El proyecto desarrollado a continuación, surge de la necesidad de medir, controlar, mejorar y dar un valor agregado a los procesos que repercuten en la prestación de los servicios de “Oficina de Negocios SAS”, y tiene como fin estructurar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2008, usándolo como medio para alcanzar las excelencia y estando conscientes de la importancia que esto conlleva en un mercado altamente competitivo. La Calidad, más que un valor agregado se ha convertido en un requisito indispensable para sobresalir en el mercado, es una herramienta fundamental para cumplir todas las exigencias de los clientes, por estas razones, Oficina de Negocios decide Implementar un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, dando una valor al medio ambiente, plasmándolo en sus objetivos, en sus procesos y procedimientos.The project developed below, comes out from the need to measure, control, improve and give an added value to the processes that impact the service delivery of “Oficina de Negocios SAS”, and that is intended to structure the Quality Management System based on the regulation ISO 9001:2008, using it as a means to achieve the excellence and being conscious of the importance this brings in a highly competitive market. Implementación de políticas lingüísticas en la Institución Educativa Santos Ángeles Custodio

Language policies have been a controversial issue regarding the teaching-learning process of English in Colombia. Some authors have mentioned the implications that globalization and the adoption of external agendas have had in the implementation process in the classrooms. The schools and the creators of the policy have tried to design plans for the improvement of the educational conditions and these have had an impact on national exams such as the Saber Tests 11. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Santos Ángeles Custodios Educational Institution is implementing language policies to achieve good results in the national English exams. The participants in this study were three students, one English teacher and one manager. The categories assigned for the analysis of the data were the linguistic policies, their implementation process and their impact. It was proved that linguistic policies are being implemented to obtain good results at the institution, which can be evidenced through the strengthening of English since primary school, the teaching profile, the use of texts and the instrumentalization of the language. To conclude, English has a great importance in the institution which has opened a door there into new alternatives with respect to English which indicates that there are processes of appropriation.Las políticas lingüísticas han sido un tema controversial con respecto al proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje del inglés en Colombia. Algunos autores han mencionado implicaciones que la globalización y la adopción de agendas externas han tenido en el proceso de implementación en los salones de clase. Las escuelas y los creadores de la política han intentado diseñar planes para el mejoramiento de las condiciones educativas y éstas han tenido un impacto en los exámenes nacionales como las Pruebas Saber 11. El propósito de este estudio es analizar cómo la Institución Educativa Santos Ángeles Custodios está implementando las políticas lingüísticas para conseguir buenos resultados en los exámenes nacionales de inglés. Los participantes de este estudio fueron tres estudiantes, un profesor de inglés y un directivo. Las categorías asignadas para el análisis de los datos fueron las políticas lingüísticas, su proceso de implementación y su impacto. Se comprobó que las políticas lingüísticas están siendo implementadas para obtener buenos resultados en la institución, lo cual puede ser evidenciado a través del fortalecimiento del inglés desde la primaria, el perfil docente, el uso de textos y la instrumentalización de la lengua. Para concluir, el inglés tiene una gran importancia en la institución y hay una puerta abierta para las nuevas alternativas con respecto al inglés lo cual indica que hay procesos de apropiación

We pinpoint the specific residue (in the virus) to residue (in the cell) contacts during the initial recognition and binding and show that the virus\ub7 \ub7 \ub7 cell interaction is mainly due to an extensive network of hydrogen bonds and to a large surface of non-covalent interactions. In addition to the formal quantum characterization of bonding interactions, computation of absorption spectra for the specific virus\ub7 \ub7 \ub7 cell interacting residues yields significant shifts of 06\u3bb max = 47 and 66 nm in the wavelength for maximum absorption in the complex with respect to the isolated host and virus, respectively

Propuesta de Supply Chain Management y Logística para la empresa Liga contra el cáncer Risaralda

Actividades para sD1 y sD2 según Modelo SCOR de la Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda, pertenece al capítulo denominado “Procesos según enfoque de APICS-SCOR”. Anexo 1El diplomado de Profundización Supply Chain Management y Logística se enfocó en la entidad privada sin ánimo de lucro, La Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda, fundada el 12 de abril de 1976 por el señor Bernardo Ángel Marulanda y un grupo de voluntarias. Desde su creación, La Liga ha tenido como objetivo primordial buscar el bienestar humano y beneficiar a la población, lo que la ha convertido en una institución altamente reconocida en el departamento, la región y el país. A lo largo del curso, el Grupo de trabajo se centró en optimizar los procesos logísticos de La Liga contra el Cáncer Risaralda. Para ello, se abordaron diversos aspectos de la Cadena de Suministro, incluyendo el estudio de la distribución de la red de abastecimiento, la aplicación del método Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) y sus 8 procesos, así como la implementación del método APICS-SCOR de la empresa. Además, se propusieron mejoras en el control de inventarios. Este trabajo final refleja el esfuerzo conjunto del equipo en el desarrollo del proyecto, mostrando cómo la optimización de la cadena de suministro puede generar impactos significativos en una organización sin fines de lucro como La Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda. Mediante la aplicación de estrategias y metodologías específicas, se ha buscado mejorar la eficiencia en la entrega de recursos médicos y servicios, beneficiando directamente a los pacientes y sus familias. En resumen, el diplomado ha permitido a los participantes adquirir conocimientos especializados en Supply Chain Management y Logística, aplicándolos a un caso real como La Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda. Esta experiencia ha demostrado cómo la gestión adecuada de la cadena de suministro puede tener un impacto positivo en el bienestar humano y contribuir al éxito y reconocimiento de una organización sin ánimo de lucro con una importante labor social.The Diploma in Deepening Supply Chain Management and Logistics focused on the private non-profit entity, La Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda, founded on April 12, 1976 by Mr. Bernardo Ángel Marulanda and a group of volunteers. Since its creation, La Liga has had as its primary objective to seek human well-being and benefit the population, which has made it a highly recognized institution in the department, the region and the country. Throughout the course, Working Group focused on optimizing the logistics processes of La Liga contra el Cáncer Risaralda. For this, various aspects of the Supply Chain were addressed, including the study of the distribution of the supply network, the application of the Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) method and its 8 processes, as well as the implementation of the APICS-SCOR method of the company. In addition, improvements in inventory control were proposed. This final work reflects the joint effort of the team in the development of the project, showing how the optimization of the supply chain can generate significant impacts in a non-profit organization such as La Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda. Through the application of specific strategies and methodologies, we have sought to improve the efficiency in the delivery of medical resources and services, directly benefiting patients and their families. In summary, the diploma course has allowed the participants to acquire specialized knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, applying it to a real case such as La Liga Contra el Cáncer Risaralda. This experience has shown how proper supply chain management can have a positive impact on human well-being and contribute to the success and recognition of a non-profit organization with important social work

La comprensión lectora desde la alianza fantasía y realidad

En el marco de las Becas por la Excelencia del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el presente macroproyecto se propone fortalecer la comprensión de lectura de los estudiantes de siete instituciones del municipio de Medellín y una de Belén de Bajirá, aplicando diferentes estrategias de lectura planteadas de acuerdo al contexto. Estas estrategias se organizaron en secuencias didácticas que siguieron la alianza entre la fantasía y la realidad y se eligió como tema integrador los superhéroes. En cada grado de la básica primaria se aplicó una secuencia particular y se implementaron instrumentos de recolección de datos que permitieron hacer análisis de resultados de manera individual, luego por grado para posteriormente analizar la implementación de todos los grados escolares. Además de concluir frente a la implementación y los objetivos de investigación, se aporta a la metodología de investigación en macroproyecto.In the framework of the scholarships of the Ministerio de Educación Nacional, the present large-scale project proposes to strengthen the reading comprehension in seven schools in Medellín and one in Belen de Bajira taking into account the context at the moment to apply teaching-learning strategies. These strategies were organised in didactic sequences that followed the main topic which is reality and fantasy, and superheroes was chosen as the integrated theme. In each group of primary school was applied a particular sequence and was implemented a data collection instrument that allowed to analyze individual and general outcomes. This with the idea to put into practice the didactic sequences in all the school years. And finally, the idea of this large-scale project could help to future teacher to carry this out in their classrooms as a new innovative way to enhance the reading comprehension in all the students

Reforzamiento estructural de edificaciones patrimoniales en tierra de 1 y 2 pisos: aplicación de la normativa AIS-610-EP-2017

The Spaniards that conquered the Andean Highlands of Latin America constructed buildings with adobe and rammed earth. For this reason, Colombia has 90% of its heritage buildings made of earth; most of them located in high and intermediate seismic hazard zones. Considering that these constructions are vulnerable to earthquakes, in 2019, the standard AIS-610-EP-2017 was included in the national earthquake-resistant regulation (standard for seismic reinforcement of heritage earthen buildings). Using this standard, two buildings built in the 16th century were analyzed. The walls were reinforced with steel plates (or wooden elements). For seismic loads, the results suggest that only 24% of the unreinforced walls would have stresses lower than the tensile strength of the rammed earth. In contrast, in the reinforced walls this percentage is 98%. Likewise, the stresses in the reinforcing elements (steel and wood) are kept below the allowable limits.Los españoles que conquistaron la zona andina latinoamericana construyeron edificios en adobe y tapia apisonada. Por esta razón, el 90% de los edificios patrimoniales en Colombia están construidos en tierra; la mayoría ubicados en zonas de amenaza sísmica intermedia y alta. Considerando que estas edificaciones son sísmicamente vulnerables, en 2019 se incluyó la norma AIS-610-EP-2017 en la reglamentación sismo-resistente del país (norma para reforzamiento sísmico de edificios patrimoniales en tierra). Utilizando esta norma, se analizaron dos edificios construidos en el siglo XVI. Los muros fueron reforzados con placas de acero (o de madera). Los resultados indican que para cargas sísmicas solo el 24% de los muros sin refuerzo tendrían tensiones menores que la resistencia a la tracción de la tierra, mientras que en los muros reforzados este porcentaje es del 98%. Asimismo, las tensiones en los elementos de refuerzo (acero y madera) se mantienen por debajo de los límites permisibles

Tifus murino en el Cairo-valle ¿Brote o condición endémica emergente?

Introducción: En el Municipio de El Cairo Valle se reportó un brote de Tifus Murino, el cual habitualmente no se diagnostica en la región.Métodos: Se presenta una serie de casos obtenidos del Sitema de Vigilancia Epidemiológica del Municipio de El Cairo, administrado por el Hospital Municipal. Resultados: Se reportan 34 casos nuevos de Tifus Murino, que como características especiales fueron predominantemente femeninos, y población adulta. Conclusión: El brote fue controlado con la oportuna intervención del Comité de Vigilancia Epidemiológica del Municipio y coordinado por diferentes instituciones.AbstractIntroduction: El Cairo is a town in Valle, Murine Typhus is not ommonly diagnosed, a shot was reported in this region by information systems.Methods: Some cases have been taken from the Municipal Epidemiological Vigilance System in El Cairo, Valley which is administered by the Local Hospital Results: Thirty- four new cases of Murine Typhus were reported having all of them a predominant characteristic; they were found in female and adult population.Conclusion: The outbreak was controlled as a result of the appropiate intervention from the Municipal Epidemiological Vigilance Committee and the coordinated work from some institutions.Key words: Typhus Endemic Flea - Borne; Epidemiologic Surveillance; Zoonoses; Ectoparasitic Infestation

Formative research contributions to the development of Risaralda

Es importante establecer y visibilizar a los estudiantes los beneficios relacionados con la formación en investigación, dentro de los cuales encontramos el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de liderazgo así como el compromiso activo y las experiencias en independencia y colaboración. Así mismo, la formación integral hacia una mayor apreciación del valor de la literatura disciplinaria, generando de esta manera habilidades de pensamiento crítico, indagación y análisis. Además, esto permite forjar la confianza en sí mismo para presentar las propias ideas a la comunidad, permitiendo al estudiante la preparación de futuras actividades académicas, incluidos estudios de posgrado. La investigación formativa tiene como propósito la difusión de la información existente y permitir que el estudiante la integre como conocimientos, considerándolo como un aprendizaje permanente y necesario.
