    Ecosistema de información relacionado con el monitoreo del estilo de vida saludable de los adultos

    This article discusses the problem of providing adults with reliable, relevant and timely information that allows them to organize their activities: the regime of work and rest in accordance with the goals of a healthy lifestyle and health correction. The goal is to determine the criteria and components of an information resource that will be adequate to the goals of keeping health of adults. The leading approaches to the health care mass media research are: structural-analytical, personality-oriented and cultural approaches. Research methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature and the information environment on the problems of the population health improving and methods of mathematical data processing. The article presents the results of determining the criteria for monitoring the information ecosystem on a healthy lifestyle, among these criteria the following were identified: the scientific validity of information, targeting, social significance and dialogue. Also, data portals that contribute to the solution of certain tasks of the adult population health improving were identified. The authors designed and implemented the informational and educational portal “3 youth” which is aimed at the integrated implementation of the basic health-improving needs of the adult population, taking into account the interconnection of health components: physical, mental, social. The results proving the effectiveness of using the authors' portal to ensure a healthy lifestyle for adults are presented and discussed. The article will be useful to adults who want to lead a healthy lifestyle with the support of the information resources, teachers and trainers working with people of mature age. This article is also useful for teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education who plan to promote a healthy lifestyle among different age categories.Este artículo analiza el problema de proporcionar a los adultos información confiable, relevante y oportuna que les permita organizar sus actividades: el régimen de trabajo y descanso de acuerdo con los objetivos de un estilo de vida saludable y la corrección de la salud. El objetivo es determinar los criterios y componentes de un recurso de información que será adecuado para los objetivos de mantener la salud de los adultos. Los enfoques principales para la investigación de los medios de comunicación de atención médica son: enfoques estructural-analíticos, orientados a la personalidad y culturales. Métodos de investigación: análisis y síntesis de la literatura científica y metodológica y el entorno de información sobre los problemas de mejora de la salud de la población y métodos de procesamiento de datos matemáticos. El artículo presenta los resultados de la determinación de los criterios para monitorear el ecosistema de información en un estilo de vida saludable, entre estos criterios se identificaron los siguientes: la validez científica de la información, la focalización, la importancia social y el diálogo. Además, se identificaron portales de datos que contribuyen a la solución de ciertas tareas de mejora de la salud de la población adulta. Los autores diseñaron e implementaron el portal informativo y educativo "3 jóvenes" que está dirigido a la implementación integrada de las necesidades básicas de mejora de la salud de la población adulta, teniendo en cuenta la interconexión de los componentes de salud: física, mental y social. Se presentan y discuten los resultados que prueban la efectividad del uso del portal de los autores para garantizar un estilo de vida saludable para los adultos. El artículo será útil para adultos que desean llevar un estilo de vida saludable con el apoyo de los recursos de información, maestros y formadores que trabajan con personas de edad madura. Este artículo también es útil para los maestros de la Facultad de Educación Física que planean promover un estilo de vida saludable entre las diferentes categorías de edad. El portal también será útil en el sistema de educación profesional adicional de instructores y entrenadores de fitness.     Airborne fungi in arctic settlement Tiksi (Russian Arctic, coast of the Laptev Sea)

    Biodiversity and number of airborne fungi isolated from indoor and outdoor air of different location in the areas of arctic settlement Tiksi (Russian Arctic) are described. Different locations (coastal areas, landscape, streets of Tiksi, abandoned empty houses, flats, public buildings) were observed. Aeromycota characterized by a significant biodiversity (50 species), but only several species were abundant. Airborne fungal spores concentration (CFU) in Tiksi locations was found low. The maximum spore concentrations were observed in air of the abandoned empty houses (inhabited in the past). Many species common for soil were observed at the samples taken at streets and abandoned buildings. Most of them are also known as inhabitants of building materials. Microfungi CFU at settlement territory was twice as high as natural territory. Phospholipase, albuminase and hemolytic activities of microfungi isolates as well as their relation to temperature were studied. Most of the tested isolates demonstrated high levels of all the tested activities. It was concluded that there is a risk of ‘‘mold’’ allergy diseases for the people especially with weakening of immunity at arctic settlement Tiksi.     Tracking molecular wave packets in cesium dimers by coherent Raman scattering

    We explore wave-packet dynamics in the ground X 1Σ+g and excited B 1Πu states of cesium dimers (Cs2). In particular, we study the dependence of the wave- packet dynamics on the relative timing between femtosecond pump, Stokes, and probe pulses in a nondegenerate BOXCARS beam geometry, which are commonly used for coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy. The experimental results are elucidated by theoretical calculations, which are based on the Liouville equations for the density matrix for the molecular states. We observe oscillations in CARS signals as functions of both Stokes and probe pulse delays with respect to the pump pulse. The oscillation period relates to the wave-packet motion cycle in either the ground or excited state of Cs2 molecules, depending on the sequence of the input laser pulses in time. The performed analysis can be applied to study and/or manipulate wave-packet dynamics in a variety of molecules. It also provides an excellent test platform for theoretical models of molecular systems

    Octahedral molybdenum cluster complexes with aromatic sulfonate ligands

    This article describes the synthesis, structures and systematic study of the spectroscopic and redox properties of a series of octahedral molybdenum metal cluster complexes with aromatic sulfonate ligands (nBu4N)2[{Mo6X8}(OTs)6] and (nBu4N)2[{Mo6X8}(PhSO3)6] (where X- is Cl-, Br- or I-; OTs- is p-toluenesulfonate and PhSO3 - is benzenesulfonate). All the complexes demonstrated photoluminescence in the red region and an ability to generate singlet oxygen. Notably, the highest quantum yields (>0.6) and narrowest emission bands were found for complexes with a {Mo6I8}4+ cluster core. Moreover, cyclic voltammetric studies revealed that (nBu4N)2[{Mo6X8}(OTs)6] and (nBu4N)2[{Mo6X8}(PhSO3)6] confer enhanced stability towards electrochemical oxidation relative to corresponding starting complexes (nBu4N)2[{Mo6X8}X6]

    Eight fatal cases of tick-borne encephalitis with unusual hemorrhagic syndrome were identified in 1999 in the Novosibirsk Region, Russia. To study these strains, we sequenced cDNA fragments of protein E gene from six archival formalin-fixed brain samples. Phylogenetic analysis showed tick-borne encephalitis variants clustered with a Far Eastern subtype (homology 94.7%) but not with the Siberian subtype (82%)

    Molecular epidemiology, phylogeny, and phylodynamics of CRF63_02A1, a recently originated HIV-1 circulating recombinant form spreading in Siberia

    The HIV-1 epidemic in Russia is dominated by the former Soviet Union subtype A (A(FSU)) variant, but other genetic forms are circulating in the country. One is the recently described CRF63_02A1, derived from recombination between a CRF02_AG variant circulating in Central Asia and A(FSU), which has spread in the Novosibirsk region, Siberia. Here we phylogenetically analyze pol and env segments from 24 HIV-1 samples from the Novosibirsk region collected in 2013, with characterization of three new near full-length genome CRF63_02A1 sequences, and estimate the time of the most recent common ancestor (tMRCA) and the demographic growth of CRF63_02A1 using a Bayesian method. The analyses revealed that CRF63_02A1 is highly predominant in the Novosibirsk region (81.2% in pol sequences) and is transmitted both among injecting drug users and by heterosexual contact. Similarity searches with database sequences combined with phylogenetic analyses show that CRF63_02A1 is circulating in East Kazakhstan and the Eastern area of Russia bordering China. The analyses of near full-length genome sequences show that its mosaic structure is more complex than reported, with 18 breakpoints. The tMRCA of CRF63_02A1 was estimated around 2006, with exponential growth in 2008-2009 and subsequent stabilization.     Optical imaging beyond the diffraction limit via dark states

    We study the possibility of creating spatial patterns having subwavelength size by using the so-called dark states formed by the interaction between atoms and optical fields. These optical fields have a specified spatial distribution. Our experiments in Rb vapor display spatial patterns that are smaller than the length determined by the diffraction limit of the optical system used in the experiment. This approach may have applications to interference lithography and might be used in coherent Raman spectroscopy to create patterns with subwavelength spatial resolution.Comment: 5 pages, 5 figure
