    The system of tracking the position of the bucket excavator's wheel for prevention of risk situations

    For companies doing business in mining mineral deposits, ensuring safe work is one of the key tasks (Safety First!). One of the important trends in this area is prevention and endeavour to forestall risk situations. Risks need to be searched, technically described, spatially defined, evaluated and categorized by degree of risk. Complex geological and stability conditions can be one of the sources of persistent and significant risks, which are mainly landslides and rockslides threatening both mining equipment and employees. The problem described in this article and its solution concerns the Most Basin (formerly the North Bohemian Lignite Basin). This is a tertiary basin that was founded in the Oligocene. The main mineral is lignite and mining takes place on the surface. The main excavating machinery in the surface lignite quarries in Europe (Czech Republic, Germany, Poland) is the bucket wheel excavator.Web of Science15328727

    Téma této práce navazuje na zkoumání metody rychlostního pole, které je v dnešní době již relativně běžnou metodou pro stanovení průtokových veličin na vysoké úrovni. Práce se zabývá především rychlostí v mezní vrstvě u dna a její závislostí na různých faktorech. Mezní vrstva pro svůj malý rozsah tvoří pouze malou část z vyhodnocované oblasti, a proto vyjádření její rychlosti často spoléhá na extrapolační metody. Roste-li však požadavek na větší přesnost celkového měření stává se tato oblast také nezanedbatelnou. Práce shrnuje základní teorii rychlostního pole, ale především se zabývá teoriemi závislosti místní rychlosti na její poloze od dna a její deformaci v mezní vrstvě. Cílem práce je popsání teorií pro rychlostní pole a jejich porovnání se skutečným stavem měřeným na kanálu v laboratoři ÚVS-LVV. Základním podkladem skutečného stavu rychlostního pole v dnové mezní vrstvě je přesné měření metodou Laserové rovinné anemometrie. Výsledky měření budou sloužit ke konfrontaci běžně používaných teorií a jiných postupů pro stanovení rychlosti u dna. Výstupy práce nabízí na základě výsledků srovnání, potvrzení či upřesnění platnosti používaných vzorců. U některých je navrženo omezení jejich platnosti nebo jsou upřesněny koeficienty či alternativní způsob jejich určení.The theme of this thesis is continue on examining relatively commonly used measurement flow field metods, which assessing the variables flows at a high level. Thesis follow up mainly the flow field in the channel bottom boundary-layer and its depending on different factors. To calculate velocity in boundary-layer is common used extrapolation method, because this boundary layer is only the small part of measuring cross section. Increase the accuracy of measurement of flow variables make the flow in the boundary layer also important. Thesis is a summary of a basic theory of flow field, but mainly is about dependent local flow velocity on position, and about deformation of flow field in boundary layer. The aim thesis is description different calculation methods of flow flow field in boundary layer and comparison to with real condition which was measured in laboratory UVS-LVV. Real condition flow field in channel bottom boundary layer is based on exact method Particle image velocimetry. The measurement results serve to compare commonly used calculation methods or different theories velocity in the channel bottom boundary layer. Outputs this thesis offers comparison, confirmation or specification calculation methods according to the results. It has been suggested several limitations on certain methods of calculation, or coefficient were modified or alternative has been proposed to calculate them.

    INVESTIGATION OF THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND EFFICIENCY OF SEED OIL OF SPINDLE TREE (EUONYMUS EUROPAEA L.) ON THE MODEL OF NON-ALLERGIC DERMATITIS

    The aim of the research was to study the chemical composition and effectiveness of the seed oil of Spindle tree (Euonymus europaea L.) on the non-allergic contact dermatitis model. The oil was obtained by the extraction by petroleum ether from the seeds. The analysis of fatty acids and determination of their quantitative content was carried out using gas chromatography. Determination of carotenoids and tocopherols content in fatty oils was carried out after chromatography on a silica gel column. Investigation of anti-inflammatory action of the Spindle tree seed oil on white rats was carried. Determination of biochemical parameters of blood plasma was performed on the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer BS3000M (Poland). The yield of oil was 20–28 % of the weight of the seeds. Nine fatty acids were identified in the oil by the gas chromatography, among which 4 are unsaturated (oleic, palmitoleic, linoleic and linolenic), which together make up 87.79 % of all fatty acids from this oil. Spindle tree oil contains 26±5 mg – % carotenoids and 40±5 mg – % tocopherols, which were separated by chromatography on a silica gel column. There were no symptoms of intoxication with the introduction of Spindle tree oil in the stomach of rats and it can be classified in the 4 the grade of danger in accordance with GOST 12.1.005-88. The anti-inflammatory activity of Spindle tree oil in comparison with the oil of Sea buckthorn on the model of non-allergic contact dermatitis was weaker, but sufficient to recommend it for the treatment of skin diseases in ointments
