En Latinoam?rica, se estima que los adolescentes entre los 15 y los 24 a?os, constituyen la franja de edad de la poblaci?n m?s expuesta a la violencia, ya sea como v?ctimas o como agentes, el acoso escolar, en la actualidad ha sido objeto de m?ltiples investigaciones, intervenciones y pol?ticas p?blicas encaminadas a prevenir en la l?nea de educaci?n Para prevenir la violencia escolar. Objetivo: Caracterizar la violencia escolar entre pares, en estudiantes de los grados sexto a noveno de una instituci?n educativa p?blica del ?rea urbana del municipio del L?bano 2014, que permita la orientaci?n y el dise?o de pol?ticas p?blicas para la prevenci?n e intervenci?n del evento. Metodolog?a: Se llev? a cabo un estudio epidemiol?gico observacional, descriptivo, transversal, en un colegio del L?bano Tolima, con una muestra aleatoria de la poblaci?n estudiantil, tom?ndose como referencia una prevalencia del 23,4% con un nivel de confianza del 95% y un error m?ximo del 5%, Para la estrategia de muestro se utiliz? la base de datos de la secretaria de educaci?n del Tolima del ?rea de cobertura, quedando una muestra de 118 estudiantes. Resultados: Se evidencia como de manera significativa las mujeres son m?s dadas a actitudes violentas que los hombres y tambi?n una marcada disminuci?n de la autopercepci?n de v?ctima en la medida en que aumentaba la edad del menor sin distinci?n de sexo, dichos resultados coinciden con estudios propios de la regi?n. Conclusiones: Las formas violencia entre pares encontrada en la instituci?n donde se desarroll? la investigaci?n coincide con las encontradas en otras instituciones de Colombia y Suram?rica en cuanto a distribuci?n por sexo, edades, grado cursado y dem?s.ABSTRACT Introduction: For most of the children in Latin America and the Caribbean, the school is the space where they spend a lot of time in their daily lives. In Latin America, it is estimated that adolescents between 15 and 24 years, are the age of the population most exposed to violence, either as victims or perpetrators, bullying, today has undergone multiple investigations, interventions and public policies aimed at preventing online education in order to prevent school violence. Objective: To characterize school violence among peers, students in grades six through nine of a public educational institution of the urban area of Lebanon 2014, allowing the orientation and design of public policies for the prevention and intervention of the event. Methods: An observational, descriptive, cross-sectional epidemiological study in a school of Lebanon Tolima, with a random sample of the student population was performed, taking as reference a prevalence of 23.4% with a confidence level of 95% and a maximum error of 5%, the strategy for sampling database of Tolima education secretary coverage area was used, leaving a sample of 118 students. Results: The evidence as significantly women are more given to violent attitudes than men and also a marked decrease in self-perceived victim insofar increasing age of the child regardless of sex, these results are consistent with our own studies region. Conclusions: The peer violence forms found in the institution where the research was conducted in line with those found in other institutions in Colombia and South America in terms of sex distribution, age, grade completed and other.INTRODUCCION 13 1. Catherine of Siena’s wisdom on discernment and her reception of scripture

Catherine of Siena’s wisdom on discernment represents a significant development in the history of this essential Christian theme. Her teaching is the fruit of personal wisdom rather than formal study as she was an uneducated lay woman in fourteenth century Italy. In this article I show how Scripture was central to Catherine’s wisdom. First I show that she was exposed to Scripture primarily orally and that she assimilated what she heard through her life of prayer and relationship with God. I describe the central biblical themes at the heart of her teaching on discernment, namely growth in charity and capacity for truth, and I show how these are related to her wisdom on discernment. I then examine how Catherine applied her teaching through an analysis of a letter to Pope Gregory XI. In this article I will show that central New Testament themes are at the heart of Catherine of Siena’s teaching on discernment and I will describe how the knowledge of Scripture that suffused her teaching was not internalized as a result of formal study, but rather as a result of her experience of God in prayer and of her personal reflection. Her oral reception of Scripture became transformed through her mystical experience into wisdom that has become a major Christian classic; indeed Catherine is one of only three women named Doctor of the Church in the Catholic tradition.peer-reviewe

Catherine of Siena’s crusade letters: Spirituality and political context

Catherine of Siena has been credited with original views regarding the crusade as political policy and with influencing Gregory XI to carry this out. In this article, I argued that while Catherine of Siena did not succeed in furthering the crusade – nor did she initiate this policy – her crusade correspondence leaves us a legacy that reveals significant aspects of her spirituality. Over 40 letters to ecclesiastical authorities, Kings, Queens, leaders of city states, knights and her own followers reveal a religious intent, although addressing a policy with both religious and political consequences. The latter were important to Catherine because she considered political-cultural context vital for salvation and transformation; she advocated for the crusade because she considered that the crusade pilgrimage and holy war to recover the Holy Land would be critical for the salvation of many. Her epistles further witness to the prophetic, missionary nature of Catherine’s spirituality, and we see how she crafted her own version of crusade spirituality out of the wisdom on transformation learned through her union with God, fused with early Christian martyr spirituality and early crusade spirituality preached in medieval Europe. This thematisation of Catherine’s crusade letters is based on textual analysis of all crusade related letters in the 2002 critical text, on the most complete dating of Catherine’s letters (finished in 2008); and in dialogue with literary and other historical advances, making it an innovative study. Contribution: Catherine of Siena’s crusade letters reveal significant aspects of her spirituality rather than contributions to crusade politics. The letters evidence her prophetic-missionary spirituality and her conviction that socio-political context is significant for a journey of transformation; as well, this analysis details the importance of early Christian martyr spirituality for Catherine’s crusade spirituality

Eficacia probatoria del registro fotográfico en la jurisprudencia del Consejo de Estado - Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo

Del análisis de la línea se encontró que, respecto de la eficacia probatoria del registro fotográfico como prueba documental dentro de un proceso judicial, en la jurisprudencia del Consejo de Estado – Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativosubsisten tres posiciones o subreglas a saber: La primera: el registro fotográfico – fotografía- aportada a un proceso judicial tiene eficacia probatoria plena en virtud de lo señalado en el artículo 252 del Código de procedimiento Civil. La segunda: el registro fotográfico - fotografías - aportadas al proceso judicial, aunque gozan de la presunción de autenticidad, no tienen plena eficacia probatoria y constituyen, de acuerdo con la libre crítica que de ellas haga el juez, un valioso auxiliar de otros medios probatorios, como el testimonio, la pericia, la inspección judicial, entre otros. La tercera: el registro fotográfico – fotografía- aportada al proceso judicial carece de eficacia probatoria autónoma, mientras no sea objeto de reconocimiento, de cotejo o contraste con otros medios de prueba dentro del proceso

Spirituality and belief: Implications for study and practice of Christian spirituality

The aim of this article is to show the inherent connection between spirituality and belief and the significance of this for the study and practice of Christian spirituality. John Hick, a scholar of religion, argues that religions arose in human culture in order to offer beliefs and practices that respond to the human quest for meaning and transcendence. Assuming spirituality refers to consciously living life in terms of such beliefs and rituals, then religion’s function in culture is to provide a spirituality. Based on the latter theory, I argue for the importance of theological or confessional reflection regarding contemporary belief, given that theology reflects on the beliefs of a religion and at its best helps persons understand and integrate their beliefs into the living of life at a particular historical-cultural moment. In our contemporary globalised, pluralistic culture the influence on spiritual practice of multiple sources of wisdom is common, as shown by sociological studies discussed in this study. This cultural context calls for identification, understanding and interpretation of the beliefs of Christians, as well as study regarding how these beliefs fulfil the purpose of religion in human culture, namely offering ways of living with suffering, evil and questions about the meaning of life. Micromachismos y violencia de género. Una propuesta de intervención educativa en población adolescente

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado surge para dar respuesta a tres interrogantes: ¿cómo se concibe en la actualidad el amor en la población adolescente ?; ¿cuál es la influencia que tiene la cultura audiovisual ?; y, ¿qué contenidos educativos son pertinentes en un programa de intervención educativa?. Para dar respuesta a esos interrogantes se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica sobre los aspectos científico-teóricos fundamentales que se abordan en el trabajo: micromachismos y violencia de género. Dicha revisión ha permitido constatar que en las sociedades actuales persisten conductas propias del patriarcado, caracterizadas por la sumisión e inferioridad de la mujer respecto del hombre. En el marco de esas evidencias se ha elaborado una propuesta educativa que intenta dar respuesta a una de las cuestiones planteadas. Se trata de una intervención educativa, que sin renunciar a la flexibilidad necesaria de la población destinataria, se estructura en los siguientes apartados: contexto de la intervención; metodología para su implementación; objetivos propuestos; contenidos a desarrollar en cuatro unidades didácticas; y, evaluaciones que se realizarán a lo largo del proceso.
