Introduction Adolescents, along with their development, begin to explore with themselves, the values, identity, roles and behavior. In the matter of sexuality, teenagers are often confused with the changes that have occurred to them. When adolescents enter puberty, adolescents undergo rapid physical changes and already have reproductive abilities. However, there are many phenomena that show that some adolescents do not know and understand about their reproductive health [1]. Unhealthy sexual behavior among adolescents, especially unmarried adolescents, tends to increase. This is evident from several research results that show the age of adolescents when they first had sexually active intercourse varies between the ages of 14-23 years and the most ages are 17-18 years. Sexual behavior in adolescents can be manifested in various levels of behavior, ranging from feelings of attraction, dating, holding hands, kissing cheeks, hugging, kissing lips, holding breasts on top of clothes, holding breasts under clothes, holding genitals above, clothes, holding the genitals under the clothes, and having intercourse [2]. The phenomenon of free sex in Indonesia is increasingly concerning where data from the results of a survey conducted by the Indonesian Child Protection Committee (KPAI) quoted by Nurmaguphita stated that 32% of adolescents aged 14-18 years in major cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung and Yogyakarta) have had sex. The results of another survey also stated that one in four adolescents in Indonesia had premarital sexual intercourse and proved that 62.7% of adolescents lost their virginity while still in junior high school, some of them even had to do the extreme, namely having an abortion [3]. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health shows that nearly 50% of people living with HIV are adolescents and young adults (15-29 years) [4]. Rutgers WPF Indonesia annual report states that 36.2% of AIDS cases are from the 15-29 years age group [5]. Data for HIV / AIDS cases show that out of a total of 118,787 HIV cases and 45,650 AIDS cases, the highest percentage of AIDS cases was 34.5% in the 20-29 years age group [6]. This figure will increase every year. If it is related to the characteristics of AIDS, whose symptoms do not appear after 3-10 years of infection, this further proves that most of those affected by AIDS have been infected at a younger age. A survey by the Institute for Community Observing "LEMPEMA" in 2014-2016 for 2 years deserves close attention. As many as 65 percent of junior and senior high school students, female students and young women dropping out of school in Banjarmasin, admit to having had sex. The data was obtained from 700 respondents who were interviewed by the LEMPEMA Community Observatory. The 700 samples consist of 200 junior high school students, 200 high school students, 200 female students, and 100 school dropouts. The high rate of early marriage has an impact on the increasing number of childbearing age teenagers in the regions. One of them is in Banjarmasin which reaches 104 per 1000 births, or far exceeds the figure set by the central government, which is only 48 per 1000 [7]  2. Method The research design used in this study used a qualitative approach. The in-depth interview technique was chosen as the data analysis method because through in-depth interviews, researchers can get more information, opinions, and explanations directly [8]. Interviews will be conducted in a friendly and flexible manner with open questions, so that a rapport can be built. This method is used to be able to explore and capture the honesty of informants in conveying real information. Interviews will be conducted repeatedly as needed and applied to all informants [9]. The data analysis process will begin by reviewing all available data from various sources. The data is then analyzed through three components including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.  The population in this study were all adolescents in the city of Banjarmasin, while the sample consisted of 4 informants.  3. Result and Discussion 3.1. Result 3.1.1. Backgorund Adolescents Engage in Free Sex The development of the era has caused a decline in social values, as well as the rise of pornographic videos that can be accessed easily, so that this is the background for teenagers to engage in premarital sexual behavior. Free sex is one proof to show affection and loyalty to their partner.  3.1.2. Factors That Influence Adolescents to Have Free Sex 3.1.2.1. Internal Factors The perception of adolescents about sexual activity is to have sexual intercourse with the opposite sex even though it is not yet legal in religion, as long as it is done on the basis of love, affection, consensuality, without coercion, and is done with their partner Lack of knowledge about early sex education can lead to adolescents falling into behavior wrong sex. So they perceive sexual meaning based on their understanding. From the results of the interview regarding the impact of free sex behavior, it can be concluded that teenagers actually know about the impact of premarital sex, such as venereal disease, pregnancy, HIV / AIDS and loss of virginity, society and has a bleak future  3.1.2.2. External Factors External factors that influence adolescents to have free sex included: 1. Media With the rapid development of information technology, as well as the free entry of outside cultures that sometimes reflect different values from the wearer. Most of the youth stated that they needed education and knowledge about sex at an early stage, so they sought information on their own by utilizing existing information technology both through the media and the internet. But if there is a misunderstanding, the source of the information they access can have a negative impact. The lack of information obtained by adolescents regarding premarital sexual behavior and the impact it causes through formal channels both from the school environment, health workers, parents, has made adolescents find out for themselves about this matter. This is what causes adolescents to receive inaccurate information about sex education, plus the rampant negative information obtained through peers. 2. Friends Adolescents have perceptions that overestimate peer behavior, so that perceptions of peers are a stronger determinant of the occurrence of behavioral deviations that will pose a risk. Teenagers generally choose peers based on their own behavior, known as the "flocking phenomenon". Besides that, coupled with the ease of information sources that are increasingly sophisticated, it will lead to inaccurate interpretations of sex education and high curiosity in the minds of adolescents which results in adolescents wanting to try something that they are not yet time to do.   3.2. Discussion 3.2.1. Backgorund Adolescents Engage in Free Sex The shift in values and norms in society is one of the reasons for the occurrence of premarital sex behavior in adolescents. Premarital sex among adolescents is one proof to show love and loyalty to their partners. Sexual intercourse is an activity that they can do when they meet with the support of possible situations and conditions that they consider safe, besides that they also think that premarital sex is a form of proof of love, affection, and loyalty, and sexual intercourse is one way to maintain deep relationships in order to last. Various behaviors that lead to the satisfaction of sexual urges basically show a person's failure to control or divert the urge to other activities that can actually be done [10]. Several studies related to the lives of Indonesian adolescents generally conclude that the values of adolescent life are in a process of change, namely a tendency to tolerate premarital sexual lifestyles.  3.2.2. Factors That Influence Adolescents to Have Free Sex 3.2.2.1. Internal Factors  Lack of knowledge about early sex education can cause adolescents to fall into the wrong sexual behavior. So they perceive sexual meaning based on their understanding. Free sex behavior has an impact that can damage the lives of adolescents, especially when viewed from a health perspective. R. DOI: 10.36079/lamintang.ijcims-0301.175  29 From the results of the interview above regarding the impact of premarital sex behavior, it can be concluded that teenagers actually know about the impact of premarital sex, such as venereal disease, pregnancy, HIV / AIDS and loss of virginity, even the most worrying is the social impact, namely being expelled by the family and being ostracized by society and has a bleak future Adolescents' understanding of how to prevent the dangers of premarital sex can be said to be the same, namely by using contraceptives such as condoms and not changing partners, as well as by washing the intimate area after finishing intercourse, which they consider capable of preventing the occurrence of dangers arising from premarital sex. According to Syafrudin [11], partial knowledge is more dangerous than not knowing at all. The formation of knowledge itself is influenced by internal factors, namely how individuals respond to this knowledge and external which is a stimulus to change this knowledge for the better. This half-hearted knowledge causes adolescents to seek information from other people or sources that are unclear or even completely wrong [11].  3.2.2.2. External Factors Discussion for the external factors that influence adolescents to have free sex included: 1. Media In obtaining information about everything related to reproductive health, some teenagers actually get information from sources that are not reliable in terms of the accuracy of the information. They actually get the information, such as from close friends or peers, magazines, pornographic books, films or videos. This shows that there is still very little information received by adolescents regarding reproductive health problems from sources that can provide accurate information services and can be justified with the correctness of the information. In addition, adolescent sexual activity and behavior is heavily influenced by technological advances, such as print and electronic media.  The rise of premarital sex among adolescents is done for various reasons or backgrounds. In addition, driven by a great curiosity to try all things that are not yet known [12]. Based on the results of the study, it was found that adolescents engage in premarital sex behavior because of a shift in values and norms in society, especially among adolescents who think that this is a common and common thing to do when dating and is a proof of affection or love for their partner. In addition, the hope given by the lover so that their partner wants to have sexual intercourse is one of the reasons for teenagers, especially young girls to engage in premarital sexual behavior, for teenage girls who have had premarital sex behavior, they usually don't want to just cut ties with their partners trying to maintain their relationship in order to last long.  2. Generally, it is easy for teenagers to get pornographic things through internet access and peers. Adolescents who are in a period of curiosity and want to try, will imitate what they see or hear from the mass media, because in general they have never known complete sexual problems from their parents or from school. Thus adolescents have a tendency to adopt information received by their peers, without having a significant information base from more reliable sources.  With pornography, the brain will experience hyper stimulating so that the brain does not work normally, even very extreme which can then make it shrink and damaged [15]. The research results of dr. Donald Hilton, a leading surgeon from the United States, concluded that if cocaine (a drug) can damage the brain in three parts, then pornography or sex addiction will damage the brain in five parts. Conclusion Factors that influence adolescents to have free sex consists of internal and external factors. Internal factor is related to the teenager’s knowledge about impact of free sex behavior, while external factors are related to the influence adolescents to have free sex included media and friends.
