    E-Modul Interaktif Aljabar Linier Menggunakan Flip PDF Professional

    This study aims to produce interactive linear algebra e-modules using the Professional Flip Pdf application for PGRI Lalupari University students that are valid, practical and effective. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), which adopts the 4-D development model developed by Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I which generally consists of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, development, and disseminate. The results showed that the linear algebra interactive e-module met the valid aspects with an overall average score of 0.83 which was included in the very valid, practical criteria with an average score of 4.25 which was included in the very practical criteria and obtained a positive response by an average score of 4.28.     Pengembangan Soal Matematika Model Pisa untuk Mengukur Kemampuan Penalaran Matematika

    The purpose of the study was to develop a mathematical problem of the PISA model to measure the mathematical reasoning ability of students of the Lubuklinggau City Middle School. This research is a development research or development research type formative research. This research was conducted through two stages, namely pleminary and formative evaluation stages which included self evaluation, expert reviews and one-to-one (low resistance to revision) and small groups and field tests (hight resistance in revison). The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive data analysis. The results of the research, based on the development process obtained, the prototype of the question set developed has a potential effect, this can be seen from the results of tests that have been given with an overall average score of 61.09 which shows that students' mathematical reasoning abilities are included in both categories with a scale of categories well it is 61 - 80.     Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Media Pembelajaran Matematika Melalui Flipped Clasroom Berbantuan Schoology

    The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes of mathematics learning media through flipped classrooms aided by school logic lms. The results of the study on pre-cycle showed the student learning outcomes obtained were 3 students who completed or 11.54%, then after being given an action using flipped classrooms assisted by schoology, there was an increase in learning outcomes with students who completed in Cycle I by 34.61%, Cycle II at 61.54% and cycle III at 100%. From the results of the percentage experiencing success in the third cycle that meets the success indicator that is> 75% complete.     Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dan Student Facilitator and Explaining Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika dengan Mengontrol Kemampuan Awal Siswa

    The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) mathematics learning outcomes between students who are taught using a reciprocal teaching learning model and those who are taught using a student facilitator model and explaining, after controlling students' initial abilities; (2) the interaction between the learning model and learning independence of mathematics learning outcomes. The research population was 30 students in each training. Data collection were performed using test questions in the form of multiple choice. This research was conducted quantitatively using quasi-experimental research method. Data analysis was performed with a 2x2 level covariance analysis technique. The results of hypothesis 1 prove that Ho was rejected with F-count = 4.47 higher than F-table (0.05; 1: 59) = 4.00. Hypothesis 2 results prove that Ho was rejected with F-count = 14.94 higher than F-table (0.01; 1: 59) = 7.08

    Peringkat PISA matematika Indonesia terus menurun. Peringkat terendah diperoleh Indonesia pada tahun 2012, yaitu peringkat 64 dari 65 negara yang berpartisipasi dalam PISA matematika. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa Indonesia dalam hal literasi matematika masih rendah, termasuk kemampuan penalaran matematis. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis adalah melalui soal-soal matematika model PISA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan soal PISA konten space and shape yang valid untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau kelas IX yang berumur maksimal 15 tahun. Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai tahap one-to-one. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan prototipe I soal PISA konten space and shape untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa sekolah menengah pertama.

    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan soal matematika model PISA menggunakan konteks Lubuklinggau yang valid, praktis dan melihat efek potensial soal matematika model PISA menggunakan konteks Lubuklinggau pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangkan atau dikenal dengan development research. Model Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada pengembangan model 4-D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3-D. Berdasrkan hasil analisis penilaian yang dilakukan oleh validator diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,05 dalam kriteria valid. Sedangkan kepraktisan dilihat dari analisis small group dan angket kepraktisan guru yang memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,45 yang artinya soal yang dikembangkan  dalam kriteria sangat praktis dan soal matematika model PISA menggunkan konteks Lubuklinggau yang telah dikembangkan memiliki efek potensial sebab terdapat 50% siswa yang tuntas berdasarkan hasil persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal.

    Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Ibu dalam Perawatan Bayi melalui Pendekatan Modelling

    Ibu merupakan faktor lingkungan yang utama dan dapat berperan terhadap tumbuh kembang bayi melalui pemberian ASI. Pemberian ASI sangat dianjurkan pada bayi sampai anak berusia 2 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi efektivitas pemberdayaan ibu dalam merawat bayi 0-6 bulan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan pendekatan modeling terhadap pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan status laktasi bayi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperiment pre-post control group design. Analisis menggunakan uji wilcoxson dan uji Mann Whitney. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan pendekatan modelling tentang manajemen laktasi dan stimulasi tumbuh kembang bayi. Sampel berjumlah 81 orang terdiri atas 41 orang kelompok perlakuan dan 40 orang kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu dari kelompok intervensi dan kontrol masing-masing menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p=0,000; p=0,001). Dukungan keluarga dari kelompok intervensi dan kontrol masing masing menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi (p=0,000; p=0,009). Status laktasi menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p=0,001) antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa efektivitas pemberdayaan ibu dalam merawat bayi menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan status laktasi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan pendekatan modelling

    The purpose of this activity is to train the skills and knowledge of village officials in using blogs to share information regarding programs implemented in the village of Campursari. The training participants were attended by 15 people with 2 of them acting as operators. The methods that will be carried out in this activity, namely the lecture method, mentoring, practice and demonstration. The implementation of this activity showed a positive response and high enthusiasm from the participants. The results of the questionnaire show that each of the indicators of knowledge and how to use related to blogs reaches a percentage of 85% with the criteria of very knowing and the indicator of Interest in training activities and further training regarding blogs shows a percentage of 100% with the criteria of being very interested. So that with the training and management of this blog it is hoped that it will be able to better introduce the village's potential both from its natural resources (SDA), the economy, education and health sectors as well as government programs to develop Campursari Village to outside communities

    Fine Mapping of the NRG1 Hirschsprung's Disease Locus

    The primary pathology of Hirschsprung's disease (HSCR, colon aganglionosis) is the absence of ganglia in variable lengths of the hindgut, resulting in functional obstruction. HSCR is attributed to a failure of migration of the enteric ganglion precursors along the developing gut. RET is a key regulator of the development of the enteric nervous system (ENS) and the major HSCR-causing gene. Yet the reduced penetrance of RET DNA HSCR-associated variants together with the phenotypic variability suggest the involvement of additional genes in the disease. Through a genome-wide association study, we uncovered a ∼350 kb HSCR-associated region encompassing part of the neuregulin-1 gene (NRG1). To identify the causal NRG1 variants contributing to HSCR, we genotyped 243 SNPs variants on 343 ethnic Chinese HSCR patients and 359 controls. Genotype analysis coupled with imputation narrowed down the HSCR-associated region to 21 kb, with four of the most associated SNPs (rs10088313, rs10094655, rs4624987, and rs3884552) mapping to the NRG1 promoter. We investigated whether there was correlation between the genotype at the rs10088313 locus and the amount of NRG1 expressed in human gut tissues (40 patients and 21 controls) and found differences in expression as a function of genotype. We also found significant differences in NRG1 expression levels between diseased and control individuals bearing the same rs10088313 risk genotype. This indicates that the effects of NRG1 common variants are likely to depend on other alleles or epigenetic factors present in the patients and would account for the variability in the genetic predisposition to HSCR

    Vaccine antigens modulate the innate response of monocytes to Al(OH)3.

    Aluminum-based adjuvants have widely been used in human vaccines since 1926. In the absence of antigens, aluminum-based adjuvants can initiate the inflammatory preparedness of innate cells, yet the impact of antigens on this response has not been investigated so far. In this study, we address the modulating effect of vaccine antigens on the monocyte-derived innate response by comparing processes initiated by Al(OH)3 and by Infanrix, an Al(OH)3-adjuvanted trivalent combination vaccine (DTaP), containing diphtheria toxoid (D), tetanus toxoid (T) and acellular pertussis (aP) vaccine antigens. A systems-wide analysis of stimulated monocytes was performed in which full proteome analysis was combined with targeted transcriptome analysis and cytokine analysis. This comprehensive study revealed four major differences in the monocyte response, between plain Al(OH)3 and DTaP stimulation conditions: (I) DTaP increased the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, whereas Al(OH)3 did not; (II) Al(OH)3 increased the gene expression of IFNγ, IL-2 and IL-17a in contrast to the limited induction or even downregulation by DTaP; (III) increased expression of type I interferons-induced proteins was not observed upon DTaP stimulation, but was observed upon Al(OH)3 stimulation; (IV) opposing regulation of protein localization pathways was observed for Al(OH)3 and DTaP stimulation, related to the induction of exocytosis by Al(OH)3 alone. This study highlights that vaccine antigens can antagonize Al(OH)3-induced programming of the innate immune responses at the monocyte level
