This study aimed to describe the representation of women in the awards Indihome Women Award at Metro TV. The method used consciousness-raising method, a method to generate knowledge and awareness in terms of women's issues and women movement within the frame of the mass media (television). This study used a qualitative descriptive method with emphasis on the reality of the media that have a relationship or context with social reality in Indonesia. The results showed the awards event Indihome Women Award in Metro women disepresentasikan as duality and ambiguity in the system of nation building; (1) Women look no further indicate the identity and values alignment on national development map but are represented at the level of the worse off, (2) Women made a movement which is represented as a capitalist agent, (3) Women and the movement into the implementation of a number of representations of themselves and movements performed in the frame of self falsehood

Media conglomerates are widely blamed as the cause of the birth of symbols of violence against the nation's cultural pluralism, the control over the broadcasting rights and the system by media conglomerates into a global cultural colonization that is manifested through the broadcast contains the reference to Western culture. Broadcasting system that causes the death of flavors and tastes diversity owned the nation as a world cultural power. Nullifying the media conglomerate's system will show the broadcasting regulatory system in Indonesia is dominated by the global broadcasting system that would be affiliated with the barons and katrel domestic broadcasting. With the introduction of digital broadcasting system that diprakarsasi with the demise of the national television media is expected to grow the business system fair for all this people, by providing business space for new players with the capital area and the system of regional employment-based local culture as well. Content-based broadcast journalism in the broadcasting system in the future be a great opportunity to foster diversity kontenst release that are not controlled by media conglomerates.     The Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association or IPNU is an organization that accommodates students under the auspices of Nahdlatul Ulma to form youth in accordance with the Islamic faith. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all human activities changed, including the organizational activities of IPNU South Jakarta. The health protocols required by the government are different from those that were used before the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze how the organizational communication process occurred at IPNU South Jakarta after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research theory is organization communication. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection and literature study. The results showed that there were significant changes in the IPNU South Jakarta organization after the covid-19 pandemic. Communication is carried out online, the use of social media is maximized, soft skills development is carried out online, and visits to outside the region are temporarily suspended. These changes can be handled properly because of good communication management at IPNU South Jakarta so that the planned work program can run optimally.Keywords: IPNU, Covid-19, Organization communication, organizational communicatio

    This study aims to determine the organizational control team of the TikaUdjo production program. The proposed research statement is what the organization controls on the TikaUdjo program production team. The theory that researchers use to obtain data uses organizational control theory. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a post-positivism paradigm. The research subjects are producers, assistant producers and broadcasters in obtaining accurate data, and the object of research is the control of the production team of the TikaUdjo program organization on Bahana Radio 101.8 FM Jakarta. Collecting data obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation conducted on key informants and informants. Other data were obtained from Key Informants, informants, and various other data sources. The results of this study indicate that the TikaUdjo program production team at Radio Bahana 101.8 FM Jakarta consistently implements four concepts of organizational control theory by Phillip Tompkins, George Cheney, and their colleagues. The conclusion of this research is that the production team performs the four control theory concepts quite well, and it can be accounted for in which these four theoretical concepts are the processes that the production team does in producing the event program

Masyarakat secara luas yang termasuk di antaranya, orang tua peserta didik, pemerintah, instansi/lembaga perusahaan dan sebagainya. Harapan utama dari kinerja humas adalah untuk menarik masyarakat agar peduli dan mempercayai serta menggunakan lulusan atau layanan yang ditawarkan oleh lembaga pendidikan. Sebagaimana yang terjadi sekarang, banyak lembaga terutama lembaga pendidikan yang mengalami krisis kepercayaan dari masyarakat dalam menjalankan rutinitas program-program lembaga pendidikan. Melihat hal ini, peran humas menjadi sangat penting dalam suatu internal kelembagaan organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan.     This study aims to determine the extent to which the role of infographics as a media to convey the message of Media Group Network policy in inhibiting the spread of Covid-19. As well as exploring the types of infographic posters used, such as How-to Infographic, Explanatory Infographic, Comparison Infographic, to List Infographic. In this qualitative research approach, the method used is ethnography where the author participates in the research problem, the approach used is semiotics approach. This approach was chosen so that researchers are more-free to explore the symbols in the infographic poster produced by the Media Group Network secretarial entity. The Media Group Network strategy of using infographics as a medium to convey corporate policy messages turned out to be quite effective in conveying information within the coverage of the Media Group Network, but in the case of a pandemic, this strategy does not function as the main internal media in the Media Group Network, but as a supporting media and reminder because the pandemic is a global event that must have been anticipated by the highest state authorities nationally. in addition, this study also concluded that a proper and simple design system is needed in order to attract the public's desire to read and understand the message

    Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is a Bank that conducts business activities conventionally or based on sharia principles, which in its activities does not provide services in payment traffic, BPR activities are much narrower when compared to the activities of commercial banks because BPR is prohibited from receiving current deposit, foreign exchange activities, and insurance. The number of People's Credit Banks (BPR) is now making competition more intense and vying for the best rating in the eyes of the public, especially PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta. Therefore, a good anlisis strategy is needed by each bank to increase profit and have good quality. This study aims to determine the role of Account Officers in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhan in the midst of the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, which describes the overall role of the Account Officer at PT. BPR Ciledug Dhana Semesta. The results of the study indicate that customer needs can be met properly until customers are satisfied with their services so that customer loyalty occurs so that BPR does not lose customers causing substantial losses or loss of income as well as utilizing digital technology to facilitate customer needs. The purpose of all of this is of course to maintain financial system stability, so that the interests of the community and the interests of the national economy are maintained, especially in the banking world
