Obtaining n best alternatives for classifying Unicode symbols

The Unicode character set has been increased in last years until grouping more than 100000 characters. We developed a classifier which can predict the n most probable solutions to a given handwritten character in a smaller Unicode set. Even with the size reduction we still have a classification problem with a big number of classes (5488 in total) without any training sample. Before dealing with this problem we performed some experiments on the UJI PEN dataset. In these experiments we used two different data generation techniques, distortions and variational autoencoders as generative models. We tried feature extraction methods with both offline and online data. The generation along with the feature extraction was tested in several models of neural networks like convolutional networks or LSTM.El conjunto de caracteres Unicode se ha incrementado en los últimos años hasta llegar a agrupar más de 100000 caracteres. Hemos desarrollado un clasificador que puede predecir las n clases más probables de un carácter escrito a mano perteneciente a un conjunto más pequeño de caracteres Unicode. Incluso con la reducción de tamaño todavía tenemos un problema de clasificación con muchas clases (5488 en total) sin ninguna muestra de entrenamiento. Antes de tratar este problema hemos realizado algunos experimentos con el corpus UJI PEN. En estos experimentos hemos utilizado dos técnicas de generación de datos, distorsiones y el uso devariational autoencoders como modelos generativos. Hemos probado diferentes métodos de extracción de características tanto con datos offline como con datos online. In her poetry, Dorothy Parker uses parody as a literary device to detect and denounce gender inequalities and sexist prejudices in New York during the early twentieth century. Despite the pressures of popular magazine culture on women, and her amusing jabs at her own sex in presumed complicity with the prevailing patriarchal ideology, Parker laughs last because her parodic verses, intertwining humor and faultfinding, are not only intended to entertain her male readers, but also to build a virtual village of female sympathy within a hostile male New York. She encourages sisterly bonding and welcomes real women, who are misrepresented by compulsory feminine images of happy domesticity or deviant sexual availability. La WebQuest como método de aprendizaje de las energías renovables y no renovables

Curs: 2015/2016En este trabajo se pretende demostrar que es mejor enseñar a los niños mediante el aprendizaje significativo y no mediante el memorístico. Para ello, se creará una WebQuest sobre el tema de las energías renovables y las no renovables y se pondrá en práctica ésta en un colegio determinado. A la vez, se pondrá en práctica la misma unidad didáctica en otro colegio, pero esta vez, la metodología estará basada en el libro de texto. Una vez obtenidos los resultados en ambos centros, se observarán y se compararán, obteniendo así las conclusiones en las que quedará demostrado cuál es el método con los que los niños y niñas muestran más interés y obtienen unos resultados mejores.This work is to show that it is better to teach children through meaningful and not learning by rote. For this, a WebQuest is created on the subject of renewable energy and non-renewable energy and it will implement in a particular school. At the same time, it will implement the same teaching unit in another school, but this time, the methodology will be based on the textbook. After obtaining the results in both centres, they will be observed and compared, obtaining the conclusions that it will demonstrate what is the method with which children show more interest and get better results

Características clínicas de los pacientes con trauma militar en pie y tobillo, manejados con el fijador externo ilizarov durante el período 2011 - 2012

Análisis descriptivo de las variables sociodemográficas y de las características clínicas de los pacientes. Resultados: Se operaron 10 pacientes, 4 cumplieron criterios de inclusión, edad promedio 25 años, 100% (4) de sexo masculino, 3 heridos por mina antipersonal, 3 fracturas abiertas grado IIIB de Gustilo, con Escala AOFAS de retropié posoperatoria con una media de 67 a los 6 meses (sobre 86)
