ANALISIS PENENTUAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE FULL COSTING SEBAGAI DASAR PENETAPAN HARGA JUAL PADA PT MERMAID TEXTILE INDUSTRY (MERTEX) MOJOKERTO
The purpose of this study was to analyze the sales price calculation based on the calculation of the cost of production. Methods for analyzing the cost of production and selling prices is to use the full costing method. Benchmark for setting the selling price if the cost of production is low, then the selling price is reduced and vice versa ajuga participate. Result analysis of the cost of production is there are sellisih cost of production in 2007 amounted to Rp 15312.43 and in 2008 amounted to Rp 22510.71. While the results of analysis of the selling price calculation is the difference in 2007 amounted to Rp 69140.72 and year 2008 also experienced a difference of Rp 35653.79. This will affect the selling price there, which should be suppressed lower, although even with a larger profit. So the company set a higher selling price. With the high price, then the demand decreases. Besides the company can not compete with the high selling price
PENGEMBANGAN INTEGRATED REAL-LIFE VIDEO AND ANIMATION DENGAN ADDIE SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA BERBASIS KONSTRUKTIVIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KONSEP MATERI DINAMIKA ROTASI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peningkatan penguasaan konsep pada siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan media Integrated Real-life Video and Animation (IRVA) dan pada siswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan media IRVA. Pengembangan media IRVA dilakukan dengan tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation (ADDIE) untuk pembelajaran Fisika materi Dinamika Rotasi berbasis konstruktivis. Model pembelajaran berbasis konstruktivis yang digunakan adalah Interpretation Construction (ICON) yang memiliki tahapan: 1) Observasi, 2) Konstruksi interpretasi, 3) Mengkon-tekstualisasi pengetahuan awal, 4) Konflik kognitif, 5) Pembelajaran kognitif, 6) Kolaborasi, 7) Interpretasi ganda, 8) Manifestasi ganda. Media IRVA dikem-bangkan untuk tahapan observasi, konflik kognitif dan pembelajaran kognitif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 32 siswa kelompok kontrol pada kelas XI tahun ajaran 2015/ 2016 di salah satu SMA Negeri Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan pretest dan posttest berupa 20 butir soal pilihan ganda untuk mengetahui peningkatan penguasaan konsep materi Dinamika Rotasi. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t pada nilai N-gain rata-rata penguasaan konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada peningkatan penguasaan konsep siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan media IRVA dibandingkan dengan siswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan media IRVA. Siswa pada kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,468 sedangkan siswa pada kelompok kontrol mengalamai peningkatan sebesar 0,207. ;---This study aims to investigate the students’ mastery concepts enhancement between students who are studying by using Integrated Real-Life Video and Animation (IRVA) and students who are studying without using IRVA. The development of IRVA conducted by five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) based on constructivist for Rotational Dynamics material in Physics learning. A constructivist model-based learning used is Interpretation Construction (ICON), has the following phases: 1) Observation, 2) Construction interpretation, 3) Contextualization prior knowledge, 4) Conflict cognitive, 5) Learning cognitive, 6) Collaboration, 7) Multiple interpretation, and 8) Multiple manifestation. The IRVA is developed for the stages of observation, cognitive conflict and cognitive learning. The sample of this study consisted of 32 students experimental group and a control group of 32 students in class XI of the school year 2015/2016 in one of Senior High Schools Bandung. The study was conducted by giving the pretest and posttest in the form of 20 items of multiple choice questions to determine the enhancement of mastery concept of Rotational Dynamics. Hypothesis testing is done by using T-test on the value of N-gain average of mastery concepts. The results showed that there is a significant difference in an enhancement of students’ mastery concepts between students who are studying by using IRVA and students who are studying without IRVA. Students in the experimental group increased their concept mastering by 0.468 while students in the control group increased by 0.207
HUBUNGAN ANTARA POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DENGAN PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA PADA ANAK AUTIS USIA DIBAWAH 6 TAHUN DIRUANG KELAS SBK HARAPAN BUNDA SURABAYA
Perkembangan komunikasi pada anak autis sangat berbeda dengan anak normal. Sebagian besar dari mereka belum dapat berbicara, terlambat bicara, dan berbicara dengan bahasa yang tidak dimengerti artinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan perkembangan bahasa pada anak autis usia dibawah 6 tahun diruang kelas SBK Harapan Bunda Surabaya.
Penelitian ini analitik observasional dengan menggunakan jenis rancang bangun cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh orangtua dan anak autis usia 2-6 tahun di SBK Harapan Bunda Surabaya sebesar 25 orang. Besar sampel 20 responden dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sampel ganda diambil secara simple random sampling. Data diambil pada bulan April 2011 melalui pemberian kuesioner untuk orangtua dan check list pada anak autis kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji exact fisher dengan tingkat kemaknaan α =
0,05.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar (60%) responden ibu menerapkan pola asuh menuruti, setengahnya (50%) dari responden anak autis mengalami perkembangan bahasa kurang. Hasil uji statistik exact fisher didapatkan nilai ρ (0,004) pada α (0,05), berarti ρ < maka H0 ditolak berarti ada hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan perkembangan bahasa pada anak autis usia dibawah 6 tahun diruang kelas SBK Harapan Bunda Surabaya.
Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pola asuh orangtua yang menuruti cenderung mempunyai anak autis dengan perkembangan bahasa kurang. Disarankan bagi keluarga selalu memperhatikan perkembangan anak agar sesuai dengan tahap usianya
Choice, power and perspective: The neglected question of who initiates engaged campus-community partnerships
To address society’s complex challenges, campus-community partnerships are increasingly being undertaken by academia. As a result, questions of how to ensure that these partnerships succeed have taken on a new urgency. This urgency has led to an emphasis on the creation of ‘how to’ guides focused on the mechanics of building effective partnerships. This article argues that this focus is premature and attention instead needs to be directed to the neglected but ultimately more fundamental question of who is ‘allowed’ to initiate the partnerships. It is argued here that the seemingly simple and straightforward issue of who initiates the partnership leads us into the complex problems of choice, power and perspective which bedevil campus-community partnerships. Until these problems are fully addressed, the partnership approach is unlikely to achieve its status as a central means by which community-university engagement can be realised in academia.

Trends and developments in housing : the case of the Republic of Kazakhstan
This paper considers the issues of assessment of the current state and development trends of housing and communal services in the Western region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conducted studies justify the effectiveness of the reform and the need for an integrated system to assess the development of housing and communal services in accordance with industry government programs. The research was carried out according to statistical data of 2011-2016, based on the materials of the Western region, represented by Aktobe, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions.peer-reviewe
Analyzing Teacher’s Feedback Used in Teaching Speaking
The objectives of this research are to find out how the feedback are given by the teacher and to find out the students’ responses toward the teacher’s feedback used in teaching speaking. The design of this research is case study which analyzes how verbal feedbacks were given based on Tunstall & Gipps’ typology. The result shows that the teacher gave seven out of the eight feedbacks. Four types of evaluative feedbacks and three types of descriptive feedbacks. 44 % feedback given to students’ pronunciation which total are 86 feedback. The dominant feedback were categorized to descriptive feedback. 41% feedback given to students’ comprehension which total are 80 feedback. The dominant feedback of students’ comprehension were categorized to evaluative feedback. The last,15% feedback given to students’ vocabulary which total are 30 feedback. The dominat feedback were categorized to evaluative feedback. The researcher suggests that in terms of students’ responses toward the feedback, facilitating feedback can motivate students in learning speaking. Furthermore, adjusting feedback with students’ characteristics is important to be applied by the teacher.
User experience and clinical effectiveness with two wearable global positioning system devices in home dementia care
Introduction: The user experience and clinical effectiveness with wearable global positioning system (GPS) devices for persons with dementia (PwDs) and caregivers (CGs) remain unclear although many are available. Methods: Using a crossover design, 20 dyads tested two similar commercial GPS watches (products A and B) at home for 4 weeks each. Usability, product functions, design features and product satisfaction at home and the clinic were investigated. Caregiver burden and quality of life assessed clinical effectiveness. Results: The final 17 dyads rated the usability, telephone function, overall design features, font, buttons, and battery life of B significantly better than A. PwDs rated the overall design features and buttons of A significantly better than CGs. Product satisfaction with both products was significantly lower at home. Clinical effectiveness was not found. Discussion: User experience can be improved by optimizing specific product details. This might translate to clinical effectiveness. Social desirability bias may explain different product satisfaction ratings

Analisis Kelayakan Video Pembelajaran Fisika Pada Platform Youtube Materi Getaran dan Gelombang Kelas VIII SMP
This study aims to determine the feasibility of YouTube-based physics learning videos on vibration and waves material for class VIII SMP. This study used a qualitative approach with a documentation study research method. The number of samples studied was 15 physics learning videos on the Youtube platform with the subject matter of vibrations and waves for class VIII SMP with a video duration of 10 - 20 minutes. The instrument used in this research is a learning video feasibility validation sheet which includes 3 assessment aspects, namely: material aspects, language aspects, and media aspects. The results of this study indicate that physics learning videos on the Youtube platform are classified as very suitable for use but still pay attention to a number of notes for improvement.Keywords: feasibility, youtube platform, physics learning videos
