One function of the BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi is collect zakat, infak, and shadaqah, but the limitations it has encouraged the BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi to maximize the role and duties of UPZ. The research is aimed at figuring out UPZ’s role in boosting ZIS collections of BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi. The research site is BAZNAS Tebing Tinggi office, which ran from 17 January 2022 to 17 February 2022. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method by using two data sources that were generated from interviews with staff BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi or called primary data and data obtained from boooks, journals, thesis, and notes or called secondary data. Research shows that the amount of money that goes into the BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi via UPZ is down through the year, but the ZIS collected by UPZ to BAZNAS Kota Tebing Tinggi is highest in value compared to the collection from other sources. The more funding that can be collected, the more channeling that can be given to those who are entitled to it

Efisiensi Lembaga Amil Zakat pada Masa Pandemi di Indonesia

Amil Zakah Institution has been operating in Indonesia long before the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the efficiency of Amil Zakah Institutions which have been operating at the national level during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a non-parametrical quantitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from monthly reports which available in the magazines of the Amil Zakah Institutions. The analytical tools use in this research is data envelopment analysis (DEA). The use of DEA as an analytical tools in this study will be done toward two efficiency calculations which are partially and all of the zakah institution. The result found that amil zakah institutions operated efficiently during the covid-19 pandemic. It means the amil zakah institution has performed their function as a trustworthy and responsible collector and distributor of community social funds. The result of this study are expected to add references for the researchers, public, and the government about the efficiency of amil zakah institution which can help the government reduce the impact of covid-19 pandemic especially in the economic field

PRAKTIK PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DESA MELALUI LBK WCC JOMBANG

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi habitus pegiat, ranah pegiat, modal pegiat maupun masyarakat kaitannya dengan relasi pemberdayaan. Mendiskripsikan praktik pemberdayaan perempuan desa rentan kekerasan melalui layanan berbasis komunitas oleh LSM Women’s Crisis Center di Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnometodologi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh WCC Jombang mengembangkan habitus tidak menyalahkan korban dengan ranah layanan berbasis komunitas. Modal sosial dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan diwujudkan kedalam empat praktik: 1) Menentukan aktor yang dominan. 2) Melakukan upaya pendekatan terhadap aktor maupun anggota komunitas. 3) Melakukan diskusi Jumat Bersih. 4) Monitoring. Kata Kunci :Habitus, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, LBK Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the habitus of activists, the realm of activists, the capital of activists and communities in relation to empowerment relations. Describe the practice of empowering rural women vulnerable to violence through community-based services by the NGO Women’s Crisis Center in Jombang. The research method used is qualitative with ethnometodology approach. The results of the research obtained by WCC Jombang to develop habitus did not blame victims with the realm of community-based services. Social capital in empowerment activities is manifested into four practices: 1) Determine the dominant actor. 2) Make an effort to approach the actors and members of the community. 3) Conduct a Clean Friday discussion. 4) Monitoring. Today's technological developments are not only limited to entrepreneurs, students, communities, but also to farmers. Phenomena that often occur especially in poultry farmers include problems with the temperature in closed rooms that certainly change so as to affect the growth and survival of birds, and weather that is too cold or hot can affect comfort in birds, so as to help and enrich the development of technology-based microcontrolle, in this design using microcontrolroller Arduino Uno, in this study designed a prototype that is the design of automatic setting of Ultraviolet-B lamps with temperature sensor DHT11 that can be applied to closed aviary especially for chirping birds, and such as the use of heating lamps in closed aviary is using Ultraviolet-B lamps as a substitute for sunlight that is beneficial for living needs as well as the growth process of birdsong to get a fairly warm irradiation, helping bird farmers who can be adjusted or programmed to the required temperature , in this design using the model prototype system development method, the trial was carried out by controlling incoming light so that it affects the temperature of the drum that produces the detection of DHT11 temperature sensor automatically ultraviolet-B lamp can light with the provisions of temperature <29.50°C and lights off at a temperature of ≥32°C that can be displayed on the LCD layer, so it can help to control the temperature and lights automatically.Keywords: Microcontrolle, Arduino Uno, Ultraviolet-B Lamp, DHT11 Temperature Senso

KESESUAIAN MATERI PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN KOMPETENSI DASAR PADA BUKU TEMATIK TEMA 3 KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR EDISI REVISI 2017

This study aims to determine the suitability of learning materials with basic competencies in the thematic book theme 3 class IV SD revision edition 2017. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were thematic books on the theme of 3 grade IV SD as well as class teachers and one of the fourth-grade students from SDN 99 OKU. The data collection techniques used were documentation and interviews. In this study, an analysis was carried out covering 3 domains, namely, affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. In the affective domain, the data collection technique used interviews, while the cognitive and psychomotor domains used the documentation study by analyzing the 2 aspects analyzed. Based on the results of interviews with teachers and students to see the level of suitability in the affective domain, which is very appropriate. As for the results of the analysis of the level of conformity between the learning material and basic competencies in the cognitive and psychomotor domains as a whole, from the 2 aspects analyzed, the results are included in the very appropriate category. Thus it can be concluded that the suitability of the learning material with the basic competencies in the theme book 3 for grade IV SD revision edition 2017 is very appropriate. Keywords: suitability, learning material, basic competencies, thematic book theme
