    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Fiqih Ibadah Menggunakan Metode Sosio Drama Berbasis Youtube

    21st century education is often referred to as 4C, one of which includes critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The research will examine the effectiveness of developing learning media using YouTube-based socio-drama methods in fiqh subjects. The research method used is the Research and Development Method with a 4D approach developed by S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. The research results show that (1) media development uses the 4D method with 4 stages: Define (initial analysis of problems, students, tasks, concepts, and formulation of learning objectives); design (product design); develop (validation test by material, media, and language experts, then carry out limited trials); Disembodied (extensive test stage for Mts. Al-Wasliyah 48 Binjai class VII students): as many as 32 people. (2) In the feasibility test, the scores obtained from material experts were 98%, media experts were 90%, and language experts were 97%, with an average percentage of 95%, and they entered the very feasible category. (3) The results of the limited practicality test carried out on 5 students got a score of 77.27%; the broad practicality test carried out on 32 students got a score of 87.60% in the practical category; and the recapitulation results got an average score of 82.44% in the very practical category. (4) The effectiveness test was carried out by implementing Fiqh Worship learning media using the YouTube-based socio-drama method with a normalized gain score (N-Gain) of 0.58% and was shown in the effective categor

    The socialization of small and micro business licensing activities through the online single submission system in Bangkalan Regency is expected to facilitate access to licensing for small and micro business actors in Bangkalan Regency. In addition, this socialization activity is expected to add to the importance of a business legality in order to be able to develop business, especially access to banking capital. In this socialization, the focus is on: first, how to gain access to permits through online single submission (OSS).     In accordance with Article 1 paragraph 9 of Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, lecturers are mandated to fulfill the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is community service. Community service is an expression of the university's responsibility to society and the application of scientific knowledge within the community. As an entity within the realm of higher education, UNISSULA has an obligation to actively engage in community service activities with the aim of assisting the community in addressing various challenges. In this context, UNISSULA recognizes the emergence of new challenges within the community amid the widespread impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, namely the phenomenon of self-isolation. The handling of patients undergoing self-isolation often requires special attention. Therefore, UNISSULA deems it necessary to respond to this issue through community service activities. This community service report will document UNISSULA's concrete efforts to contribute to the community regarding the handling of self-isolation. Through a scientific approach and the application of knowledge, UNISSULA aims to provide relevant and effective solutions to address this issue. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a tangible example of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that has a positive impact on the welfare of the community around UNISSULA

    Abstract   Monitoring as an approach technique in developing teacher learning is a pattern based on the basic assumption that the teacher's learning process to develop in his position cannot be separated from the learning process carried out by the teacher. Learning is individual, therefore, the socialization process must be carried out by helping teachers face to face and individually. Monitoring as a technique has certain steps that need attention to develop the professionalism of the madrasa head and teachers. The madrasa supervisor who serves as a supervisor only has to manage and allocate programmed time between the madrasa supervisor as a supervisor and the teacher as a person who needs guidance. This activity will actually have a significant impact on both parties. Teachers feel helped by the guidance of the madrasa supervisor, while the madrasa supervisor will benefit in the form of improving the quality of learning that exists for each madrasa head and teacher.   Keywords: Monitoring Function, Learning ManagementAbstrak   Monitoring sebagai satu teknik pendekatan dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran guru merupakan suatu pola yang didasarkan pada asumsi dasar bahwa proses belajar guru untuk berkembang dalam jabatannya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari proses belajar yang dilakukan guru tersebut. Belajar bersifat individual, oleh karena itu, proses sosialisasi harus dilakukan dengan membantu guru secara tatap muka dan individual. Monitoring sebagai suatu teknik memiliki langkah-langkah tertentu yang perlu mendapat perhatian untuk mengembangkan profesionalitas kepala madrasah dan guru.Pengawas madrasah yang bertugas sebagai supervisor hanya tinggal mengatur dan mengalokasikan waktu yang terprogram antara pengawas madrasah sebagai supervisor dengan guru sebagai orang yang membutuhkan bimbingan. Kegiatan ini sebenarnya akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi kedua belah pihak. Guru merasa terbantu dengan bimbingan pengawas madrasah, sedangkan pengawas madrasah akan mendapatkan keuntungan berupa peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang ada pada setiap kepala madrasah dan guru.   Kata Kunci : Fungsi Monitoring, Pengelolaan Pembelajara

      Pendidikan akhlak yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam akan membentuk generasi muda yang kuat secara mental dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh arus modernisasi. Syekh Kholil Bangkalan adalah seorang ulama kharismatik dan tokoh tasawuf yang juga merupakan guru dari para pendiri lembaga pendidikan pesantren ternama di Indonesia. Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak menurut Syekh Kholil Bangkalan bahwa manusia pada prinsipnya terdiri dari dua dimensi yaitu dimensi materi (fisiologis) dan dimensi immateri (psikologis). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendidikan akhlak perspektif Syekh Kholil Bangkalan dan relevansinya terhadap pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak menurut Syekh Kholil Bangkalan mencakup dasar-dasar akhlak dan Islam dalam rangka mencapai kemanusiaan dan kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat. Relevansi pendidikan akhlak Syaikhona Muhammad Kholil dapat ditemukan dalam Kitab Al Matnu asy Syarif buku Biografi Syaikhona Muhammad Kholil Guru Para Ulama dan Pahlawan Nasional dan buku K.H. M.     Pembunuhan Khalifah Utsman Bin Affan Sebagai Anarkisme Politik : (Kajian atas Fenomena Post-truth dalam Kekerasan Politik di Awal Sejarah Islam)

    Anarkisme politik kubu oposisi yang menyebabkan terbunuhnya Khalifah Utsman bin Affan adalah peristiwa politik kelam dalam sejarah umat Islam awal umat Islam dengan rentetan dampak serius di masa berikutnya. Kajian ini memfokuskan pada aspek-aspek Post-Truth yang ada dalam pertiwa tersebut serta bagaimana ia bekerja menggerakkan kubu oposisi untuk tidak lagi peduli dengan informasi yang objektif. Kajian ini menggunakan teori Post-Truth dengan melacak data dari sumber-sumber otoritatif sejarah Islam untuk mengungkap fakta-fakta sebenarnya yang banyak dibahas para ahli sejarah. Ini dimaksudkan untuk memastikan bahwa tuduhan nepotis dan korup kepada Khalifah Utsman hoaks. Selanjutnya dilakukan identifikasi aspek-aspek Post-Truth yang terdapat dalam rangkaian peristiwa ini. Dari kajian ini dapat disimpulkan aspek-aspek Post-Truth dalam anarkisme politik atas kekuasaan Khalifah Utsman terbagi menjadi tiga: (1) pengabaian terhadap fakta dalam penggantian gubernur dengan anggota keluarganya, melindungi anggota keluarga yang bersalah, tuduhan korupsi pada dalam penjualan ghanimah dari penaklukan kawasan Afrika Utara serta hadiah yang diberikan anggota keluarga; (2) penafian realitas secara lebih luas dalam konteks nepotisme dalam konteks negara monarkhis dan tidak adanya penolakan di beberapa daerah yang pejabatnya adalah keluarga Utsman, pejabat yang diangkat menenuhi syarat, (3) Lenyapnya moralitas publik yang munculkan gerakan anarkis dengan tindakan intoleran sehingga menyebabkan terbunuhnya khalifah Utsman.Kata kunci: Post-Truth, Politik Islam, Khalifah Usman, Anarkisme Politi

    NIKAH MENGGUNAKAN WALI HAKIM TANPA KEIZINAN DAN PENGETAHUAN WALI NASAB MENURUT IRSYAD AL-FATWA SIRI KE 408 DI MALAYSIA: Studi Kasus di Malaysia

    Abstrak: Nikah merupakan suatu hal yang sakral, dilakukan oleh calon pengantin pria dan wanita. Dalam pernikahan tentunya memiliki rukun dan syarat pernikahan yang harus terpenuhi. Rukun pernikahan terdiri dari, calon pengantin pria dan wanita, saksi, wali nikah, dan akad nikah. Dalam hal pernikahan wali merupakan salah satu rukun nikah yang harus di penuhi, sehingga menikah harus ada wali di dalamnya sehingga jika pernikahan perempuan tanpa seorang wali. Namun, dalam praktiknya di Negara Malaysia terdapat beberapa praktik yang menikah tanpa menggunakan wali hakim, sementara wali nasab masih ada. Hal ini di sebabkan karena adanya Irsyad al-fatwa siri ke 408 yang menyatakan kebolehan menggunakan wali hakim apabila memenuhi ketentuan 2 marhalah jauhnya dari keberadaan wali nasab. Hal ini lah yang menjadi latar belakang penulis untuk meneliti ini lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana praktik tersebut apakah sesuai dengan ketentuan negara dan hukum Islam.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan normatif yuridis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada praktiknya terdapat beberapa masyarakat di Malaysia masih terdapat beberapa praktik pasangan pengantin melakukan pernikahan di Thailand agar memenuhi ketentuan 2 marhalah agar bisa menggunakan wali hakim. Namun, pada beberapa putusan pengajuan pengesahan nikah seperti itu tidak ditolak karena tidak memenuhi ketetapan syariah. Sehingga sekalipun ada ketentuan Irsyad al-Fatwa Siri ke 408 hanya memberikan kemudahan, dengan ketentuan harus memenuhi rukun dan syarat dari hukum Islam.   Kata Kunci: Nikah, Wali Hakim, Irsyad Fatwa, Perwalian     Abstract: Marriage is a sacred thing, carried out by the prospective groom and bride. In marriage, of course there are pillars and conditions of marriage that must be fulfilled. The pillars of marriage consist of the prospective bride and groom, witnesses, marriage guardians, and the marriage contract. In the case of a guardian’s marriage, it is one of the pillars of marriage that must be fulfilled, so the marriage must have a guardian in it so that if a woman marries without a guardian. However, in practice in Malaysia there are several practices that marry without using a guardian, while guardians still exist. This is caused by the existence of the 408th series of Irsyad al-fatwa which states that it is permissible to use a guardian judge if it fulfills the provisions of 2 marhalah away from the presence of a guardian of the lineage. This is the background for the author to research this in more depth regarding whether this practice is in accordance with state regulations and Islamic law. This research is qualitative research with a normative juridical approach. The results of this research show that in practice, in some communities in Malaysia, there are still some practices of bridal couples getting married in Thailand in order to fulfill the 2 marhalah provisions so they can use a guardian judge. However, in several decisions such applications for legalization of marriage are not rejected because they do not comply with sharia provisions. So even though there are provisions of the 408th Irsyad al-Fatwa Siri, it only provides convenience, provided that it must fulfill the pillars and requirements of Islamic law.   Keywords: Marriage, Guardian Judge, Ershad Fatwa, Guardianshi

    Principal Leadership In Implementing Independent Learning Concept At Jatirasa II Public Elementary School, Bekasi City

    Education is in the spotlight because it is a vehicle for human resource development. The purpose of this study was to examine the principal's leadership in implementing the concept of independent learning at Jatirasa II Public Elementary School, Bekasi City. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that 1) the leadership of the principal plays an important role in the progress of the school 2) the implementation of independent learning at Jatirasa II Public Elementary School, Bekasi City a) the principal takes steps to support independent learning; b) encourage teachers to make learning fun for students, so students don't get bored; c) motivating students to always be ready and eager to learn; d) involve parents and the community actively; d) cooperate with the education office to improve the quality of teachers at Jatirasa II Public Elementary School, Bekasi City. Indicators of the success of the principal's administration in implementing independent learning at Jatirasa II Public Elementary School, Bekasi City are 1) there is an equal distribution of student participation in education; 2) effective and interesting learning; and 3) students are not left behind in the learning process.Pendidikan menjadi sorotan karena merupakan wahana pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan konsep merdeka belajar di SDN Jatirasa II Kota Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam kemajuan sekolah 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran mandiri di SDN Jatirasa II Kota Bekasi a) kepala sekolah melakukan langkah-langkah untuk mendukung kemandirian belajar ; b) mendorong guru untuk membuat pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan bagi siswa, sehingga siswa tidak bosan; c) memotivasi siswa untuk selalu siap dan bersemangat belajar; d) melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat secara aktif; d) bekerja sama dengan dinas pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru di SDN Jatirasa II Kota Bekasi. Indikator keberhasilan administrasi kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mandiri di SDN Jatirasa II Kota Bekasi adalah 1) adanya pemerataan partisipasi siswa dalam pendidikan; 2) pembelajaran yang efektif dan menarik; dan 3) siswa tidak tertinggal dalam proses pembelajara

    Teacher Perceptions of Multicultural Education and Diversity Values in the School Environment

    A comprehensive education system is essential to promote peace in a diverse, multicultural society. Teachers have a critical role in organizing the classroom environment, and it is vital to understand their perceptions of Multiculturalism and the extent to which educational programs adopt multicultural principles. This study investigated teachers' perceptions of multicultural education and diversity and evaluated their awareness of these issues. A qualitative research design with case studies was used, and six teachers from an elementary school in Surabaya were deliberately selected for this study. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis, and the results were analyzed using content analysis techniques. This study found that teachers have adequate knowledge about multicultural education and a positive attitude toward it. However, their understanding and prejudices related to specific concepts still need more. In addition, the inclusiveness of Multiculturalism in annual plans and teaching programs still needs to be improved. Learning transformation is required that encourages active student collaboration, such as the project-based learning (PjBL) model

    Salafi Islamic Education: Teaching Methods, Traditions and Ideologies in Lombok Boarding Schools: (Case study at Dar al-Qur'an and al-Hadith al-Majidiyyah al-Syafi'iyyah Institute in Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok)

    This research highlights the urgency of investigating teaching methods and curricula in Salafi educational institutions, specifically Ma'had Dar al-Qur'an and al-Hadith al-Majidiyyah al-Syafi'iyyah Nahdlatul Wathan Lombok. Despite the rapid development of modern curriculum and teaching methods, this institution maintains a traditional approach with seated learning and a classical curriculum. This study is a qualitative research focusing on literature and sources related to conventional Salafi education. The findings are as follows: Firstly, the institution's traditions persist, maintaining the study of classical Islamic texts through talaqqy or halaqah, teacher reverence, knowledge transmission, moral behavioral norms, and haflah. Secondly, the fundamental ideology is rooted in Islam, ahl al-Sunnah wa al-jama'ah, influenced by the theological thoughts of Imam Abu al-Hasan al-Asya'ri and Abu Mansur al-Maturidi in Aqeedah and the philosophical thoughts of Imam al-Ghazali and Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi in Sufism. Thirdly, the Institute's vision is to produce knowledgeable Islamic cadres proficient in the Quran, Hadith, and Salafusshalih texts. This research provides valuable insights into Salafi Islamic education in Lombok and its broader implications for education and society, enriching our understanding of the dynamics of Salafi Islamic education in a specific local context
