    This study is to understand the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and capital management for the sustainability of the BMT business. To get the maximum possible income, BMT financing activities also adhere to shari'ah principles, which can be in the form of profit sharing, profit or management services. The use of existing BMT capital during the Covid-19 pandemic is currently: First, productive use for financing members, the public, and other BMTs who apply for financing for businesses in the economic fields of medical devices, food and retail, so they do not have risks that can reduce BMT assets. Second, unproductive use, namely Human Resours  training funds, during the Covid-19 pandemic, BMT human resources are needed who are able to work smartly and creatively to minimize risks during an economic recession. Third, the use of funds to mitigate risks such as allowance for non-performing financing, additional general reserve funds and an allowance for retained earnings. During the Covid-19 pandemic, most MSMEs who became customers or members of BMT experienced a decrease in turnover which resulted in bad credit (increased NPF in Islamic financial institutions), so to anticipate the risks of default from members, reserve funds are needed to recovering BMT operations so that they can run as they should

    Using Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) to Teach English in Indonesian Context: Opportunities and Challenges

    Information Technology (IT), more particularly, mobile devices and applications are getting more and more popular in the world of education. Language learning has become one part of education that uses mobile technology. In Indonesia, Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) has been applied in a number of regions although it is also admitted that some places are not as fortunate as those which have applied it. Some have questioned the possibility of the application of MALL in their regions, but some others comment that the application of it is unavoidable. The questions raised in this research are: 1) what are the opportunities as well as the challenges of using MALL?  2) How is the possibility of applying MALL in Indonesian context? This research is descriptive qualitative. The techniques of data collection applied were library research and self-reflection. The data analysis methods were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. To answer the questions in this research, this paper looks at a number of mobile devices and applications and reviews literature (including peer-reviewed articles) related to the opportunities as well as their challenges of incorporation into the context of English as Foreign Language (EFL) education. Their use in Indonesian context is then discussed. Finally, this paper recommends that MALL should be used in EFL education in Indonesia in order to keep up with the digital learning of this world and also suggests that further research should be conducted for each mobile device and app in all parts of Indonesia, including rural areas

    Legal Protection of Compensation Rights Termination of Employment Using Directors' Assets (Case Study)

    Whereas in labour relations, there are often obstacles, such as termination of employment. For workers, this study uses a normative juridical approach in the form of a case approach by conducting a study of related cases, which have become court decisions that have permanent legal force. The case study in this research is related to the Deed of Peace Number 1404/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tng. This study aims to determine the legal protection of compensation rights for termination of employment using directors' assets and the constraints faced. The results of this study explain the termination of employment for workers at PT. Aemka Putra Satria towards 6 (six) workers who have worked for 15 years. Due to the company's incompetence and no company assets that can be used to pay for workers' rights, the directors' good faith and moral responsibility, a Debt Payment Agreement (Severance Payment) was made on November 28, 2019. The value of workers' rights is Rp—900,000.000 (nine hundred million rupiah). The directors ' assets will be paid by selling land with a Certificate of Ownership No. 07578, located in Gang Ronyok Binong Tangerang with an area of ​​775 m2 with estimated sales of Rp. 1,550,000,000. Because there was no realization of the agreement, the workers, through their attorneys, filed a lawsuit for default at the Tangerang District Court on December 23, 2021. Based on the mediation results, a Peace Agreement was produced to be determined in the peace settlement (Acta van dating). Based on the Deed of Peace Number 1404/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tng, the Panel of Judges at the Tangerang District Court determined the peace agreement in the Establishment of the Deed of Peace, in which the parties must comply with the agreement of the parties that had been approved

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kejelasan job description dan job specification yang telah diterapkan atau jalankan oleh PT XYZ terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kejelasan job description dan job specification, sedangkan untuk variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT XYZ. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan melalui proses uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kejelasan job description dan job specification memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil R2 sebesar 0,756 dan menunujukan bahwa variable job description dan variable job specification pada penelitian ini memberikan proporsi kepada variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 75,6%. The independent variable in this study is the clarity of job description and job specification, while the dependent variable in this research is the employee satisfaction. This study used a sample of 60 respondents who are employees of XYZ. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable through the process of classical assumption and hypothesis testing to determine the relationship between variables either partially or simultaneously. Results of this study stated that the clarity of job description and job specification has a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results R2 of 0.756 an shows that variable job description and job specification variables in this study provide a variable proportion of the job satisfaction of 75.6%. To improve job satisfaction for employees of XYZ Company should be able to perform periodic evaluation of job descriptions of each position according to the needs and abilities and softskills tests conducted to support the ability of workers in doing task or job.     Pluralisme merupakan fenomena yang tak terhindarkan terutama dalam persoalan keagamaan. Agama hadir dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, terutama dalam kehidupan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan moderasi beragama di masyarakat plural yang, yakni yang menjadi kasus ini yaitu di Desa Kertajaya, Kecamatan Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur. Di Desa Kertajaya tersebut telah terjadi kerukunan antar umat beragama melalui terjalinnya silaturahmi yang ada di sana. Hal tersebut didapati pada penemuan penelitian bahwa adanya kegiatan sosial keagamaan di Desa Kertajaya, sebagai contoh, mereka tidak memaksakan pandangan agama mereka pada orang lain dan Interaksi ataupun Hubungan Muslim-Kristen di Desa Kertajaya, Kecamatan Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur, sangat inklusif. Hal tersebut didorong oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya: faktor historis, faktor teologis, faktor sosiologis dan faktor politis. Kesimpulannya yaitu penerapan moderasi seperti ini cocok untuk diadopsi oleh masyarakat plural yang berada di wilayah lain untuk meningkatkan kerukunan beragama sehingga terciptanya harmonisasi antar umat beragama

    Beberapa literatur tentang metode penyembuhan korban narkoba terutama di kalangan remaja kebanyakan fokus pada metode penyembuhan melalui psikoterapi sosial, komunikasi terapeutik, perawatan di rumah sakit, dan akupuntur. Padahal penanganan korban narkoba terbuka dilakukan dengan metode lain yang sifatnya modern maupun konvensional, selama tujuannya menyembuhkan pasien. Karenanya, tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji proses penyembuhan pasien yang menjadi korban narkoba terutama remaja melalui perspektif lain, yakni melalui metode terapi sufistik agama Islam. Dalam memfokuskan kajiannya, tulisan ini mengambil contoh penerapan metode sufistik rehabilitasi korban narkoba di Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Untuk memperoleh data terkait penelitiannya, tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui pengumpulan data dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, kajian literatur dan focussed group discussion (FGD). Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa metode penyembuhan yang dikenalkan di PP Suryalaya telah berhasil menangani para pasien korban narkoba. PP Suryalaya memiliki kurikulum ketat untuk menangani pasien narkoba. Mereka memiliki empat metode khusus yang disebut metode Inabah yaitu mandi taubat, salat fardu dan salat sunnah, zikir harian (zikir jahar dan zikir khafiy), dan berpuasa sunnah. Mereka juga memberikan metode tambahan seperti membaca Al-Qur’an dan kegiatan olahraga. Metode terapi ini disebut merupakan metode sufisme Islam.     IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EXTENSION PROGRAM WITH YANBU'A METHOD IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA

    The process of learning the Qur'an uses the old method which is considered difficult so that a new method is needed at TPQ Raudlatun Nasir so that the Islamic Religious Counselor of KUA Kedungbanteng together with all elements of Keniten Village, Kedungbanteng District make a new breakthrough in reading the Qur'an. The aim is to analyze the implementation of the Islamic religious education program at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Kedungbanteng District using the Yanbu'a method carried out by the Kedungbanteng KUA Extension Team. The results of this study indicate that the religious counseling program from the KUA Kedungbanteng, namely tutoring the Qur'an at TPQ Raudlatun Nasir using the Yanbu'a method, shows awareness and increased interest in learning to read the Qur'an using the Yanbu'a method. The supporting factors for the success of this program are influenced by the spirit of the Islamic religious instructor KUA Kedungbanteng District to advise and remind each other to do good and bad deeds in learning the Qur'an and public acceptance of the presence of Islamic religious instructors while accompanying TPQ Raudlatun Nasir during the new normal era.Keywords: Islamic Religious Counseling, Yanbu'a .
