    Pengaruh Deferensiasi Motivasi Sosial Terhadap Perilaku Profesional Guru

    Research on professional behavior (professional competence, personal, social, and pedagogic) related to social motivation as factors are very important, considering the teacher\u27s role is key in improving the quality of learning. Therefore this study aims to determine the influence of differentiation of social motivation (achievement, affiliation and power) to the professional competence of teachers and also to assess how the level of social motivation relationship motivation (achievement, affiliation and power) with the professional competence of teachers. Study found that the differentiation of social motivation, especially motivation achievement distinguishes professional behavior of teachers.\u27s social motivation but the power and affiliation can not distinguish the professional behavior of teachers (sig t test: 5%). Meanwhile, in a study of the relationship between social motivation for the behavior of teachers found that professional social motivation to contribute very significantly to teachers\u27 professional behavior, and to have the largest contribution to the achievement motivation (regression 5%)

    Mindset Changes in Governance High School Post Covid-19 Pandemic

    This study aims to describe the change in mindset in higher education governance after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses content analysis method. The results of the study show that: first, developing an educational strategy that is oriented towards long-term progress by making creative and innovative breakthroughs from the quality of teachers, completeness of infrastructure, availability of internet network facilities, secondly, recommended learning in higher education after the Covid-19 pandemic is blended learning, third, higher education must place the academic process as a humanist and inclusive framework, so that it is sustainable and interconnected and works through global collaboration, fourth, with a spirit of change, targeting a significant breakthrough both in mindset, attitude/behaviour patterns in leading and working also on overall higher education organizational governance that is adapted to current global needs and conditions, and fifth, online learning platforms in higher education are becoming more fluid, plural, open and accessible to anyone, and everywhere. ja, without having to be constrained by problems of access to certain economics, geography or social strata. Based on the conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: first, universities, especially private universities, must quickly adapt to changes in the educational paradigm with an innovative learning culture; second, strengthening the IT ecosystem is a must; third, blended learning is the most rational choice, and fourth, innovation in redesigning a variety of academic activities and their support must be carried out, to deal with the limited physical mobility of higher education academics, including students and lecturers.     Influence of With Pair Jump Rope Training and Ladder Drill Model on Kids Athletic Improvement

    This study aims to develop a variety of athletic sports learning through pair jump rope and ladder drill training models to improve the kids athletics of elementary school students. The method used was an experimental method through a quantitative approach with a randomized group-pretest-posttest design research design. The population was 32 elementary school students with a sample of grade IV and V students selected by stratified proportional sampling, divided into two groups, each given a pair jump rope model (X1) and  ladder drill model (X2). The data collection technique used the Kids Athletics Test IAAF instrument which was analyzed using the t and anava tests at the sig level. Ī± = 0.05. The results of the analysis t count > t Sig..0.05 ( > sig 0.05) means that the pair jump rope training model and the ladder drill training model can improve the kids athletic abilities of elementary school students. Mean while, the analysis of variance test results for each element of kids athletic obtained Fcount > Fsig.0.05 ( > sig 0.05), which means that there is a significant difference between the paired jump rope athletic training model and the ladder drill training model to improve the kids athletic of elementary school students

    Development of E-Learning Learning Media for Class VII Informatics Subjects at Islamic Middle School Bustanul Hikmah Lamongan

    Learning media development is essential because learning must continue to innovate so that education will continue to develop with the times. This study aims to describe, explain and analyze the development process, feasibility, and effectiveness of web-based e-learning learning media through blended learning methods for informatics subjects in junior high schools. This study uses the ADDIE development method through 5 stages. Qualitative data were obtained from interviews, input from validators, and documentation. In contrast, quantitative data was obtained from the results of student learning trials before and after using e-learning learning media through blended learning, which was analyzed using a feasibility test. The results of the development show that: (1) Produce website-based e-learning learning media through the ADDIE development stage, (2) The process of testing the feasibility of website-based e-learning learning media through validators of IT/media experts, material/content experts, learning design experts whose results are 95% very feasible and the results of the small group trial the results are also feasible to be tested, (3) The level of effectiveness in website-based e-learning learning media through blended learning can be seen from the feasibility value, the results of which are proven to be effective. This is reinforced by the results of the average value of the student response field trial of 85%. Students are more likely to like the website-based learning model through Blended Learning

    PENGEMBANGAN MODUL HARD MIMIC SIMULATOR MATA PELAJARAN SISTIM PENDORONG KAPAL PERANG REPUBLIK INDONESIA

    Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan sebuah modul hard mimic simulator pada mata pelajaran sistem pendorong Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia agar para taruna dapat mudah memahami penerapan yang ada dilapangan dengan praktis dan tepat. Harapan adanya penelitian dan pengembangan ini dapat menumbuhkan motivasi membaca taruna untuk mempelajari konsep ā€“ konsep dasar dan langkah kerja penggunaan hard mimic simulator. Para taruna tidak diperbolehkan membawa handphone dan laptop ketika menjalani pendidikan sehingga modul ini dibuat semenarik mungkin berupa buku cetak full color untuk menumbuhkan minat baca para taruna yang sedang menjalani pendidikan. Adapun tahapan pengujian validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli isi, uji coba perorangan, kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall dengan 9 tahapan saja karena keterbatasan kondisi dan situasi pandemi saat ini. Sasaran penelitian ini merupakan Taruna Korps Teknik Akademik Angkatan Laut Surabaya. Hasil validasi modul hard mimic simulator dari para ahli diantaranya yaitu ahli desain pembelajaran dengan rata-rata 85%, dan hasil validasi ahli materi dengan rata-rata 84% Sedangkan pengujian teman sejawat dengan hasil rata-rata 86%, pada pengujian kelompok kecil memperoleh dengan rata-rata 90%, dan pada pengujian kelompok besar memperoleh 91%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan maka modul hard mimic simulator pada mata pelajaran sistem pendorong Kapal Republik Indonesia ini dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan oleh taruna Korps Teknik Akademik Angkatan Laut Surabaya dalam proses pembelajaran

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara pembelajaran metode demonstrasi dan metode ceramah juga mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar yang tinggi dengan siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar yang rendah juga adanya interaksi antara pembelajaran metode demonstrasi dan metode ceramah mata pelajaran Seni Budaya kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Probolinggo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 7 Probolinggo dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen dengan dua kelompok sampel yang berupa pembelajaran metode demonstrasi dan pembelajaran metode ceramah dengan motivasi tinggi dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan hasil tes setiap kelompok mengunakan analisis variasi (Anava) 2 jalur yaitu uji prasyarat analisis dan uji homogenitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dan tes yang berdasarkan hipotesis-hipotesis yang akan diuji kebenarannya dengan mempertimbangkan pemberian metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dengan pembelajaran ceramah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran demonstrasi dengan pembelajaran ceramah, ada pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa yang tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah dengan model pembelajaran demonstrasi dan pembelajaran ceramah terhadap hasil belajar siswa juga ada interaksi antara pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran demonstrasi, ceramah dan motivasiĀ  belajar siswa tinggiĀ  dan motivasi belajar renda

    Development of Lectora Inspire to Identify Studentsā€™ Conception Level on Vector

    The COVID-19 pandemic caused direct learning to be restricted. Due to the lack of interaction, the potential learning losses, such as mastery of concepts, become very large. Therefore, a diagnostic test is carried out so teachers know students' conception. Recently, a four-level diagnostic test was assessed effectively to reveal conceptions based on their answers, level of confidence in answering, giving a reason, and level of confidence in choosing reasons. However, implementing the diagnostic test was constrained directly, so the media needed to accommodate them. The purpose was to develop lectora inspire to identify the level of conception in vector. The ADDIE method is used. Quantitatively, the validity is calculated as a percentage and analyzed using a Likert scale. While qualitatively, suggestions for improvement are given by experts to be followed up. Additionally, a group test was conducted to determine the efficiency and practicality of the media. Based on this research, it is known that Lectora Inspire is declared to be valid, effective, and practical to use

    PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR MATA KULIAH PERKEMBANGAN PESERTA DIDIK BERBASIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku ajar matakuliah Perkembangan Peserta Didik Berbasis Pedagogik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris FKIP Unipa Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan instrumen penilaian buku ajar terdiri dari: (1) Instrumen Penilaian Ahli Isi Matakuliah, (2) Instrumen Penilaian Ahli Desain Pembelajaran, (3) Instrumen Ahli Media Pembelajaran, dan (4) Instrumen Penilaian Mahasiswa. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji coba penilaian ahli isi matakuliah, diperoleh persentase skor 76,67%; hasil uji coba penilaian ahli desain pembelajaran diperoleh skor 77,78%; hasil uji coba penilaian ahli media pembelajaran diperoleh skor 80%, hasil uji coba penilaian mahasiswa, kelompok kecil diperoleh skor 85,67%dan kelompok besar diperoleh skor 86,09%serta hasil penilaian dosen pengampu diperoleh skor 88%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan buku ajar matakuliah Perkembangan Peserta Didik Berbasis Pedagogik dalam kategori baik dan dapat digunakan bagi mahasiswa kependidikan yang mengambil matakuliah Perkembangan Peserta Didik di lingkungan Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya dengan sedikit revisi. Saran tindak lanjut, buku ajar ini dapat disebarluaskan kepada mahasiswa kependidikan yang lebih luas cakupannya tidak hanya terbatas di lingkungan Unipa Surabaya, tetapi juga bagi mahasiswa kependidikan di luar Unipa Surabaya dan buku ajar ini perlu terus dievaluasi setiap tahun untuk menyempurnakan dengan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi

    Abstrak: Memasuki dasawarsa ke-2 dari abad ke-21 artinya penerapan pola pendidikan abad ke-21 di Indonesia sudah harus mulai diterapkan. The Partnership (P21) for 21st Century Skill mengidentifikasi empat kemampuan penting yang disebut dengan ā€˜Four Csā€™ atau 4Cs, terdiri dari collaboration (kolaborasi), critical thingking (berfikir kritis), creativity (kreatifitas), dan communication (komunikasi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui 4Cs. Prosedur pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahapan yaitu: analisis, rancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan bertujuan untuk melihat kelayakan produk sebagai bahan ajar dan uji coba lapangan di kelas pembelajaran. Data angket berasal dari ahli materi (SME), ahli desain pembelajaran, teman sejawat, dan 30 peserta didik. Teknik analisis ini digunakan untuk mengolah data yang diperoleh/terkumpul melalui angket dalam bentuk deskriptif persentase. Hasil reviu kelayakan produk pengembangan sebagai berikut: 1) Reviu ahli materi bahasa Inggris sebesar 90%, reviu ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 90%, 2) Uji coba produk kepada peserta didik dan guru melalui angket mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil reviu kelayakan produk dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan ini sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris untuk mengarahkan peserta didik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan abad ke-21. Saran untuk pemanfaatan produk ini adalah guru menjadi pengarah serta motivator bagi peserta didik untuk proses pengembangan kemampuan abad ke-21.Abstract: Entering the second decade of the 21st century means that the implementation of the 21st century education pattern in Indonesia must be implemented. The Partnership (P21) for 21st Century Skill identifies four important abilities called 'Four Cs' or 4Cs, consisting of collaboration (collaboration), critical thinking (critical thinking), creativity (creativity), and communication (communication). This study aims to develop teaching material products in English through 4Cs. The procedure for developing teaching materials uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collected aims to see the feasibility of the product as teaching material and field trials in the learning class. The questionnaire data came from material experts (SME), learning design experts, peers, and 30 students. This analysis technique is used to process the data obtained / collected through a questionnaire in the form of a descriptive percentage. The results of the feasibility review of the development product are as follows: 1) Expert review of English material by 90%, expert review of learning design by 90%, 2) Product testing to students and teachers through questionnaires gets a very good response. Based on the results of the product feasibility review, it can be concluded that this development product is very suitable for use in the English learning process to direct students in developing 21st century skills. Suggestions for the use of this product are that the teacher becomes a guide and motivator for students for the 21st century ability development process
