Articulación del entorno natural y el diseño arquitectónico

El presente trabajo de grado tiene como tema principal la revitalización urbana a través de la conectividad ecológica, la trama urbana y el diseño arquitectónico de un centro deportivo, recreativo y cultural. Con el fin de resolver la fragmentación del tejido urbano y la conectividad ecológica, en lo que respecta a una revitalización por medio de un equipamiento. Para cumplir con esto fue necesario: Identificar el contexto urbano en el que sea razonable la implantación de un equipamiento deportivo, recreativo y cultural. Analizar e identificar operaciones de diseño a través de objetos de estudio que se puedan vincular a la composición del equipamiento con el entorno natural y por último aplicar las operaciones de diseño y estrategias identificadas, en el diseño de un equipamiento cultural y recreativo que permita consolidar el desarrollo urbano y la estructura ecológica. Durante el desarrollo del proyecto, se pudo concluir que, por medio de las operaciones de diseño y estrategias espaciales se puede desarrollar la articulación del tejido urbano y la conectividad ecológica a través de un equipamiento recreativo y cultural.The main theme of this degree work is urban revitalization through ecological connectivity, the urban fabric and the architectural design of a recreational, sports and cultural center. [ENG] TThe use of mulches in vineyards and orchards is a traditional agricultural practice used with the aim of saving moisture, reducing weed growth and improving organic matter content in the soil. In table grape vineyards trained to overhead system in Puglia region (Southeastern Italy), plastic sheets covering the canopy are often used to either advance ripening or delay harvest. In this environment, the living mulches could contribute to the modification of the microclimate around the canopy below the plastic sheets. This condition has an influence on the climatic demand and on both the vegetative and productive activities, mainly in stages with a high evapotranspiration. However, the presence of living mulches could increase the demand of available water and nutrient resources and this could cause a lower yield. The aim of this study was to acquire a suitable knowledge to manage irrigation and verify the influences of living mulches on the vine by using wireless sensor networks to measure the vapor pressure deficit, soil water potential and content.[POR] A utilização de coberturas do solo em vinhas e pomares é uma prática agrícola tradicional, utilizada com o objetivo de preservar a humidade do solo, reduzir o crescimento de infestantes e melhorar o teor de matéria orgânica no solo. Em vinhas de uva de mesa, conduzidas em sistema de pérgula na região de Puglia (sudeste da Itália), são frequentemente usadas coberturas de plástico para promover o avanço da maturação ou o atraso da colheita. Neste ambiente a utilização de enrelvamentos pode contribuir para a modificação do microclima do copado. Esta condição pode influenciar a demanda atmosférica, bem como a atividade vegetativa e reprodutiva da videira, principalmente em períodos de elevada evapotranspiração. No entanto, a presença do enrelvamento pode originar um aumento da demanda dos recursos disponíveis, nomeadamente água e nutrientes, o que poderá provocar uma quebra de produção. Gamification in Ecology-Oriented Mobile Applications-Typologies and Purposes

Mobile applications viewed as digital social change tools are focused on sustainable development, particularly in topics that address ecology and the environment. In this research, the aim is to systematize a review of the 10 most downloaded mobile applications in this context, but deepening on those that use game elements in their interface, organizing them according to components, mechanics and playful dynamics. Findings demonstrate the role of levels and achievements as more repeated dynamics, and challenges and feedback as more relevant elements in gameplay, and finally, emotions and narratives as components of the gamified experience. The incorporation of these elements in mobile games shows that digital gamification in the environmental context is organized from an alternative perspective, where argumentation, the succession of events, the progressive incorporation of difficulty and the interaction with the computerized system modify the traditional view that sees gamification as a superficial system of points

Factores que influyen en el aprendizaje de la lectura de los estudiantes del grado primero y segundo de la Institución Educativa Rural Celestino Díaz del Municipio de Chigorodó

Analizar los factores que influyen en el aprendizaje de la lectura de los niños y niñas del grado primero y segundo de la institución educativa rural Celestino Díaz del municipio de Chigorodó.Es evidente a lo largo de nuestra vida académica la situación y los grandes vacíos que tiene nuestra educación con respecto al proceso lectoescritura que debe llevar cada estudiante, Todos creen saber cómo hacerlo, hacer uso apropiadamente de las estrategias para lograr una mayor comprensión, sin embargo, la evidencia, nos comprueba que no es así. Leer contrario a lo que hacen los estudiantes no es interpretar símbolos lingüísticos, éste implica ir más allá de lo meramente escrito, sumergirse sin límites en el texto que se lee, pensarlo, analizarlo, vivirlo, el nivel de comprensión de lectoescritura no se encuentra en el mejor estado, de hecho su calidad es notoriamente deficiente, por lo cual es de vital importancia que todos los individuos que hacen parte de la comunidad educativa Celestino Díaz inicien un plan de mejoramiento teniendo en cuenta los datos que con esta investigación se pudieron recoger. El proceso de lectura es uno de los procesos más extensos y complejos que existen, por ello es necesario trabajar en su desarrollo y mejoramiento desde el inicio de la etapa escolar, donde se debe tener un compromiso tanto de estudiantes como de docentes es determinar la solución del problema de insatisfacción frente al precario nivel de comprensión de lectura que presentan los estudiantes del grado primero y segundo de la Institución Educativa Rural Celestino Díaz.It is evident throughout our academic life the situation and the great gaps that our education has regarding the reading and writing process that each student must take. Everyone thinks they know how to do it, make appropriate use of the strategies to achieve a better understanding, however, the evidence proves that it is not so. To read contrary to what students do is not to interpret linguistic symbols, this implies going beyond what is merely written, immersing themselves without limits in the text that is read, thinking about it, analyzing it, living it, the level of literacy comprehension is not found in The best state, in fact its quality is notoriously deficient, so it is vitally important that all individuals who are part of the Celestino Díaz educational community initiate an improvement plan taking into account the data that with this research could be collected. Construcción de significados de bienestar en una organización artística y juvenil

En este estudio se emplea una metodología cualitativa para realizar una investigación-acción con el fin de crear los lineamientos para un programa institucional. Con el propósito de identificar los significados que se construyen acerca del bienestar en una organización artística juvenil, que puedan contribuir en la creación del programa. De manera específica pretende comprender los significados que se generan acerca del bienestar en la organización y dar a conocer situaciones que brindan satisfacción y malestar a los miembros, teniendo en cuenta que el bienestar es una de las áreas de mayor importancia para las organizaciones formales en este caso una Fundación, así como para la disciplina de la psicología, tomando como punto de partida la psicología social del trabajo. Se encontró que los lineamientos para este programa son los incentivos, la integración y la formación.This work uses a qualitative methodology in order to carry out an action-research, with the sole purpose of creating guidelines for an institutional program. With the point of identifying the comprehensions built in relation to the Well-being in an Artistic and Juvenile Organization to create the specifications for this program. Specifically, this investigation intends to comprehend the meanings generated about the Well-being in the organization and also to learn about the different situations that bring either satisfaction or discomfort in the members, taking into consideration that the topic of Well-being takes a lot of importance in formal organizations such as in this case, a Foundation, as well as its significance for the discipline of psychology, taking as starting point the social psychology of work. Advances on the formulation of proteins using nanotechnologies

From a finance perspective, the five projections were based in administrative expenses, direct and indirect costs, raw materials, and the marketing campaign.El presente trabajo es la recopilación de información y datos necesarios para la creación de una empresa enfocada a producir un chocolate a base de cacao fino ecuatoriana combinado con frutas nacionales. Se han planteado las ideas básicas para que el negocio se aplique a la realidad del mercado y sea rentable en el corto y largo plazo. Es un emprendimiento que busca innovar y relacionar la cultura ecuatoriana en un chocolate con el mundo. Desde una perspectiva general se han analizado los comportamientos del mercado, las oportunidades y amenazas. Además, se han establecido las estrategias de marketing y financieras necesarias para que el éxito de la empresa no encuentre obstáculos. Las estrategias de promoción junto con la imagen del producto se analizan de forma detallada. En el aspecto financiero se han tomado en cuenta los costos administrativos para la planificación del proyecto, junto con los costos de materia prima, la inversión en activos y en la campaña de marketing en el primer periodo. The Role of Sperm Proteins IZUMO1 and TMEM95 in Mammalian Fertilization: A Systematic Review

Gamete membrane fusion is a critical cellular event in sexual reproduction. In addition, the generation of knockout models has provided a powerful tool for testing the functional relevance of proteins thought to be involved in mammalian fertilization, suggesting IZUMO1 and TMEM95 (transmembrane protein 95) as essential proteins. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the process remain largely unknown. Therefore, the aim of this study was to summarize the current knowledge about IZUMO1 and TMEM95 during mammalian fertilization. Hence, three distinct databases were consulted—PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science—using single keywords. As a result, a total of 429 articles were identified. Based on both inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final number of articles included in this study was 103. The results showed that IZUMO1 is mostly studied in rodents whereas TMEM95 is studied primarily in bovines. Despite the research, the topological localization of IZUMO1 remains controversial. IZUMO1 may be involved in organizing or stabilizing a multiprotein complex essential for the membrane fusion in which TMEM95 could act as a fusogen due to its possible interaction with IZUMO1. Overall, the expression of these two proteins is not sufficient for sperm–oocyte fusion; therefore, other molecules must be involved in the membrane fusion process.This research was funded by the Human Fertility Professorship and Departamento de Biotecnología of the Universidad de Alicante (VIGROB-186)
