En búsqueda de una calidad total en la Educación

En el presente artículo se puede describir de una manera real un panorama general de la educación que se viene dando en nuestro país, en la que se puede hacer énfasis en los aspectos que la caracterizan. En primer lugar se proponen acciones de política educativa que contribuyan a que  ésta sea de calidad superando la fuerza del contexto, que vayan a impactar en todos los ámbitos de la vida y  por consiguiente contribuye al crecimiento integral del ser humano. Sin embargo el acceso no ha sido igual para todos, pues en muchos casos esta depende de la capacidad económica y de  las oportunidades individuales

Estrategia didáctica para el desarrollo del lenguaje oral en niños de 4 años del subnivel inicial de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Profesor Odón Moreira Pisco

The objective of this research was to propose a didactic strategy for the development of oral language in 4 year old children in the initial sub-level, due to the fact that at this stage it is fundamental that the teacher seeks to promote the development of language through the application of different activities, taking into account and respecting their pace of learning and capacity for understanding. The research has a quantitative approach, for which a questionnaire was elaborated and applied to each child by observing their behaviour and the different activities proposed. This questionnaire was evaluated by a total of 10 experts to give it greater validity. The entire population of 24 children belonging to the initial sub-level of the Profesor Odón Moreira Pisco Mixed Public School was considered. The results obtained reveal that a large percentage of children communicate fluently with their classmates and teachers, and that they are also able to narrate, ask questions and pronounce appropriately. It is concluded that the elaboration of didactic strategies allows teachers to carry out activities in a systematic way and children to enhance their learning and develop their oral language skills. Keywords: didactic strategy, teacher, children, oral language.El objetivo de la presente investigación fue elaborar una estrategia didáctica para el desarrollo del lenguaje oral en los niños y niñas de 4 años del subnivel inicial, debido a que en esa etapa es fundamental que el docente busque potenciar el desarrollo del lenguaje mediante la aplicación de diferentes actividades, teniendo en cuenta y respetando su ritmo de aprendizaje y capacidad de comprensión. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, para lo cual se elaboró un cuestionario, siendo éste aplicado a cada niño mediante la observación de su comportamiento y las diferentes actividades planteadas, dicho cuestionario fue evaluado por un total de 10 especialistas para darle mayor validez. Se consideró toda la población comprendida por 24 niños pertenecientes a subnivel inicial de la escuela Fiscal Mixta Profesor Odón Moreira Pisco. Los resultados obtenidos revelan que un gran porcentaje de niños y niñas se comunican con fluidez con sus compañero y profesora, además, realiza narraciones, preguntas y pronunciaciones de manera adecuada. Se concluye que la elaboración de estrategias didácticas, permiten a los docentes realizar actividades de manera sistemática y, a los niños y niñas a potenciar su aprendizaje y desarrollar sus habilidades del lenguaje oral. Programa educativo para la familia de pacientes con evento cerebrovascular en el área de Medicina Interna del Hospital Rodríguez Zambrano

La Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) define al Evento Cerebrovascular (ECV) como “un síndrome clínico de desarrollo rápido debido a una perturbación focal de la función cerebral de origen vascular y de más de 24 horas de duración”. Las consecuencias dependerán del lugar y el tamaño de la lesión. Otras denominaciones para este cuadro son los términos ataque cerebral, stroke o ictus (Moyano, 2014). La presente investigación tiene como fin diseñar un programa de Educación Familiar con énfasis a minimizar el sentimiento de ansiedad, temor, frustración de la familia en el proceso de recuperación de pacientes con Evento cerebrovascular ingresados en el área de Medicina Interna, en el hospital Rodríguez Zambrano de Manta, ya que si se tienen los cuidados adecuados y la continuidad necesaria mejorará el estilo de vida y aprenderá a vivir dignamente. La metodología aplicada combina la investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, a través de la cual se obtuvieron datos y se refleja la importancia de este tipo de programas a las familias ya que son indispensables en el proceso de recuperación de pacientes, mejorando la continuidad asistencial. Estrategia metodológica para el fortalecimiento de habilidades comunicativas en niños de 3-4 años con Autismo

In the face of the challenges facing education, individual differences in students are latent. Facing this reality implies that the teacher's work is the means for all children to participate in the educational process considering their diversity. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a human condition that is latent in the classroom. The objective of this research was to design a methodological strategy for the development of communication skills in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In this research process a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach was used, in addition the analytical and synthetic, bibliographic, statistical method was used, so it was investigated with a population of 28 people as objects of study detailed as follows: 10 students, 8 teachers and 10 parents. It is emphasized that the research gives rise to aspects that allow sheltering educational inclusion considering this contribution as a current and novel topic. En este proceso investigativo se utilizó un enfoque mixto cualitativo y cuantitativo, además se utilizó el método analítico y sintético, bibliográfico, estadístico por lo que se investigó con una población 28 personas como objetos de estudio detalladas de la siguiente manera: 10 estudiantes, 8 docentes y 10 padres de familia. Se destaca que la investigación da lugar a aspectos que permiten albergar la inclusión educativa considerando este aporte como una temática actual y novedosa. Sistema de Capacitación para contribuir al proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales

The teacher must be systematically trained in such a way that he contributes to the development of an inclusive educational community, making decisions to make the curriculum more flexible and diversified, expanding the learning opportunities of all students. Teacher training will contribute to strengthening an educational system open to diversity and the special needs of the student population. This approach motivated the realization of this article whose objective is to design a training system to contribute to the learning process of students with special educational needs (SEN) of the Santiago Ramón y Cajal school. It was based on a descriptive research. The study population of the school is finite, in a morning shift represented by 21 teachers. Stratified random probabilistic sampling was carried out in which the selection criteria were the teachers of the upper basic sublevel that corresponds to 7 teachers. For the collection of information, the survey was used, which allowed recording the data in chronological, practical and concrete order, which later served as the basis for the formulation of a Training System to contribute to the learning process of students with special educational needs. La capacitación del docente contribuirá al fortalecimiento de un sistema educativo abierto a la diversidad y a las necesidades especiales de la población estudiantil. Este planteamiento motivó la realización del presente artículo cuyo objetivo es diseñar un Sistema de capacitación para contribuir al proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE)  de la escuela Santiago Ramón y Cajal. Se basó en una investigación de tipo descriptiva. La población de estudio de la escuela es finita, en una jornada matutina representada por 21 docentes. Se llevó a cabo el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio estratificado en la que el criterio de selección fueron los docentes del subnivel básica superior que corresponde a 7 docentes. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó la encuesta la cual permitió registrar los datos en orden cronológico, práctico y concreto lo que posteriormente sirvió de base para la formulación de un Sistema de Capacitación para contribuir al proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes con necesidad educativa especial. Estrategia lúdica para fortalecer la convivencia escolar en los niños de Inicial II

The development and application of playful strategies in the classroom has always been the best way to reach children, because as is known at this initial age the best process for teaching and learning is through playful aspects, where the child manages to develop abilities and skills that promote good school life in children. From this perspective, the objective of the study was to Design the playful strategy for the strengthening of the school coexistence of the children of Initial II of the Initial Education Center "2 de Agosto". The research work a qualitative quantitative approach, with a descriptive level of primary and secondary sources describing in an adequate way to analyze and synthesize the information. The population defined in this research was 5 teachers and 143 students, but a non-probabilistic sample was applied at the convenience of the researcher, for which a sample of 2 teachers and 30 students was determined, the techniques and instruments applied were the interview. and the observation sheet. The results allowed to demonstrate the level of theoretical knowledge that teachers have on the subject, but they do not specify it with a good application in the classrooms, being evident that this affects the low level of school coexistence between classmates. It is possible to conclude that playful strategies are important and these must be applied in the classroom with the students to innovate and develop the abilities and skills of the children and thus achieve the expected objectives in terms of improving harmonious coexistence.El desarrollo y aplicación de las estrategias lúdicas en las aulas de clases, ha sido desde siempre la mejor manera para llegar a los niños, porque como se conoce en esta edad inicial el mejor proceso para enseñar y aprender es a través de los aspectos lúdicos, en donde el niño logra desarrollar habilidades y destrezas que fomentan la buena convivencia escolar en los niños. Desde esta perspectiva, se planteó como objetivo el estudio Diseñar una estrategia lúdica para el fortalecimiento de la convivencia escolar de los niños de Inicial II del Centro de Educación Inicial "2 de Agosto". El trabajo de investigación un enfoque mixto (cualitativo cuantitativo), con un nivel descriptivo de fuentes primarias y secundarias describiendo de una manera adecuada para analizar y sintetizar la información. La población definida en esta investigación fue de 5 docentes y 143 estudiantes, pero se aplicó una muestra de tipo no probabilística a conveniencia del investigador, por lo cual se determinó una muestra de 2 docentes y 30 estudiantes, las técnicas e instrumentos aplicados fueron la entrevista y la ficha de observación. Los resultados permitieron evidenciar el nivel de conocimiento teórico que tienen los docentes sobre el tema, pero no lo concretan con una buena aplicación en las aulas, siendo evidente que esto repercute en el bajo nivel de convivencia escolar entre compañeros. Se logra concluir que las estrategias lúdicas son importantes y estas se deben aplicar en las aulas de clases con los estudiantes para innovar y desarrollar las habilidades y destrezas de los niños y así alcanzar los objetivos esperados en lo que a mejorar la convivencia armónica se trate

Propuesta de intervención basada en escuela para padres para fortalecer el rendimiento académico.

The purpose of this research is to develop a school-based intervention proposal for parents to strengthen the academic performance of the students of the Unidad Educativa Diecisiete de Agosto, for which it is structured with a mixed approach, opting for the analytical and inductive methods of the research, through the application of surveys structured by questionnaires. The results corroborate the need and interest on the part of parents for the performance of a school program for parents that gives them assertive training and parenting tools that promote the improvement of academic performance in their children in the most appropriate and fruitful way. for your future.La actitud que tienen los estudiantes frente a la educación se ve inferida por su entorno, siendo el núcleo de estas posturas, la familia. El rendimiento académico a su vez constituye el resultado evaluativo del aprovechamiento de los saberes y aptitudes adquiridos en la formación educativa. La presente investigación tiene por objetivo elaborar una propuesta de intervención basada en escuela para padres para fortalecer el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Diecisiete de Agosto, para lo cual se estructura con enfoque mixto, optando por los métodos analítico e inductivo de la investigación, por medio de la aplicación de encuestas estructuradas por cuestionarios. Los resultados corroboran la necesidad e interés por parte de los padres de familia para el desempeño de un programa de escuela para padres que les otorgue herramientas de formación y crianza asertivas que promuevan la mejora del rendimiento académico en sus hijos de la forma más adecuada y fructífera para su porvenir

Competencias digitales en los docentes en la enseñanza de la Educación Física

The objective of the research is to determine the digital competences that teachers apply for the teaching of Physical Education at the Upper Basic and Baccalaureate levels of the Replica Manta Educational Unit. An investigation is carried out with a qualitative-quantitative approach, descriptive type, with a sample of eight physical education teachers. The results reveal that teachers are unaware of the range of available tools, state that they almost never and never apply digital skills, recognize the importance of using technological tools and show interest in learning about this topic, in the same way, as a recommendation. The general guidelines of a pedagogical adaptation guide for the development of digital competences in teachers in the teaching of Physical Education were outlined. Keywords: Digital skills; Technological tools; Physical education.La educación ha ido evolucionando, desde la tradicional escuela con pizarra y tiza, a aulas equipadas con tecnología, sin embargo a pesar de la importancia del uso de herramientas tecnológicas hay escasa utilización de los recursos digitales por parte del docente de educación física los cuales no hacen uso eficiente de las herramientas existentes en el mercado. La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las competencias digitales que aplican los docentes para la enseñanza de la Educación Física en los niveles Básica Superior y Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Réplica Manta. Se realiza una investigación con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, tipo descriptiva, con una muestra de ocho docentes de educación física. Los resultados revelan que los docentes desconocen el abanico de herramientas disponibles,  manifiestan que casi nunca y nunca aplican las competencias digitales, reconocen la importancia del uso de las herramientas tecnológicas y muestran interés para conocer sobre este tema, de igual forma, a manera de recomendación se esbozó los lineamientos generales de una guía de adaptación pedagógica para el desarrollo de las competencias digitales en los docentes en la enseñanza de la Educación Física.
