Peran Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja dalam Membentuk Workplace Deviant Behavior pada Perusahaan Manufaktur
This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture and work discipline on deviant behavior in the workplace at a flexible packaging materials manufacturing company located in Sidoarjo Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 86 respondents, selected through purposive sampling based on the criterion of permanent employees who had been working for at least one year. Data were collected via a questionnaire using a Likert scale and document analysis, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture plays a significant role in reducing the occurrence of deviant behavior in the workplace, as well-internalized values and norms can shape employee behavior in a more positive manner. On the other hand, work discipline is also involved in creating order, although its impact has not yet shown a significant influence. A strong organizational culture and consistent enforcement of work discipline can reduce the potential for deviant behavior, thereby enabling companies to maintain operational stability and enhance long-term effectiveness. This study also fills a gap in the literature, as most previous research has focused more on the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on performance rather than on deviant behavior in the workplace. These findings contribute theoretically by expanding our understanding of the factors influencing deviant behavior in the workplace, particularly within the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Practically, the results of this study can serve as a guide for company management in developing more effective strategies to strengthen cultural values and work discipline systems, thereby reducing the risk of deviant behavior and improving work productivity

RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN METODE WATERFALL
Abstract. The digital transformation of health services in Indonesia is mandated by Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022, which requires all health facilities to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR). PKU Muhammadiyah Kertosono Clinic still relies on manual, paper-based records and Microsoft Excel, leading to data duplication, inefficiency, and limited access to patient medical histories. This study aims to design and develop a web-based EMR Information System using the Waterfall method. The system was developed with PHP, CodeIgniter 4 framework, and MySQL database, covering five Waterfall stages: requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Black Box Testing of 25 functional scenarios — including patient registration, queue management, SOAP-based medical record input, digital prescriptions, pharmacy management, automated medical letters, and reporting — yielded a 100% success rate. The resulting system centralizes patient data management, eliminates manual record-keeping risks, and supports PKU Muhammadiyah Kertosono Clinic in complying with applicable health regulations
Enhancing EFL reading comprehension and motivation through interactive gamified learning in Indonesia
Teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in Indonesian secondary schools continues to face major challenges due to students\u27 weak reading comprehension. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Wayground gamified learning platform in improving reading comprehension and learning motivation among Indonesian secondary students of English as a Foreign Language (EFL). This study addresses the critical challenges of low literacy rates and high reading anxiety in the digital age. A quasi-experimental design was used, involving 60 tenth-grade students at SMAN 2 Sampang, who were divided into an experimental group using Wayground and a control group using traditional teacher-centered instruction. Data were collected over six weeks using a 20-item reading comprehension test and a modified Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS) based on Keller\u27s ARCS model. Descriptive and inferential statistics, including the Mann-Whitney U test and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test, were used for data analysis. The results showed that students in the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group, achieving a post-test average of 85.43 compared to 71.07. In addition, student motivation in all ARCS dimensions reached high levels, with the highest satisfaction scores. It was concluded that Wayground served as a powerful catalyst, transforming passive reading activities into student-centered, interactive experiences while effectively mitigating cognitive fatigue. These findings indicate that integrating Wayground\u27s interactive, gamified learning into the curriculum provides a fundamental basis for promoting learner autonomy and improving literacy outcomes in 21st-century education
Effectiveness RADEC based multiliteracies approach on logical and reflective thinking skills of elementary school students
Logical and reflective thinking are key components of higher-order thinking in 21st-century education, yet many elementary students’ abilities remain underdeveloped due to teacher-centered instruction. This study investigates the effectiveness of a RADEC-based multiliteracy approach in enhancing these skills among fifth-grade students. Using a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design, 45 students in Malang, Indonesia (22 experimental; 23 control) participated in the study. Data were collected through validated logical and reflective thinking tests, supported by observations and interviews. Results showed significant differences between groups. The experimental group outperformed the control group in logical thinking (M = 75.00 vs. 47.83; p < .001) and reflective thinking (M = 81.41 vs. 40.65; p < .001). The findings suggest that the structured RADEC stages integrated with multiliteracy principles effectively foster systematic reasoning and metacognitive reflection, demonstrating strong pedagogical potential for promoting higher-order thinking in elementary education
