    Biological determinants of physical activity differentiation for women of the first mature age (aged 21 to 35) who do water fitness

    The article highlights the problems of organization and conduct of health fitness classes for women of mature age on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical experience. The high level of social significance of systematic health fitness training for women aged 21 to 35 is defined, the favorable influence of physical culture and health classes on the body of women of reproductive age is outlined. The purpose of the study was to determine the indicators impact on which will enable optimization of health water fitness classes for women aged 21 to 35 based on factor analysis of physical development and physical preparation in women of the first mature age. Among the research methods used analysis of scientific and methodological literature, systematization, anthropometric research methods, methods of mathematical statistics were applied. During the study 46 women of the first mature age who do water fitness were involved. The participants of the study confirmed their consent to participate in the pedagogical experiment in writing. The factor structure of physical development, physical preparation and motor activity in women of the first mature age was defined, which allowed to create a representation regarding the list of informative indicators that have the most significant influence on other indicators. Among the informative indicators in the factor structure of physical development, physical preparation and motor activity of women, the leading factor is determined by the physical preparation of women, namely the functional state of the musculoskeletal system. Among the significant indicators, the leading positions are also occupied by the component composition of the body (fat component) and the type of women physique, considering the existing disorders of neutral spine as a direction of influence during classes.     Institutional stability of public administration in conditions of sustainable development: geopolitical aspect

    The relevance of the question of the development of public administration in the modern world is important because it is one of the decisive factors affecting the well-being of each state. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems faced by modern institutions of public administration, as well as the ways of their development based on consideration of the management system of the two leading countries of the world. During the research, the following methods of the theoretical block were used: analysis, synthesis, concretization, and generalization of information. The following conclusions were made as a result of the study: the historical development and the current state of public administration in China and the United States were analyzed. It was determined that the modern confrontation between the U.S. and China will intensify in the future and one of the areas of struggle will be the system of governance. It was found out that the main problem of modern management in democratic countries is the presence of bureaucratic elements, so in the future, there will be a departure from them, by increasing the power of managers in the field. The role of outsourcing in the public administration of the future was also examined. In general, it was concluded that the change and sustainability of institutions depends on the type of states. This article will be useful, first of all, to management scientists who study in detail the phenomenon of public administration and develop a theory of its reform. Also, the materials of this article will be useful for political scientists who study modern geopolitical processes

    Improving the professional training of managers in the field of physical education and sports today requires the need to use foreign experience in their preparation, especially for the experience of using cognitive psychology techniques in professional and personal training. The study of international experience training of future managers of physical education and sports is of great importance for the implementation of positive trends in higher education in terms of the quality of their training and the formation of their professional competence. And this requires a critical analysis of the achievements of the educational systems of foreign countries and the adaptation of these achievements to national needs. The relevance of the study of world experience is due to the possibility of using the achievements and practices in the context of the establishment of a new paradigm of professional education for managers of physical education and sports, in which the cognitive-contextual goals of forming the professional competence of these specialists should become priorities.     THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITIES IN A PANDEMIC

    The research relevance ties with the necessity to form future teachers’ digital competence under forced blended learning conditions due to COVID-19 preventive quarantine measures implementing. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content and analyze the results of the study on the experience in cloud technologies usage while teaching pedagogical courses to students in a modern pedagogical higher education institution. The methods are: theoretical analysis of the cloud technologies usage in higher education institutions, documentation analysis in the European Higher Education Area, information collection, questionnaires for students and lecturers, observation, evaluation, systematization of the results. The results are: the experience in cloud technologies usage while teaching pedagogical courses to future teachers is determined; issues with the information and communication technologies usage are identified: constant access to the network, poor service, lack of equipment. It has been clarified that students gained an enough experience in cloud technologies usage before the quarantine same as during it, identified the factors that contributed to it (inclusion in distance learning, studying the course “Digital Technologies”, testing of cloud services and technologies). It has been established that the lecturers used to have small experience in cloud technologies usage before the quarantine because there was no special necessity, but during it, these indicators have changed (forced distance learning and the conditions for its implementation contributed to the rapid capture of cloud services, attending courses, testing the experience in cloud technologies usage). The most popular cloud technologies are Classroom, Zoom, Meet, Moodle have been lined out.

    Developing Digital Competence of Future Teachers in the Modern Digital Learning Space

    The article is devoted to the problem of formation of future teachers’ digital competence in the modern learning space. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and content of a teacher’s digital competence on the basis of scientific literature analysis, to analyze the possibilities of formation of digital competence of students of pedagogical specialties in the modern learning space. The purpose realization involves the following tasks: to define and compare different definitions of the term “digital competence” by scientists; to reveal the essence and content of future teachers’ digital competence; to identify and characterize the ways, methods, forms, and means of formation of digital competence among the students of pedagogical specialties. Methodology. To achieve the purpose a complex of theoretical and empirical research methods was used. The theoretical methods included: analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization of scientific works and regulatory documents to determine the key concepts of the research and clarify the authors’ point of view regarding the essence of a teacher’s digital competence. In addition to the specified theoretical methods, empirical methods of scientific knowledge were used: the study of future teachers’ professional training, questionnaires, interviews with those who received pedagogical education, expert evaluation – in order to study the process of future teachers’ digital competence formation. Results. The analysis of international legal documents and scientific works of various scientists proves that the concept of “digital competence” is interpreted ambiguously. In particular, the first European framework of teachers’ digital competence states that digital competence is a specialist’s personal formation that integrates the following components: professional involvement, working with digital resources, teaching and learning with the use of these resources, evaluation of results, expansion of students’ opportunities, the development of digital competence in subjects of education. The formation of digital competence of students of pedagogical specialties is provided in various ways: teaching special courses, involving future teachers in educational activities based on the use of various digital tools, organizing students’ work with digital textbooks, reference sources and multimedia information systems, electronic simulators, digital laboratory tools, encouraging specialists to receive non-formal education. Conclusions. In the article, a future teacher’s digital competence is understood as a personal formation that integrates relevant motives, values, attitudes, knowledge of various digital resources, means, tools, technologies, as well as the ability to apply them in practical pedagogical activities on the basis of critical analysis and evaluation. The formation of future teachers’ digital competence involves a systematic combination of various methods and forms of education, constant rethinking of approaches to the organization and content of this process, ensuring an organic combination of methods of formal, non-formal and informal education

    The purpose of the article is to develop and test the effectiveness of aqua fitness exercise program for the posture improvement of women of the first period of a mature age with different body types.  Materials and methods. The pedagogical experiment involved 46 women of the first period of a mature age who had previously consented to participate in the study. The used methods include the analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, Internet data, and mathematical statistics methods, including Fisher’s angular criterion, which allows sampling by distribution of the trait (Byshevets et al., 2019). The research included the assessment of the posture condition of women based on the method of visual screening of posture with determination of the total score (Kashuba et al., 2016). A surgeon was also involved in assessing the posture of women. In the process of factor analysis, the data of anthropometric studies, physical fitness assessments, and motor activity level were analyzed.  Results. The distribution of women of the first period of a mature age by types of postural disorders and its changes under the influence of aqua fitness classes taking into account the body type has been established. The study involved 46 women of the mentioned category; 73.9% of them were women of normosthenic body type, 15.2% – of asthenic type, and 10.9% – of hypersthenic type. The research has established that women who were engaged in aqua fitness with regard to body type had positive changes in posture. The proportion of women of asthenic body type with a normal posture increased by 28.6%, of normosthenic type – by 20.6%, and of hypersthenic type – by 20.0%. Changes occurred in the level of the bio-geometric profile of the posture.  Conclusions. The study confirms the effectiveness of the use of aqua fitness in the process of health-promoting classes to prevent and correct postural disorders. Цель работы разработка и проверка эффективности программы занятий аквафитнесом для женщин первого зрелого возраста с разным типом телосложения с целью улучшения состояния их осанки. Материалы и методы. В педагогическом эксперименте участвовали 46 женщин первого периода зрелого возраста, которые предварительно дали согласие на участие в исследовании. Методы исследования предусматривали анализ и обобщение данных научно-методической литературы, сети Internet и методов математической статистики с применением углового критерия Фишера, который позволяет осуществлять сопоставление выборок по распределению признаки (по Byshevets et al, 2019). Проводилась оценка состояния осанки женщин на основе методики визуального скрининга осанки с определением суммарной балльной оценки (по Kashuba et al, 2016). К проведению оценки состояния осанки женщин также был привлечен врач хирург. В процессе осуществления факторного анализа были проанализированы данные антропометрических исследований, оценки физической подготовленности, уровня двигательной активности. Результаты. Установлено распределение женщин первого зрелого возраста по типам нарушений осанки и его изменения под влиянием занятий аквафитнесом с учетом типа телосложения. В исследовании приняло участие 46 женщин указанной категории, причем 73,9% из них составили женщины нормостенического, 15,2% – астенического, а 10,9% – гиперстенического типа телосложения. Установлено, что у женщин, которые занимались аквафитнесом с учетом типа телосложения, произошли положительные сдвиги в состоянии осанки. Доля женщин с астеническим типом телосложения, которые характеризуются нормальной осанкой, выросла на 28,6%, с нормостеническим типу – на 20,6%, а гиперстенический типу – на 20,0%. Произошли изменения в уровне состояния биогеометричного профиля осанки. Выводы. Исследование подтверждает эффективность применения средств аквафитнесу в процессе оздоровительных занятий с целью профилактики и коррекции нарушений осанки.Мета роботи розробка та перевірка ефективності програми занять аквафітнесом для жінок першого зрілого віку із різним типом тілобудови з метою покращення стану їх постави. Матеріали та методи. В педагогічному експерименті брали участь 46 жінок першого періоду зрілого віку, які попередньо надали згоду на участь у дослідженні. Методи дослідження передбачали аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, даних мережі Internet та методів математичної статистики із застосуванням кутового критерію Фішера, який дозволяє здійснювати співставлення вибірок за розподілом ознаки (за Byshevets et al, 2019), проводилась оцінка стану постави жінок на основі методики візуального скринінгу постави із визначенням сумарної бальної оцінки (за Kashuba et al, 2016). До проведення оцінки стану постави жінок також було залучено лікаря хірурга. У процесі здійснення факторного аналізу були проаналізовані дані антропометричних досліджень, оцінки фізичної підготовленості, рівня рухової активності. Результати. Встановлено розподіл жінок першого зрілого віку за типами порушень постави та його зміни під впливом занять аквафітнесом з урахуванням типу тілобудови. У дослідженні прийняло участь 46 жінок зазначеної категорії, причому 73,9 % з них склали жінки нормостенічного, 15,2 % – астенічного, а 10,9 % – гіперстенічного типу тілобудови. Встановлено, що у жінок, які займалися аквафітнесом з урахуванням типу тілобудови, відбулися позитивні зрушення у стані постави. Частка жінок з астенічним типом тілобудови, які характеризуються нормальною поставою, зросла на 28,6%, з нормостенічним типом  – на 20,6%, а гіперстенічним типом – на 20,0 %. Відбулись зміни у рівні стану біогеометричного профілю постави.  Висновки. Дослідження підтверджує ефективність застосування засобів аквафітнесу в процесі оздоровчих занять з метою профілактики та корекції порушень постави
