    This reseacrh aims at analyzing the involvement of Indonesia tea industry in the global production network using Dynamic Competitive concept which developed by Global Production Network theory 2.0. It takes Unilever Global as the leadfirm actor and PT.PN VIII as the suppliers There are three aspects which measure in dinamic competitive, there are cost-capability ratio, market development and financial discipline. From the analysis of the dynamic competitive of the leadfirm and suppliers, it shows that the configuration strategy of global production network builds between Unilever Global and PT.PN VIII is interfirm-control.     Poverty and inequality has been being most concern problem for international community in decades. The idea to tackle these problems then created the development norm which becomes international development regime. This paper examines the problem of international development concept and how the conception is normally adopted by the developing countries as the main development model. It combines two critical aproach to analyze, postcolonial perspective developed by Gayatri Spivak and governmentality developed by Michele Foucault. Postcolonial perspective is used to analyze the problem of international development concept, while governmentality is used to analyse how the conception is adopted normally through the global political structure. It shows that the concept of international development defined by inter-governmental like UN (United Nations) contains hegemonic idea which is practiced normally through international institutions, governmental and non governmental organization.     PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KAHOOT TERHADAP SIKAP KERJASAMA SISWA DALAM PERMAINAN ICE BREAKING DI KELAS V SDN PONDOK RANJI 01

    This research is motivated by the research hypothesis which suspects that there is an effect of using kahoot media on the cooperative attitude of fifth grade students in the ice breaking game. Aiming to get results is there any effect of using kahoot media on the attitude of student cooperation in the ice breaker game and how big is the effect. This research was conducted at SDN Pondok Ranji 01, South Tangerang. The method in this study is to use a survey method using a questionnaire in the instrument. The population in this study is 150 students of class V and to take samples, namely by taking two classes, namely as many as 60 students. the result of the calculation is that the value is Fcount > Ftable (38.127 > 3.92) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the regression equation obtained has the influence of variable X (Kahoot Learning Media) on variable Y (cooperation attitude) and based on the coefficient of determination test that the Rsquare value is 0.243 or KD = 0.243 X 100% = 24.3%. This can be interpreted that the Kahoot Learning Media has an effect of 24.3% on the attitude of cooperation. While 75.7% is influenced by other variables that affect the attitude of cooperation

    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MELALUI MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE JIGSAW DI KELAS IV SDN CIPINANG MUARA 16 PAGI JAKARTA TIMUR

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Cipinang Muara 16 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan model siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh data pada siklus I persentase jumlah siswa yang telah melampaui nilai KKM sebesar 80, adalah 15,1% dengan nilai terendah 60 dan tertinggi 82,5. Sedangkan pada siklus II menunjukkan kenaikan yang cukup signifikan dengan memperoleh persentase nilai 87,8% dengan nilai terendah 72,5 dan nilai tertinggi 92,5. Dengan demikian implikasi menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta termotivasi mengikuti pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di kelas. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes after following study using a model of Cooperative Learning Jigsaw on the subjects of Social Sciences Elementary School. This research was conducted at SDN 16 Pagi Cipinang Muara, East Jakarta. This study was conducted using the method of action research using the model cycle. The results showed that the data obtained in the first cycle the percentage of students who have exceeded the KKM values 80 is 15.1% with the lowest 60 and highest 82.5. While on the second cycle showed a significant increase in the percentage of the value gained 87.8% with the lowest value 72.5 and the highest value 92.5. Thus the implications of using the model of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes and motivated to follow the lessons of Social Sciences in the classroom

    STATUS AKREDITASI DAN KUALITAS SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI

    Abstract: The aims of this research are to investigate: (1) the status school accreditation,(2) the school performance, (3) the relationship between accreditations standards and schoolperformance. The research uses quantitative approach with correlational descriptive design.Participants of this study consist of 65 school including State Elementary School, in BatuRegion that were selected through area sampling. Data were collected through surveyquestionares and analysed using descriptive analysis and Spearman Rank correlation. Thefindings are as follows: the majority of schools are accredited B, the school obtained higherperformance of management operation, and there is a relations between status accreditationsand school performance.keyword: status accreditation, school performanceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat akreditasi sekolah, (2) tingkatkulitas sekolah, dan (3) hubungan antara status akreditasi sekolah dengan kualitas sekolah.Penelitian ini menggunaan metode penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah65 Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri di Kota Batu, dan menggunakan teknik area sampling.Selanjutnya teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknikanalisis korelasi Spearman Rank.     Pra Desain Pabrik Hidrogen dari Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit dengan Metode Gasifikasi Uap

    Energi merupakan aspek penting yang selalu dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pandemi COVID-19 menurunkan penyediaan energi, terutama pada tahun 2020.  Di Indonesia, sektor pembangkit listrik merupakan penyumbang emisi GRK terbesar. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Indonesia telah menentukan target untuk energi baru terbarukan (EBT) pada 2025-2050 sebesar 23-31% dengan mengurangi penggunaan minyak bumi, batu bara, dan gas bumi. Telah terjadi peningkatan dalam pemanfaatan EBT salah satunya adalah biomassa. Di Indonesia, pemanfaatan energi biomassa masih 5,1% dari potensi yang ada.  Biomassa tersedia secara melimpah perlu dikembangkan lebih jauh untuk menggantikan energi fosil yang terbatas dan mengurangi emisi CO2. Di Indonesia, sangat sedikit PLT Biomassa yang dikembangkan menggunakan hidrogen murni dengan emisi hampir nol. Hidrogen telah muncul sebagai bagian penting dari campuran energi bersih secara berkelanjutan. Jenis produk hidrogen yang terpilih dalam pabrik ini yaitu hidrogen biru. Pabrik akan didirikan pada 2024 dan mulai beroperasi pada 2027. Lokasi pembangunan pabrik ditetapkan akan didirikan di kawasan industri Dumai, Riau. Pemilihan lokasi pabrik berdasarkan ketersediaan bahan baku, lahan, listrik transportasi, dan sumber tenaga kerja. Bahan baku utama proses produksi adalah Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS). Pemanfaatan TKKS sebanyak 4940.71 ton/tahun. Selain menghasilkan hidrogen, terdapatproduk samping yaitu CO2 yang akan dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan lain. Proses pembuatan hidrogen dibagi menjadi beberapa proses yaitu size reduction, drying, gasification, steam methane reforming, water gas shift, dan pressure swing adsorption. Hasil akhir gas hidrogen memiliki kemurnian 99%.  Untuk mengetahui kelayakan pabrik, dilakukan analisa ekonomi meliputi IRR, NPV,dan POT. Didapat IRR>WACC sebesar 18.61%, NPV>0 sebesar Rp.539,001,002,607,985. Modal pabrik akan kembali (POT) setelah 3 tahun. Dari analisa yang telah dilakukan, ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pabrik layak untuk didirikan

    Contextual Effect of School on the Risk Obesity among High School Students in Surakarta, Central Java: A Multilevel Analysis Evidence

    Background: Obesity is a public health problem in various countries, one of which is Indonesia. The impact of obesity in adulthood is high blood pressure and high cholesterol which can later trigger cardiovascular disease. This study aimed to examine contextual effect of school on the risk obesity among high school students in Surakarta. Subjects and Method: This was an observational analytic study with a case control approach. The study was conducted in April 2019. The sample was selected by stratified random sampling of 225 students in 15 schools in Surakarta with a case and control group. The dependent variable was obesity. The independent variables were parental salary, parental knowledge, pocket money, school food environment, food intake, physical activity, maternal BMI, paternal BMI. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and analyzed by multilevel logistic regression in Stata 13.Results: Obesity in adolescents was directly and significantly affected by parental income ≥Rp 1,800,000 (OR= 4.53; 95% CI= 1.80 to 11.36; p = 0.001), high parental knowledge (OR= 0.36; 95% CI= 0.15 to 0.91; p= 0.030), allowance ≥Rp 10,000 (OR= 3.80; 95% CI= 1.63 to 8.86; p= 0.002), food intake ≥recommended dietary allowances (OR= 3.62; 95% CI= 1.43 to 9.19; p = 0.007), high physical activity (OR= 0.06; 95% CI= 0.02 to 0.18; p 27kg/m² (OR= 7.08; 95% CI= 2.39 to 20.99; p27 kg/m² (OR= 2.63; 95% CI= 1.10 to 20.96; p= 0.031). School had a contextual effect on obesity with intra-class correlation (ICC)= 16.99%.Conclusion: Obesity in adolescents is directly and significantly affected by parental income ≥Rp 1,800,000, high parental knowledge, allowance ≥Rp 10,000, high physical activity, maternal BMI >27kg/m², and paternal BMI >27 kg/m².     PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING BERBASIS MOODLE PADA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM HARAPAN IBU PONDOK PINANG

    E-learning merupakan pembelajaran berbasis internet yang dapat mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Penggunaan e-learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dapat memudahkan guru dan siswa dalam menyimpan data bahan ajar yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sebagai bentuk wujud nyata menuju abad 21 dimana implementasi pembelajaran di sekolah harus berbasis digital. Dengan demikian perlu adanya pemahaman dan keterampilan dari guru-guru yang akan mengajar. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dalam menggunakan e-learning berbasis moodle kepada guru-guru SD Islam Harapan Ibu Pondok Pinang Jakarta Selata. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan sosialisasi yang dilaksankan dengan ceramah, diskusi tanya jawab, dan praktik langsung. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, guru-guru yang menjadi peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sangat bersemangat dalam mengikuti setiap sesi kegiatan sampai akhir acara. Diharapkan, dengan adanya pelatihan ini, guru-guru dapat menciptakan kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan e-learning berbasis moodle
