    Pengaruh Media Animasi dalam Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis dan Aktivitas Belajar Peserta Didik pada Materi Kesetimbangan Kimia

    Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media animasi dalam model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 21 Makassar pada materi kesetimbangan kimia. Desain penelitian Post test-Only Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 21 Makassar yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan tes keterampilan berpikir kritis sebanyak 15 soal uraian yang terbagi menjadi 3 kode soal yang telah divalidasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskripsi dan pengujian hipotesis terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik. Data Hasil penelitian persentasi aktivitas belajar peserta didik untuk kelompok eksperimen diperoleh 99,35%, dan kelompok kontrol adalah 98,43%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 diperoleh nilai thitung = 5,33 dan nilai ttabel =1,67. Dengan membandingkan nilai thitung 5,33 > ttabel 1,67 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media animasi dalam model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 21 Makassar.     Kinerja guru adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, yang akan berimbas pada kualitas sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Besarnya peranan pendidikan dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia, menjadi dasar asumsi tentang pentingnya pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap masa depan bangsa ini. Madrasah sebagai bagian integral dari Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, sesuai Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003, Pasal 17 ayat (2) dan Pasal 18 ayat (3), juga sangat berperan dalam peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia Indonesia. Salah satu komponen utama dalam pendidikan madrasah adalah pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Sebagai mata pelajaran bahasa asing, Bahasa Arab adalah bahasa yang penting di Indonesia, terutama bagi umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru bahasa Arab di Provinsi Banten.Melaluipendekatankuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey,penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh (1) Kompetensi; (2) Motivasi; (3) Kompensasi, dan; (4) Pelatihan guru terhadap Kinerja Mengajar guru bahasa Arab di Provinsi Banten. Dari hasil penelitian ini, teridentifikasi berbagai persoalan yang terkait langsung dengan kinerja mengajar guru bahasa Arab di Provinsi Banten.Lemahnya kinerja mengajar guru bahasa arab di Provinsi Banten terlihat dari rendahnya penguasaan akademik; lemahnya pengelolaan dan optimalisasi media pembelajaran efektif, rendahnya kompetensi, rendahnya motivasi serta minimnya pelatihan.Sejumlah persoalan yang mengiringi lemahnya kinerja mengajar guru antara lain lemahnya pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum, penguasaan bahan, keterampilan mengajar, kemampuan mengembangkan perangkat, kemampuan membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran, kemampuan mengelola kelas, dan kemampuan menilai hasil dan proses pembelajaran. Dari penelitian ini juga teridentifikasi bahwa lemahnya kinerja mengajar tersebut dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kompetensi guru; lemahnya motivasi guru dalam mengajar; minimnya kompensasi (tunjangan dan insentif) yang diperoleh guru, serta minimnya kesempatan guru dalam mengikuti serta mengoptimalkan hasil pelatihan guru dan kurangnya kesempatan meningkatkan jenjang pendidikan bagi para guru, juga terkendala oleh minimnya fasilitas pendukung bagi guru untuk mempraktekkan hasil pelatihan di dalam kelas mereka

    The Information System for Improving the Effectiveness of ECE Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic

    Purpose – The pandemic-era policy that requires schools to conduct face-to-face meetings is an issue that cannot be taken "lightly". The trend of face-to-face learning that has entrenched makes schools, including ECCE institutions, "profitable". There are not many alternatives that can be done, other than using online face to face applications that have been popular such as Whatsapp and other Messanger. However, the use of these applications cannot cover all Early Childhood Education (ECE) learning needs with their own characteristics that are generally different from learning at other levels of education. Therefore, a more suitable online learning system is needed such as through the Si-Pappa Information System/Application. Design/methods/approach – For this purpose, in this study, the PAR (Participation Action Research) Method was used with assisted objects, namely 10 ECE Institutions in Palopo City which have been partners of the Islamic Early Childhood Education IAIN Palopo Study Program. Data collection methods utilizing Performance Tests are reinforced by unstructured interviews and direct observation. Findings – The results of data analysis, the parameters of the results of the implementation of service were achieved, namely the average participant who was able to master the parameters of more than 83%. From this, it can be concluded that the Application of Information Systems (Si-Pappa) can improve the effectiveness of ECCE services during the pandemic in Palopo City. Research implications/limitations – This study related to the problems of learning effectiveness during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Practical implications – The use of the Si-Pappa application allows parents to conduct direct and measurable consultations from the existing menu, making teachers provide methodical assistance because the video calls made are directly integrated into each participant's account so that it can be directly reviewed or confirmed from other menus such as autentic assessment conditions that show photos of children, flow charts or worksheets of learning activities, anecdotal notes related to special or unique conditions of children, and various other comparative data that can be used in determining mood conditions, causes used in making decisions to follow up to determine a wiser and more comprehensive solution for children. Originality/value – The impact of teacher understanding of the concept of learning from home in the context of using applications is that teachers not only view learning applications such as Si-Pappa only as learning tools or media, but are able to appreciate the presence of applications as assistance partners that will make learning more effective. Spiritual intelligence associated with the problem of meaning, value, spiritual intelligence is able to guide humans to find meaning and can also guide people in reaching his ideals. Spiritual intelligence goes beyond the ability to intelligently think, feel, act and behave in situational contexts or given frameworks. Spiritual intelligence enables humans to be wise in reflecting on the situation to find themselves more meaningful so as to be able to transform something more precious. With the formation of spirituality culture in the workplace, it is expected to form employees who are happy, know and able to meet the purpose of life. Such employees generally have a balanced life between work and person, between duty and service. In general, they also have higher performance.     Saat ini guru dituntut memiliki kemampuan mengintegrasikan TIK dalam pembelajaran untuk menjawab tantangan pembelajaran di abad 21. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi TIK guru adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran literasi digital di perguruan tinggi yang mencetak lulusan calon guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran literasi digital pada kompetensi TIK mahasiswa calon guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa survei kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Kependidikan sebagai calon guru dan selanjutnya dilakukan wawancara untuk proses triangulasi data. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa calon guru di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Hasil survey menunjukan kedua kelompok responden memiliki kompetensi TIK yang baik. Namun setelah diteliti lebih dalam dari data triangulasi hasil wawancara komptensi TIK, calon guru yang telah memperoleh pembelajaran literasi digital lebih unggul pada aspek pemahaman TIK dalam pendidikan, organisasi, dan administrasi, dan pembejajaran guru profesional. Pengaruh pembelajaran digital terhadapkompetensi TIK calon guru pada ketiga aspek tersebut menjadi rekomendasi diterapkannya pembelajaran literasi digital pada perguruan tinggi yang mencetak calon guru.  Currently, teachers are required to have the ability to integrate ICT in learning to answer the challenges of learning in the 21st century. One of the efforts to improve teachers’ ICT competencies is to implement digital literacy learning in universities that produce prospective teacher graduates. This study aims to determine how the effect of digital literacy learning on the ICT competence of pre-service teacher students. The research uses a quantitative approach which is carried out in the form of a survey to students of the Education Study Program as pre-service teachers and then interviews are carried out for the data triangulation process. The research subjects were pre-service teacher students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The survey questionnaire was developed based on the indicators of teacher ICT competence according to UNESCO which consists of 6 aspects. The survey results show that both groups of respondents have good ICT competencies. However, after a more in-depth investigation of the triangulation data from the ICT competency interviews, preservice teachers who have obtained digital literacy learning are superior in aspects of understanding ICT in education, organization and administration, and teaching professionalteachers.     Penelitian ini meneliti tentang objek wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Sistem diharapkan dapat menampilkan gambaran tempat objek wisata di Kabupaten Lombok Barat sehingga proses pencarian lebih cepat. Subjek pada penelitian ini mengkaji tentang SIG berbasis web. Objek penelitian yaitu lokasi objek wisata. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode studi pustaka. Metode observasi yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara langsung mengamati permasalahan mengenai objek wisata di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode wawancara dengan melakukan tanya jawab kepada orang yang mempunyai kapasitas dan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanan penelitian. Metode studi pustaka dengan melakukan pengumpulan data literatur yang berhubungan dengan subjek penelitian tentang SIG, baik dari artikel, penelitian terdahulu maupun dari website, serta mempelajari dan menganalisa literatur yang berhubungan dengan informasi objek wisata. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi geografis yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat maupun wisatawan lokal dan asing, tentang informasi jarak, lokasi, deskripsi dan foto objek wisata yang berada di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil dari pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis ini layak dan dapat dipergunakan dengan hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Alpha Test yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat, pegawai dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata Kabupaten Lombok Barat menunjukkan persentase sangat setuju mencapai 52,38% dan setuju mencapai 47,62%.     This study aims to describe the problem solving ability and interest in student learning after the PBL learning model is applied. This type of research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were second semester students, totaling 90 students. The instrument used in measuring students' problem-solving abilities was using essay test questions and to measure interest in learning was a questionnaire. To analyze the data using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the problem-solving ability in the very high category was 18 students, for the high category there were 68 students and the sufficient category was 4 people. For interest in learning, the very high category was 59 students, for the high category there were 31 students. Thus, the application of PBL in PAI learning is able to provide good results on problem solving abilities and student interest in learning
