PENGARUH SALES PROMOTION TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DENGAN CITRA MEREK SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pelanggan ShopeeFood di Kota Malang)

This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The location of the research was Malang City. The population used in this study were consumers who had used the ShopeeFood food delivery service at least once, with a sample of 120 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents are consumers who are in Malang City, consumers who have made transactions using sales promotions from ShopeeFood, consumers who have used the ShopeeFood food delivery service at least once, aged 18-35 years. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using online questionnaire. The analysis tool uses Smart-PLS. The results of this study found that sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on brand image and brand image mediated sales promotion on purchasing decisions

HUBUNGAN ANTARA MINAT MENJADI GURU SEJARAH DAN SIKAP TERHADAP PELAJARAN SEJARAH DENGAN PEMAHAMAN KOMPETENSI AKADEMIK MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN SEJARAH ANGKATAN 2009 FIS UNY

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara minat menjadi guru sejarah dengan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY; (2) hubungan antara sikap terhadap pelajaran sejarah dengan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY; (3) hubungan antara minat menjadi guru sejarah dan sikap terhadap pelajaran sejarah dengan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi menggunakan subjek penelitian mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY berjumlah 108 mahasiswa dan diambil sampel sejumlah 60 mahasiswa. Uji coba instrumen dilaksanakan pada 30 responden. Pengumpulan data minat menjadi guru sejarah, sikap terhadap pelajaran sejarah, dan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY dengan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknis analisis korelasi sederhana dan teknik analisis korelasi ganda. Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji normalitas, linieritas dan multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan minat menjadi guru sejarah dengan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rx1y 0,535; (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan sikap terhadap pelajaran sejarah dengan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rx1y (0,439) ; (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan minat menjadi guru sejarah dan sikap terhadap pelajaran sejarah dengan pemahaman kompetensi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah angkatan 2009 FIS UNY yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai r(1,2,) 0,551. HUBUNGAN OVERWEIGHT DENGAN OSTEARTRITIS DIPOLIKLINIK PENYAKIT DALAM RSUDZA BANDA ACEH

Osteoartritis (OA) merupakan penyakit sendi degeneratif dari golongan penyakit reumatik yang sering menjadi salah satu penyebab kecacatan di Indonesia. Kasus OA semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan populasi pada usia tua dan overweight. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan overweight, usia dan jenis kelamin dengan OA di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan potong lintang analitik korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September-November 2012 di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 124 orang pasien yaitu 62 pasien OA dan 62 pasien bukan OA. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan overweight dengan OA (p value = 0,00, PR 2,19, 95% CI 1,38 sampai 3,46), hubungan usia dengan OA (p value = 0,02, PR 1,53, 95% CI 1,09 sampai 2,14), hubungan jenis kelamin dengan OA (p value = 0,01, PR 1,79, 95% CI 1,11 sampai 2,9). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara overweight, usia dan jenis kelamin dengan OA di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Respons Aliansi Ulama Madura (AUMA) terhadap Dinamika Politik Keagamaan di Pamekasan Madura

Abstract Political-religious being a social dynamic cannot be separated from our lives as social and religious beings. In the social and cultural context of the Madurese, ulama are important actors in the social life of the Madurese in resolving conflicts and eradicating ideas that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings and state ideology. The presence of the ulama here, apart from being a preacher, also acts as an intermediary in regulating the lives of the Madurese wabil people specifically in Pamekasan. Social phenomena that occur in Pamekasan Madura are always responded quickly by the Madurese ulama alliance as a movement with the aim of controlling and regulating the symptoms that occur in the Pamekasan community. such as, closing nightclubs and tourist attractions that are not in accordance with Islamic law and the existing culture in Madura. The pattern of movement used by the Madura Ulama Alliance (AUMA) in responding to political-religious issues uses persuasive, preventive and repressive patterns. The impact of this movement is evidence that in Pamekasan there is minimal escalation of political-religious conflict compared to other regions, this is in line with the Pamekasan district jargons "Pamekasan Hebat" and "Pamekasan Pintu Salam." EPISTEMOLOGI FIKIH FILANTROPI ISLAM DALAM ZAKAT PROFESI: STUDI FATWA MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2003 TENTANG ZAKAT PENGHASILAN

Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengidintifikasi landasan efistemologi hukum Islam dalam kontruksi Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 Tentang Zakat Penghasilan. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif diskriptif analisis berupa library research dengan pendekatan normatif filosofis dan didukung teori pradigma rasionalisme hukum Islam untuk menganalisis data primer dan skunder. Adapun data primer terdiri dari Fatwa MUI No. 3 Tahun 2003 Tentang Zakat Penghasilan, Peraturan Meteri Agama RI No. 52 Tahun 2014 Tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Penghitungan Zakat Mal dan Zakat Fitrah serta Pendayagunaan Zakat untuk Usaha Produktif,  Musyawarah Nasional Tarjih XXV Tanggal 8 Juli 2000 M, Keputusan Sidang Dewan Hisbah 12 Sya’ban 1423 H Tentang Zakat Profesi, dan Hasil Bahtsul Masail Nahdlatul Ulama. Sebaliknya data sekunder terdiri dari kitab, buku dan artikel ilmiah yang ada relevansinya dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi Fatwa MUI Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 Tentang Zakat Penghasilan menggunakan pradigma rasionalisme hukum Islam dengan aliran epistemologi Bayani, yaitu mengqiyaskan zakat profesi dengan zakat emas senilai 85 gram, kadar zakatnya 2,5%. Analisis Faktor Faktor Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Properti Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the Inflation Rate, Interest Rate, Exchange Rate (KURS), and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) (Case Study in the Sector of Property Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2016 period). 2021). This research is associative by linking the independent variable to the dependent variable. The data collection technique uses documents. The results showed that the inflation variable (X1) had a significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of -6.977 and a significance value of 0.005. The interest rate (X2) has a significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of 4.883 and a significance value of 0.006. The exchange rate (X3) has a significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of -11.415 and a significance value of 0.000. Gross Domestic Product (X4) has no significant effect on the JCI with a t-count value of 1.352 and a significance value of 0.178. Simultaneously, all independent variables (inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product) together have a significant effect on the JCI with a calculated F value of 35.573 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. The adjusted R square value of 0.436 means that the variables of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and gross domestic product explain the JCI variable of 43.6%. The beta coefficient test results show that the exchange rate has the largest coefficient value of -0.655 from the other independent variables.
