = 0.688543 where the count is greater than a magnitude of 0.3063 ρ table. (3) Comparison of Bayesian methods with a significant release of Webometrics is the same or there is a match. Proven in 30 samples with values α = 0.05, the value of ρ = 0.608899 where the count is greater than a magnitude of 0.3063 ρ table. (4) There is no significant difference between the methods of Oreste, and Bayesian methods in determining the release of Webometrics rankings. Posner pada 1997, menunjukkan tiga dari lima CEO terbaik termasuk dalam peringkat l0 badan usaha dengan kapitalisasi pasar terbesar. The effect of audit quality on firm value : a case in Indonesian manufacturing firm

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of audit quality on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2017. Design/methodology/approach: Population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method. Research data were tested using multiple regression analysis. Findings: The results from this study show that audit quality has a positive effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Practical Implications: The Indonesian capital market gives a positive appreciation to companies that have higher quality audits. Higher audit quality is expected to reduce agency costs, reduce information asymmetry and increase firm value. Companies are advised to use higher quality auditors in order to increase firm value in the Indonesian capital market. Originality/value: Audit quality which is proxied by Big 4 and non-big 4 auditors has been proven to have a positive influence on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.peer-reviewe

Such market brings in signals that the prices of stocks reflect all the necessary information suitable for the concept of the market efficiency itself. By making most use of all information available either in the form of regularly published reports or in any other relevant information on the movement of the capital market from year to year historically, it is highly expected that the efficiency be reached where the price has significance upon true fundamental values. The competition includes market participants as well as the competition in numbers and security. The steadily increasing informational efficiency results positively in the development of the upcoming market, namely bringing great credit to contribute to public interest. Naturally, the consequence is that there is more and more people involved in the market participating actively and thus each transaction is getting more competitive. MULTIMEDIA BASED EDUCATION TOOLS FOR STUDYING HIRAGANA AND KATAKANA LETTERS FOR BEGINERS USING MACROMEDIA FLASH

The advancement of technology in education today indicate that the use of foreign language is inevitable in the globalisation era. One of the example is the use of Japanese language in the international education and trading. Thus, the demand to study Japanese letter is increasing. Nevertheless the education tools to study it is somehow still conventional ones, such as papers, cards, and books which are less interesting, and people usually get bored and get some difficulties.This study aims to develop multimedia based education tools which could be used to complement the education process for Hiragana and Katakana letters, and to find out the relevancy of this education tools. This study uses Researh and Development approach. It is conducted on May 2011 at Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in “Pusat Budaya Jepang” learning institution. The subject being studied are 15 students, and the object are multimedia based education tools for studying Hiragana and Katakana letters. Research is performed in several steps : competency standard, problem and potential solution, analisis of needs, designs and implementations, products, expert validation, product revisions, trial usage, product revision and mass production. Data collection method being used are observation and unstructured interview. Analyzing technique being used is descriptive qualitatif analysis. Result of validation conducted by educational material expert stated that this educational tools are accordance with the cmpetency standard and are fit for educational purpose. So as media experts state that this educational tools are good example and are fit for educational purpose.
